The condo was cosy , well stocked , clean , and very relaxing and the hosts very accommodating. The intercoastal view from the lounge and main bedroom was amazing !!!
The whole experience there was excellent , the beach across the road access through little walk was something we looked forward to everyday for a swim in the perfect beach and again in the evening for beautiful sunsets
We will definitely return to this Indian Shores gem , thank you Sandra Masih

We were pleasantly surprised with this condo. Our usual condo had already been rented so we had to find an alternative and we decide we’d rather stay here from now on. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s clean and well decorated with a nice vacation vibe. Lots of supplies provided too. The view at the back of the condo is lovely where you can watch boats go by all day. The location is perfect with just a short walk across the street to the beach. The pool was never too full and it’s a good size. Highly recommend!

We are always impressed with views out the windows of the Intercoastal waterway. Saw dolphins jumping out of the water and lots of sea life. Just a short walk to the beach and all day enjoyment. Grilled out on the gas grill to feed the family, and enjoyed the hot tub and pool, which are always well maintained. Already looking forward to next year!

We loved this property! We saw dolphins and manatees in the canal. The beach was right across the street. Close walk to a food mart and a few restaurants. We used the trolley system and that was nice and easy.

Perfect location on the Inter-coastal with a balcony for dolphin watching. Condo was very clean and well equipped. The pool and hot tub were perfect for those sunny days. Beach access right across the road and restaurants and stores were walkable. Loved it!

Property came exactly as advertised. Very clean and outfitted well. Used the common bbq a couple of times and it was in great condition and very clean. The balcony was an excellent spot for our morning coffee and a drink after dinner.

Great place to stay. Condo was clean and well stocked. Balcony overlooking the intercoastal was nice. Just a short drive to many restaurants or grocery store. Beach is a short walk across the street. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the first time I have chosen to stay on the inlet side vs. the beach side... I have been coming to the area for 20+ years and absolutely loved the location and the property. Everything you need is at the condo - chairs, towels, cooler, etc. My only complaint is that it has taken way too long to receive the deposit back - 2 weeks and still no communication (not the fault of the owners). HIGHLY recommend this property to others.

Unit has everything you need for a relaxing vacation including beach chairs and toys. The furniture including the beds were comfortable and up to date. The kitchen had all necessary features to cook at home, or you could easily drive to several restaurants. Mornings along the intercostal were relaxing and the walk to the beach across the street was easy. Owners were great to work with, we will definately stay again.

This condo was better than expected. The location could not be beat in relation to the other beaches and also in relation to the different types of water life. The intercoastal was magical and filled with beautiful manatees dolphins fish and birds. The fishing pier and our access and view of it was a huge bonus as fishing attracted the dolphins and birds and we had so much more to see. We spent hours of fun and relaxation. And the laundry in the kitchen was amazing! It was so efficient and cozy to do your laundry while cooking dinner and looking out over the Beautiful view. The condo was fully stocked with more than we needed and everything was clean and comfortable. We would absolutely love to stay in this unit again which is saying a lot because we are not normally people that repeat patterns when it comes to travel. This was worth doing over again and again!

This is our 5th time staying at the waterview apartments, we love it there. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, you are minutes away from one of the most amazing beaches in the world and the whole vibe of this part of the gulf coast is just wonderful.
The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable.
The highlight was eating breakfast on the balcony and watching dolphins (daily) and manatees swimming in the inland waterway.
overall an amazing stray, we did not want to leave

This condo was really well done. We’ve stayed up and down the Indian Shores coastline and this was a great spot. It was our first time staying on the inter coastal and we really enjoyed watching dolphins really early, then loved seeing all the boats go up and down the waterway. Great spot, and we’ll be back!

Great unit with bay views seeing occasional dolphins swim through in mornings and evenings! Easy to access the beach just across the street! Nice unit- the king bed is not as comfortable as the 2nd bedroom bed and everything you might need is there. Enjoyed my stay!

Great place to stay! Has everything you need for a day at the beach. The beach cart is a nice bonus! Well supplied with linens, towels, and basic kitchen needs. The view from the deck is awesome!!! Dolphins swim by several times everyday! The condominium’s common areas are well kept and clean. The pool and hot tub are maintained daily and are clean and refreshing! There are multiple hoses around for washing off beach sand and car washing! The short walk to the beach access (directly across the street from the condo) is so convenient. Patti is a great host! She is quick to respond to questions.
We enjoyed our stay and will definitely consider staying at this place again in the future.

We chose this property last minute due to a different condo having a water issue. Our experience did not match the reviews however. We arrived late on a Saturday night to find the place not clean. The floors were filthy, counters were dirty, appliances hadn’t been cleaned in months and the rugs had visible dirt. There appeared to be a lot of construction dirt as well. Thankfully, the owners were quick to respond the following morning with a partial refund. We spent Sunday morning, sweeping, mopping, wiping down counters, etc.
The best part of the condo was the location. There were fantastic views of the intercoastal and you will likely see dolphins and/or manatees while there. Also, it was a quick walk to the beach across the street. Caddy’s and Lulu’s were also a quick walk.
Another plus - the condo is well stocked. Kitchen had many extras and there were plenty of beach chairs, toys, etc.
The pool area was very nice and clean. They have updated all of the chairs since we were there back in 2020.
One disappointment was finding out Sunday night the parking lot would be repaved. A definite inconvenience when you are trying to walk out to the pier, get to gthe pool or the foot washing stations. Understand it must be done but it would’ve been nice if that was listed in the description before we booked.

This was our second time renting this condo and we love it. The location is beautiful and the ease of renting it is amazing. We especially love sitting on the patio watching the dolphins in the harbor as the sun rises.

This is the second time staying at this condo and we will be back. It has everything that you will need. It's nice being on the intercoastal. There are shops and restaurants within walking distance. The beach is right across the street. We had a great vacation. The weather was absolutely beautiful with low humidity every day.

Husband and I enjoyed our stay. The owner let me know ahead of time they were remodeling and the counters would not be ready but there were temporary tops on. This was not an issue for us as everything still worked just fine. He called on our way down just to check on our travels and answered when I had called him with a simple question. It was nice to know if there was problems you cities reach someone.
We’re had no issues. The condo was clean and comfy and the view was beautiful. Just a short walk to the beach.

Perfect location!
We stayed at this property from July 2-9, 2022. This location is perfect! Right on the waterway. We saw all sorts of wildlife and my husband fished off the dock. The condo is decorated nicely and is clean. There are beach chairs, tent and floats for a day on the beach. Caddy’s waterfront dining is within walking distance, as is LuLu’s Ice Cream. If we come back, we’re definitely staying there again!

Wonderful waterview
Wonderful location. The beach is across the street and many shops and restaurants are near. We saw dolphins and one manatee from the balcony. The weather was sunny and 80s all week. Everything in the condo was in working order, unlike some places we have stayed at. We would definitely stay again.

Relaxing Getaway
Thanks for sharing your beautiful beach retreat. Location was perfect! The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed. Plenty of beach equipment. We loved the balcony, the sunrise view was incredible and we even saw dolphins during our stay. The beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The path to the beach was super close. I can’t speak highly enough about the accommodations. Everything was perfect and we’ll definitely be back again!

Fantastic beach access
We really enjoyed our balcony time watching boats and kayaks and birds and dolphins! The condo is well equipped for beach or pool days as well as good kitchen basics. The owners checked in with us and were easy to reach. Hot tub was a nice bonus! We’ll be back:)

Great week, pretty view
We enjoyed our stay for Spring Break. Short walk to the beach and my kids loved making friends at the pool. We were originally looking at Clearwater but happy we found this place because we really liked Indian Shores. Loved our view from the balcony and would stay here again!

Nice Unit, great location!
Overall our stay at Waterview Unit #105 was very good.
Unit had everything that was needed in the kitchen, lots of beach towels and chairs, sun umbrella. Location is great!
The only complaint we had was the noisy king bed in the master. The foundation made noise every time you moved. We slept in the 2nd bedroom which had a nice queen size bed.

Great Location...Quiet
We loved the property. The location was great. Saw dolphins. Was great to walk across the street to the Gulf to walk and pick up shells. Appliances work great.
We understand the property is old but the light in the guest room would randomly just go off with the switch on. Annoying. Lights would dim in living area maybe as the HVAC would start up. Toilets flush swirly, sometimes without success. The Pots and pans could have been cleaner. Greasy.. We would definitely go back, if a few of these things changed.

Great property/great owners
We had a great stay and had to communicate with the owners a couple of times because info was missing on our listing about check in and access. But they were extremely responsive and we got it sorted out quickly. Great amenities.

Everything we wanted or needed
Communication with Patti was quick and helpful. The “extras” provided (beach cart, umbrella and chairs) were a wonderful addition and a great help for our fair skinned family. So many eating places within walking distance and the pool was a great place to cool off after a long day of setting up our daughter’s classroom. 100% recommend! Especially as the views from the deck -overlooking the dock and the intracoastal waterway - provide prime opportunities to dolphin watch.

Great vacation!
Was very happy to rent this condo. It had everything we needed for the beach! Very easy access to the beach too. Loves relaxing on the balcony watching the intercostal. Pool and hot tub were very nice (as was the man cleaning them in the mornings) definently would like to rent again!
