We were travelling to Seattle for the first time and found this VRBO to be in a great location! It was easy to get to the waterfront, to the pier where our whale watching tour left from as well as to Pike Place Market. We did find there was an elevator to help get up to street level near the garage entrance so that helped on our trek to Pike Place.
I appreciated Preben contacting me shortly after we booked as well as being flexible with our check in time. A great amount of instructions were provided that helped with our stay.
The detachable shower head desperately needed cleaned as you could see the black mold on it and the towels could use an upgrade as they were pretty stained. There were also quite a few stains on the blankets and pillows which was disappointing.
I think it's also important to note that the air conditioning is 2 individual units that are in 2 rooms (the living room and one bedroom). There's a third bedroom (with the queen bed) and it only has access to a tower fan, this wasn't a big issue for us but I would have liked to have known that ahead of booking.
Aside from a few details, overall, we had a pretty nice stay!

Lovely property, very clean, nice condo grounds. View of the Sound and ability to just walk across the street to the boardwalk was great. We walked up every AM to get fresh coffee, pastries and fruit at Pikes Place and watched the sun set from the balcony or the boardwalk. The elevator at the north end of the condos was very convenient when we were tired of walking uphill. Plenty of towels and essentials in the unit, very secure feeling grounds. We had a great time!

We enjoyed our visit tremendously; the proximity to Pike Place market, waterfront piers, belltown, and downtown districts made all the difference as we purposely did not rent a car.
The check-in process was straightforward due to great communication from the property manager. Thank you!

We stayed with our daughter and her fiancé to celebrate our daughter receiving her Masters Degree from SU. The place was wonderful. Exactly as pictured. Great view of the sea and we enjoyed the balcony. Rooms were very comfortable. There is no air conditioner in the second bedroom but if you leave the door open and turn on the other ones in the living area and the master bedroom then it worked fine. Overall a great property!

Great downtown location! Just a couple blocks from Pike Place Market and Aquarium. Short ride to the Space Needle. Beautiful condo that met our expectations and was exactly as described online. Preben was very responsive and helpful from getting us measurements prior to helping us out when our cruise ship was delayed. Thanks again!

The owner was great to communicate with and always quick to clarify or answer any questions. The property felt very clean and professionally run, yet comfortable and homey. Great water view, and great location near downtown and Pike Place Market. Would love to stay here again next time we visit Seattle downtown area.

Secure parking. With a view of the waterfront from the balcony. Saw the ferry, tall sailboats and tour boats on the water.
Easy walking down the piers to restaurants and aquarium.

Preben was a wonderful host, so easy to work with. Quick response and very accommodating. The condo is just as described. Friendly community and very nice area. The location is perfect, right across from Pier 62 that we spent a lot of time at. Quick walk to the City Market. Great eating options close. We walked everywhere-City Market, Space Needle, Pop Culture Museum and T-Mobile Park for the baseball game.
The view from the condo is fabulous. We soaked up the fresh air, food, sights and wonderful people of Seattle.

Very nicely decorated apartment close to Pike Market and downtown. Walked everywhere and were fortunate the weather was very nice. We would definitely choose to stay here again. Disposal and oven need some attention by housecleaners. The oven smoked when it was turned on and set off the smoke alarm. The disposal has a very nasty odor.

Wonderful location with view. Apartment is well appointed, although important to note that the second bedroom has no window and shared bathroom. Fine for us as a couple. Very clean, lots of towels and kitchen is great. Location could not be better, walkable to everything.

My family and I just returned from a 7 Day stay at this property. The location was amazing. The pictures do not do the property any justice. It was very clean and fully stocked with everything you may need. As a matter of fact I have stayed at so many VRBO and non came stocked like this… unfortunately I had already went to the store before check in and purchased everything. So I was able to add to the stock pile. I hope the person that comes behind me enjoy the Louisiana Crawfish and Crab Boil that we left intentionally for the amazing crabs from Pikes Market. Thank you Preben and family for allowing my family the opportunity to enjoy your home. God Bless

Weekend of sports and exploring waterfront Seattle so this location was perfect. 20 minute walk to the sports venues and right on the waterfront.
Construction on going wasn’t ideal but that was everywhere it seemed.
Would recommend location for anyone visiting Seattle.

If you appreciate a water view, this is the place. Convenient to Pike Place and Olympic Sculpture Park and easy freeway access to get anywhere else. Condo was well laid-out, equipped and maintained, and the host was very responsive.

This condo has excellent views of the Harbor, and easy access to Pike Place, the Aquarium, the Ferries and tourist driven restaurants.
The beds were quite comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cook & bakeware. Appliances were top notch, and we were delightfully surprised that there was a GAS range, easier to cook with! The rain shower was terrific as was the spacious shower stall itself. The overall decor was pleasant looking and same as in the pictures. Probably not the most comfortable for those 70+, as the sofa is quite low & dinette chairs are acrylic.
We enjoyed our stay at this higher end condo and would definitely recommend it to others!!

This is all about location, no car needed. 15 minutes to numerous wonderful restaurants and Pike Place. Located on water for nice walks. Furnished hire nicely. Owner is very receptive to needs. Would I go back…in a heart beat

The only complaint is the air conditioning is not great. The one fan is not good enough to help in the second bedroom. The condo is perfectly located with a great view of the water.

the apartment is beautiful situated on the Waterfront right accros the Aquarium and in walking distance of most attractions in Seattle.
There is a lift to go up to the Pike Place Market Area.

Returning guest. We loved it so much last time, it was the first place we thought of for our return. Great location on the waterfront, within walking distances to many attractions for the All Star Week as well as Link. Everything about our stay was issue free and the owner was great to communicate with (only needed to upon check-out). We strongly recommend this for anyone wanting to stay ne’er the water and attractions.

We really enjoyed our stay. It had everything we needed and was in a great location- just below Pike’s Market. Had a nice view of Puget Sound and was quiet but still very close to all the attractions of downtown Seattle and the wharf and tons of great restaurants and coffee shops near by. It’s a steep walk up to the market area via the stairs, but there’s an elevator up the block which is a nice option. The owner was very friendly when messaging and accommodated us with an early check in, which was very nice!

We enjoyed our time at this perfectly located and luxurious condo. We look for certain amenities when we travel, which include available parking, laundry, and a kitchen. These desires are hard to accommodate in most alternative choices like downtown hotels even at high prices. This waterfront condo had it all and was only a 10 minute walk to Pike Place Market. Everyone was impressed with the experience of our stay.
