Nuestro complejo solo tiene 38 unidades en comparación con otros resorts donde comparte su playa con más de 200 unidades. Esta es una de nuestras dos unidades que poseemos en esta propiedad. Por lo tanto, podemos acomodar a múltiples familias y grupos.
Nuestra casa adosada de dos habitaciones está ubicada en Sugar Beach. Una propiedad preciosa y bien cuidada en la playa de Navarra. Hogar de las hermosas playas de arena blanca de Florida, elogios del Golfo de México. La playa y la piscina climatizada están a solo unos pasos para su comodidad. O si la privacidad es lo que anhelas, puedes relajarte en tu propio patio privado completo con mesa, sillas y sombrilla. Se proporciona una parrilla de carbón para que pueda disfrutar de una barbacoa con familiares / amigos.
En el interior, puede relajarse en nuestro plano de planta abierto, con una cocina completamente equipada, comedor y sala de estar, que incluye un sofá cama, medio baño y área de lavandería en la planta baja.
Arriba, disfrutará de suites de 2 dormitorios (Master King Size Bed), con baños privados y cada uno con TV montada.

We had a wonderful time. Close to the beach and not too crowded. Within walking distance to several food places/bars. 30 minutes to Destin or Pensacola. My only complaint would be the dishes were dirty that we were pulling out of the cabinets and drawers. Not anyone’s fault. Will absolutely stay again.

The property was perfect for my family. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The storage shed in the back was a nice touch with some chairs and umbrellas and beach toys! The walk to the beach was very short and easy. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the property for 5 nights. It was never over crowded. Great place to relax and unwind. Beaches were beautiful and the beds were so comfy!! Definitely won’t be our last time. Everything you needed was available, even beach toys! We spent one evening playing monopoly! Host was great and easy to contact! Look forward to staying there again!!

Loved the condo and amenities - close to good restaurants and convenient. Parking was great too! Internet service on the beach was less than desirable but worked okay in the condo. The beach was not as crowded in front of Sugar Beach as it was down toward the pier, which was great! Already booked for next year!

The condo is absolutely beautiful. Julie is a pleasure to speak with. I gifted the vacation to my family for Christmas!! So glad we had the opportunity to stay here. We enjoyed the beauty of God’s creation while relaxing, laughing and making memories. I would highly recommend staying in 1 of the 2 condos that she has. Hope to do this again soon. God bless.

Great location with a direct short boardwalk to the beach. Amazing wildlife with fish and dolphins and some nice beachcombing for shells.
The garbage disposal broke but the hosts jumped in right away to make it better. They are responsive and available to communicate. A great fun vacation. A very comfortable stay.

Close proximity to the beach. The listing is a little deceiving . Listing map shows unit to be adjacent to the beach. This specific unit is actually closer to the street than the beach.

We had an fantastic time. Short walk to the beach, Pool in the complex and located in between Pensacola and Fort Walton. The owners are very responsive and helpful. Would recommend and stay again.

Relaxing!
We had a long ladies’ getaway weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Julie, the property owner, was wonderful and very easy to communicate with when we had a few hiccups with the door lock and then when a very strong storm came through and some minor issues resulted. The condo is very comfy and quiet and the beach is absolutely gorgeous and best of all NOT CROWDED! We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

Convenient and Clean
Everything was going great until the washer broke, and unfortunately would not be able to fix it until Monday which would be after we already checked out, so we didn’t have access to a washer for the remainder of the time. Besides the washer issue it was a great stay and had everything we needed for the time we were there.

30 day vacation experiment
This was our first adventure in snowbirding. We wanted to see if a 30 day visit to Fl from cold Wisconsin was a good idea for us. We found this property and reserved it 11 months in advance. The VRBO information was accurate, the owners were friendly and responsive to our communications and questions, and the payment requests were reasonable. We found the property to be as advertised and enjoyed the property and area.
We were impressed with how well the kitchen was equipped, the comfortable beds, the outside equipment like available beach chairs, and a grill to cook on. The property was very clean and bright and the distance from the beach was nice.

Very nice
This is a great condo. Very clean and had all of the amenities, including dishes, pots, pans, paper towels, soap, charcoal for the grill, beach towels, etc. Lots of various beach stuff like chairs and buckets in the shed. Nice furniture and beds. Close walk to the beach. My only issue was that the pool heat wasn't on as advertised. Not a deal breaker, though.

Perfect Vacation Spot
Perfect place to spend Thanksgiving with the family! Well equipped kitchen, close to the beach and a cozy floor plan. Just steps to the beach! Easy check-in, great accommodations! We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful getaway!
We loved everything about our stay here! The condo is wonderful. The pictures do not do it justice! The decor was beautiful, the kitchen was well stocked, and there were plenty of towels for the beach and the bath. The private backyard area is a really nice touch as well. The location to the beach was great! Just a short walk. The beach itself was absolutely beautiful and not overly crowded. We will most definitely be back! The owner, Julie is a very nice lady and quick to respond if you need anything!!
