Chalet on 250 acres, Private, 1 Mi from Chautauqua Institution / Lake
Este chalet fue construido en 2011. Es propiedad y está administrado por un constructor de viviendas residente y personalizado durante más de 20 años.
En la planta baja cuenta con una sala de estar con chimenea de gas / leña, un televisor de internet de alta definición de 55 pulgadas y un sistema de sonido envolvente con DVR. El comedor tiene una mesa grande con capacidad para 8-12 personas y la cocina es moderna y está completamente equipada. Encimeras de granito y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable (microondas, refrigerador / congelador con máquina de hielo, horno / estufa, lavaplatos y triturador). También hay dos dormitorios (1 queen / 2 individuales), un baño completo, lavadora y secadora estándar. Pisos de madera en todo.
Es una vista absolutamente hermosa del campo cuando miras por la pared de ventanas de dos pisos desde la sala de estar / comedor.
La segunda historia del chalet cuenta con dos dormitorios adicionales (1 Queen / 2 Singles) y otro baño de tamaño completo, este con bañera de hidromasaje.
La cubierta frontal de la casa es una cubierta enorme de dos niveles con una parrilla de gas incorporada. Mucho espacio para comer al aire libre y para relajarse y disfrutar de las hermosas vistas.
Comunicaciones: lo tenemos cubierto, con TV por satélite y DVR en la sala de estar y dos de las habitaciones. También se proporciona internet inalámbrico de banda ancha.
Esta es una gran casa para familias. Un enorme jardín delantero ofrece mucho espacio para los niños / juegos.
El camino de entrada a la casa está a media milla de largo de la carretera. Hay mucho espacio para estacionamiento fuera de la carretera, para vehículos recreativos, remolques y motos de nieve.
La mundialmente famosa institución Chautauqua está a solo una milla de distancia. El lanzamiento del barco en Prendergast también está aproximadamente a 1,5 millas de distancia.
Estamos ubicados entre Peek n Peak y Holiday Valley. Ambos son excelentes estaciones de esquí. La casa también está muy cerca de los senderos de motos de nieve del lago Chautauqua.

This is an unusual property in a beautiful setting-the home is spacious and well appointed. The grounds are gorgeous and home to many deer and groundhogs who entertained us every day. Our host responded to us within 20 minutes of our request. We were two couples with plenty of space and privacy and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Had a few hiccups at the beginning of my stay, but I reached out to Chris and he promptly got the issues resolved. Everyone in Chautauqua is very friendly and helpful. The property is beautiful. The weather was also beautiful. Enjoyed the peaceful nature of the property and all the critters: deer, ground hogs, rabbits, birds and bats (at dusk). Enjoyed the fire pit too! Be prepared to use cell phone as a hotspot for internet access. Verizon worked well.

Lovely, exceedingly comfortable home with extraordinary gardens and exquisite views fit for royalty. The wifi doesn’t work however and no help from mgmt in this regard. Though perhaps it was the non-connectivity that allowed for the best sleeps ever, the most harmonious family chats by the fireplace, and a spring to our step coupled with a precious calm in our spirit ~

Such a beautiful property! The house is open and spacious. They have everything you could possibly need, which is super awesome. My fave thing was waking up early and sipping coffee on the porch or out in the lawn chairs. So much nature, beautiful sounds, and little critters to watch 💚

This chalet was very secluded on a beautiful setting! Very relaxing and peaceful! We had a wonderful time playing games, grilling, and just chilling in the yard.

The perfect place for kids to explore and parents to relax! Very close to midway park and the lake. It was also nice to just stay at the house and enjoy what it has to offer.

We had an excellent stay! The check in process was easy, the house was clean, plenty of towels and the pillows were great too! It might seem like that isn’t something to mention but we’ve stayed at many places where the pillows were flat and uncomfortable so definitely worth mentioning here! We did have some critters get into the garbage so had to block the door for the garbage bin with some firewood which did the trick. We’re already looking forward to coming back next year!

Been going to Chautauqua for years and never want to leave. The Chalet is tucked away and not far from the boat launch for fishing. Lots of Chipmunks to keep you entertained. Recommend

Place is very nice, especially if the weather is good to enjoy the yard and deck.
Internet didn't work, but was due to a big storm that rolled through.

We’ve been visiting Chautauqua for years and this was by far our best trip yet. The chalet was beautiful and very well stocked with all the essentials and then some!! Communication with the owners was great. We were able to hike and explore the property, play in the snow, enjoy some of the local wineries, then wind down to relax by the cozy fireplace. Our family had an amazing time and is already looking forward to staying here again. Thanks for opening your home to help us create some wonderful memories.

Secluded in the woods with beautiful scenery and coffee with the morning critters was a delight! Thr f friends we came with had trouble climbing the rock and stone steps at the base of stairway and a handrail for them would have been safer. Lovely area and home. Overall very nice accomdations.

Our son got married at CHQ Barn and it was the perfect place to stay. It is spacious, beautiful, clean and relaxing. We hiked, had a beautiful fire and enjoyed time together on the deck. The kitchen is well stocked and the bathrooms are large and well stocked also. Highly recommend.

This is a great property, particularly for anyone attending the Chautauqua events. Beautiful lawn area, lots of deer. The fire pit makes for a great gathering spot in the evening. The house is well supplied with appliances and comfortable furniture. Our only suggestion for improvement is to add a grab bar for the bathtubs.

This is truly a great location. It's just minutes from Bemus Point, The Chautauqua Institute, golfing, the lake and much more. The house is in great condition surrounded by farm fields and woods. We watch some of the Persied meteor showers in the dark sky. The owners were handy when needed.

Stayed here for a quiet girls’ weekend. It couldn’t have been more perfect! It’s quiet and secluded, but close to everything at the lake, Bemus Point, Southern Tier, Panama Rocks, etc. The owner provided fire wood which was really great too. We will be back!

The chalet impressed us in so many ways. The kitchen was extremely well-appointed. The living area has so much light and is spacious and inviting. The house was immaculate. The outdoor area had a huge deck, fire pit, Weber grill, and hammock. We would definitely return. When high speed internet is available it will be a 10 out of 10.

This was our second year in this handsome house. and was enjoyed by all. Very clean and well-appointed. Only frustration was broken dishwasher (tough for a family of nine.).
