¡Este cómodo condominio de dos dormitorios y un baño se encuentra en la ubicación perfecta! Está a una corta caminata de 1. 5 cuadras de la base de la góndola de Aspen Mountain y está justo al otro lado de la calle de la tienda de comestibles. Las tiendas de alta costura de Aspen y excelentes restaurantes están justo afuera de su puerta. Cuenta con una chimenea de leña, una cocina totalmente equipada, una bañera de hidromasaje, una lavadora y secadora, internet inalámbrico, televisores de pantalla plana en la sala de estar y dos dormitorios, y un espacio de estacionamiento designado fuera de la calle. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble y el segundo dormitorio tiene dos gemelos. Loved this property! In town with family from other parts of the country for a memorial service… location was great, close to everything… store, mountain, bars were all in easy walking distance…very fair price, clean.. perfect for my needs… only hiccup was checking in… the email describing the procedure laid everything out, and was easily understood …. Except it went into my spam folder and I missed it! That’s on me tho…I called the management company, spoke with Claire who couldn’t have been nicer, and everything was smooth sailing from there on in.. will def stay there again

Overall was very happy with the unit. The condo is small but very cozy. The location cannot be beat. Having the grocery store across the street was very convenient. Loved the real fireplace and the fact they had wood there for your use. Slight hiccup at late check-in with the access code, but the managers followed up and had great communication during our stay.

We loved everything about this rental. The location was perfect downtown and the cleanliness and amenities were perfect. The property manager, Rosanne, was especially accommodating, responsive and kind. Thank you SO much for making our trip comfortable and fun!

We were disappointed that our unit was a sub basement and we couldn't open any windows as we looked at the cars wheels. So the unit had no sunlight. Also the bedrooms were very small. The location was great though.

Aspen Practical
Thoughtful--a flashlight was available. Location great, especially with market across the street. Be aware, thermostats were pre-set and I couldn't find a turn off, so we were warmer than we wanted to be. 4 night stay, called 2nd day and maintenance scheduled. 2nd night was still warm. We didn't call a second time. I believe the admin really wants to have a good place for their guests. For many people the setting of 72 Farenheit for nighttime wouldn't be too warm. This was only in the common area, btw, not in the bedrooms.

Older property within walk of lift
Excellent location. Older property clean but small with one bathroom. No firewood- we bought some. Would have like some condiments like salt and pepper- we bought our own. Very adequate property. We walked to shops, rental places and restaurants. Would stay here again.

Good Place Overall, But Noisy
The condo is as advertised and the photos are representative. It is also close to everything downtown. The one downside is that it is noisy. It is located on a major corner, with a bus stop right in front of it. Trucks delivering to the market come at all hours of the night across the street. But the biggest issue, is that the ceiling is thin, and if there is anyone staying above you, you can hear everything...alllll night long. Otherwise, it's a nice place. But if you're bothered by lots of noise and activity, and are wanting a peaceful place to crash, this is not it. Still giving it three stars for amenities and location.

Everything you need right in town
This cute condo has a full kitchen plus washer & dryer and is located directly behind City Market. The location is great! The furniture and beds are very comfortable and there are TV’s in each room, plus the family room. It’s small, but cozy and not cramped. McCartney Property Mgmt was very responsive and went out of their way to make sure everything was taken care of. I will work with them again and highly recommend them.

Just what I thought it would be by pictures and description. Condo is right behind the City Market and is a great location. It is small but cozy. Very clean. Would recommend getting a lockbox and / or electronic lock- having to pick up the key at the office at the airport was a bit of a hassle but the management staff was very friendly and helpful!

Perfect location in Aspen 2 bedroom
This condo has a wonderful location in the town of Aspen. walking distance to all the gondola, shops and restaurants. The condo is setup with everything you need for a wonderful weekend getaway or a full blown vacation. We had a family of 4 staying in the condo and we all loved the experience.
