Great space. Easy access to the beach and the pool was great. It was quiet and easily fit 6 people. The beds were hard and hurt our backs. Definitely would stay here again.

Our family had a great time in this condo which was clean, quiet, and comfortable, as well as having a beach access right around the corner! The pool and other facilities were also clean and pleasant to use and has privacy from neighboring buildings. Many stores and restaurants are within a few blocks away and everything is pretty accessible. The only issues we had was with the bath tub in one of the showers was retaining water and a toilet was not flushing well; a message was sent to the host and a plumber was sent within the hour. Also, the instructions for entry were not accurate as they have 2 different lock boxes to open the door, but were entering the code in the wrong box based on the given instructions.
Overall it was a good place and price in comparison to other rental properties around the area.

What a beautiful condo, we were amazed at how clean it was. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was stocked and the ice maker was great to have. Perfect location to the beach and restaurants, great pool and pool area. Loved out whole trip!

Condo was bigger than expected, and it was quiet. The pool and hot tub were well kept. Beach was a couple minute walk. Very satisfied with the rental!

A nice place to stay. Unit was as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Just a short walk to the beach. Shops and restaurants were also a short walk away. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware including a crockpot. The pool and hot tub were nice to use. We had a little trouble with the door lock but we called the assistance number and were helped right away. Laundry is shared and coin operated but worked fine and wasn’t busy. Bring your own beach chairs, umbrella and towels as they aren’t provided.

Large, very clean condo … very close to beach. Very good comfortable mattresses . We did enjoy our stay. However the property doesn’t allow any charcoal grill/grilling. It does having a grassy area for propane grilling, but no grills. Pool and pool area is lovely , jacuzzi was cold and jets only worked on one side….

Very nice unit. 2 minute from beach access 3 minutes to beach. Nice pool hot tub not working. Unit was very well taken care of. Kitchen had everything you could think of. Even has a Keurig coffee pot and a traditional one also. Very clean and comfortable. Will stay again.

This condo exceeded our expectations! Pictures were spot on. It was nicely updated and beautifully furnished. The term “home away from home” applies to this condo. Kitchen was well stocked. Entire condo was clean and neat. We were very comfortable and pleased with our stay. We have already booked for a week in the summer and fall of 2023!

Had a wonderful week at the beach. The condo was spacious, comfortable, and quiet. The beds were comfy. The pool and hot tub were clean - we used them everyday. We were just a block to the beach.
The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been if beach chairs and beach towels were provided. We ended up having to buy beach towels.

My family and I spent 5 days here. The place was great, everything you need is already there. I was pleased with how clean and welcoming the condo was. There is so much storage, everything can be stored somewhere. The kitchen island was huge and fun to eat at. The condo is bigger than it looks in the pictures. The beds were big and comfy. Loved the master bath! The pool and hot tub were amazing and we used them everyday. The other guests/owners were quiet and pleasant. We did not use the laundry room-remember quarters! The beach is literally 3 houses away and was pretty empty. We would eagerly return for another trip.

Texas Surprise
This was a very welcome fantastic vacation to a location we had never visited. The two bedroom condo in which we stayed was in excellent condition with everything we needed to enjoy the stay. Even the nature photos on the walls were extremely aesthetically pleasing and we learned that one of the owners took the photos.
A small issue with the refrigerator resulted in almost immediate assistance from the management organization's maintenance staff.
We enjoyed the activities in the area very much and already know that although this was our first visit to South Padre Island it will not be our last.

Great property
This was a great time. Just a block from the water, but the price was a steel. A giant kitchen two good bedrooms two bathrooms and you even have cable. I would recommend this place to somebody else.

The condo was very nicely decorated very well equipped. The location is very close to the beach, shopping, restaurants. The pool and hot tub were clean. The only upgrade I would recommend is to the laundry area. It would be nice to have credit card machines rather than having to go off site to get coins.

Awesome Stay
The place was very nice and clean. General Manager Ezekiel Mata was very helpful throughout our stay. He arranged for his staff to bring us extra towels. Loved it and will definitely stay there again!

AMAZING
Condo was beautiful! Kitchen was amazing with the big island and was stocked with everything you would need. Rooms were beautiful, bed comfortable, balcony was nice too. We just walk across the be street and there was the ocean. I went with my kids who have their own family and unfortunately we weren't together because their condo wasn't even close to as nice as ours. If I had to rate between 1-10 mine would be a 10. Made our vacation even better.
