This location was great for us. The communication with the owners was fantastic. It was very clean and had everything that we needed. The air conditioner worked perfectly. Felt very comfortable would definitely stay there again. I was surprised that the club house did not have a better restaurant and bar, would’ve been nice. The pool was nice but a little small for the amount of people that were there.

Property was extremely clean and in immaculate condition. Kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed to cook several breakfast and dinner meals. The view is the golf course from the patio balcony was beautiful. The community pool was very well maintained and enjoyed by our kids. We were within 10-15 minutes of the beach and all the activities Myrtle had to offer. We loved our stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Deb & Steve's Villa. Check-in was a breeze with door pins and a detailed list of the villa, features and attractions emailed to us 3 days prior to our arrival. The 3rd floor location was almost effortless to access and unpack with the elevator onsite. The home was clean and had a comfy modern vibe (Didn't feel like grandmas house) with flat screens in every room and an HDMI access to plug up my Xbox for late night gaming after the kids were asleep! Fresh clean linens, ridiculous amount of towels, complementary coffee and bottled water on arrival was a plus. Everything was at max 10mins from the location which was very convenient for mid day breaks. Comfy leather couches (legs didn't stick as much as I thought). Loved the Cali King bed in the master and the kids were well rested on the 2 full size beds in the guest room. Pool passes were conveniently placed at the office desk in the hall along with a list of affordable places to eat and flyers/coupons for near by attractions. All that being said, I would definitely recommend this villa for your getaway or family vacation, would for sure book in the future!

This condo was a great place to stay for the week! We had everything we needed and thensome. Steve and Deb were great communicators. We especially appreciated extra amenities like water and coffee when we arrived after 2 days of travel. The condo is so clean and well decorated. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, too.

We spent 2 great months at this location. Loved it. Away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Enjoyed watching the golfers. Everyone was friendly. Enjoyed the peace and quiet of an adult community. Only a few miles away from restaurants and stores.
We highly recommend this condo. The owners were especially friendly and helpful.

Start to finish, this was a perfect stay! Family gathering and everyone loved being together so this villa eased my packed home for some of my adult kids! Kim was wonderful and hope to book another stay!

This condo was perfect for our group of four. Updated and very clean. Host’s kept in contact to make sure our stay was going well and provided all the information we needed before arrival and prior to departure. Location is only a short drive from the airport and the downtown area. Would highly recommend!

This beautiful condo was even nicer than the photos indicate. The additional discount for seven days on an already reasonably priced rental made it extra special. The condo was impeccably clean and elegantly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The only two things we had to borrow /buy were a cheese grater and a 9 x 13 pan. Our owners even supplied things we ordinarily have to buy like bottled water, coffee, laundry, dish and hand soaps. The beds were so comfortable that we all slept in much later than usual on a couple of days. Our view from the balcony as we had our morning coffee and evening refresher was picture perfect. The weather of course was ideal. Even though the balcony was situated facing the World Tour Golf Course, it was always quiet enough to hear the dozen or so species of birds interacting while we read or worked on our laptops.
Our owners actually prepared us well for every facet of our stay from directions for arrival to procedures for departure. When we couldnt locate our parking passes, they were right on it. (It appears I needed a couple more inches in height to locate them atop the refrigerator!) Throughout the week they texted to see if we had everything we needed and even gave us suggestions for things to do. We highly recommend this condo to any adult couples looking for a place to stay in Myrtle Beach.

This condo was beautiful! We had so much room for the 4 of us and we couldn't get over how clean it was. We were also just steps away from the pool, which was great! The owners we super easy to work with and they had the condo stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. Thank you so much for a great stay.

Perfect neighborhood and condo
We stayed here while attending a softball tournament. We were very close to many attractions in the area but still off the beaten path for a enjoyable quiet day. We enjoyed a Morning cup of coffee while overlooking the golf course

Simply Amazing!
We had an incredible stay at Steve and Deb's condo. The condo was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the balcony overlooking the golf course. The pool and grounds were beautiful. We appreciated all the extras that the owners provided making it feel like home. We loved the place so much we already booked it again for next year.

Golf haven
Our stay at Deb and Steves was better than expected. Every detail has been thought of and it was well stocked which saved us from having to run right out for supplies. The condo was clean and very well decorated. Check in and out was super easy. We golfed more than we ever have in the three weeks that we stayed and hope to return next year!

A well appointed condo with all the amenities of home. Very comfortable seating ~ leather sofa, love seat and chair with ottoman. Large TV’s in every room. Beds are super comfortable. Not much seating in any kitchen/dining area; won’t be a problem if you are out and about and/or on the go for most meals. There is stool seating for 3 at the counter. Owners provided spring water, trash bags, coffee(Keurig), tp, plenty of nice towels, hand soaps, sanitizer, etc. Owners are pleasant, communicative and check-in just to make certain your all good to go. Would definitely stay again in this condo if away in Myrtle with a party of four or less.

Beautiful Condo That Feels Like Home!
Once again, we enjoyed a perfect week in this fabulous condo! Immaculately clean, beautifully appointed, comfortable to live in with all the extras included! This World Tour Villa is convenient to the beach, entertainment, dining, and sports complexes. We appreciated the supplied paper goods, linens, laundry soap, and dish detergent… all the little things that make a stay in this condo feel like home. Our family will definitely be returning for another stay! Don’t miss out on this gem!

Beautiful condo
We had a great experience renting from Steve and Deb. Their condo was in excellent shape and extraordinarily clean. No bugs in the condo ,not even and outside on their stairs or walkways. 3, newer flat screen TVs, well equipped kitchen, beach towels, and very comfortable beds. Owners were immediately available via text to answer questions.
Nicer community pool, though needs to be larger, got crowded on weekend.
Only issue we had was finding convenient, family style restaurants close by. Need to travel about 15 mins for them. Minor inconvenience. Within 10-15 mins of Ripken Experience if going for baseball tournament. Surf side/ murrells inlet worth the 30 minute drive if heading to the beach. Nicer, less crowded, beach.
That said, we’d definitely stay here again. Felt safe, unit was beautiful and very clean, and owners were very responsive. Thanks.

Excellence!
The property was just as it appeared in the pictures!!! The owners were very friendly and kept us informed! We were traveling with a 1 yr old pandemic baby and a 5 yr old with half a heart so cleanliness was our top priority…this place was spotless!!!! We felt very safe! Just like home! I would give it 10 stars if I could! Hope to be back next year!

We had a nice time, enjoyed our space. Plenty of space, everything at my fingertips and the washer dryer was huge to have since my son was playing baseball. The bed was comfortable and we felt like it was home away from home.

Very clean, two bedroom, two full bath condo, with the ability to sleep 6 very comfortably!
We absolutely loved our stay at Steve and Deb’s condo. It was beautiful, in a great location and very clean. They touched base with us to make sure our stay was going well and to see if we had any questions or needed anything. The condo was stocked with bottled water, ice, coffee, creamer and little treats! Would recommend this place for any couple or family! My parents, two youngest children and my husband and I, truly enjoyed our stay, rather swimming in the pool, going to the beach or feeding the turtles right off the golf course. Such a great time and look forward to coming back in the future! Thanks again Deb and Steve for your hospitality.

Great place on the golf course
The house was immaculate with ample towels and sheets. The kitchen was furnished nicely and the refrigerator was stocked with enough water to last the week. We asked to extend for an extra day and they gave us a great price. Very comfortable!

Great Condo and Hosts
Steve and Deb were great hosts. They had plenty of water, coffee, and tea to get us started on our 6 week escape from the cold and snow up north. Deb checked in often to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Their condo is very nicely decorated, comfortable, and well-equipped. The area is quiet and convenient to everything - within 15 minutes to the airport, many golf courses, the beach, and our favorite hang-outs: The Market Commons and New South Brewery. We highly recommend their place for golfers! It was relaxing getting up in the morning and watching the golfers play the World Tour Course from the spacious balcony. Beautiful place!

Golf Getaway
The condo was beautiful. We felt right at home. All the extras that they gave you were much appreciated. The condo owners were especially helpful when we had an airline change. They went out of there way to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend staying here. It was nice to have a cup of coffee on the balcony in the morning and watch the golfers go by. We will definitely be back! Amazing time.

Quiet and peaceful
This was a great place for my wife and I. It was off the main strip of the beach so it was nice and quiet. Location was close enough to get groceries and gas for the week. Without getting slowed down by other tourist. Will definitely stay here again if we come back.
