We always love staying at Treasure Island and this year was no exception. The condo was even nicer than the pictures. They stream lined the check in process.. It was the fastest and easiest ever. Would love to stay again.

We chose this condo because it was pet friendly however I do believe $280 is a high fee to bring along a 5 lb dog. The condo itself is decorated nicely. However, there was a strong urine odor when we arrived. I messaged the property rental company who said someone from housekeeping would be over but they never came. I determined it was the living room rug so I just rolled it up on day 3 of our 7 day stay and put it on the balcony and it was much better. The bottom of the bathroom doors show some damage like maybe the condo had flooded in the past. They need to be replaced and the floor in the master bath has water under the floor. You can hear it when you step on the floor so that’s a repair that needs to be done as well. Also the ceiling fan in the living room is about to come disconnected from the ceiling so we didn’t use it. The beds were comfortable and there’s nice space. Overall I would recommend the condo to others if the repairs are done and the rug is replaced.

Nice area. Away from crowds and tourist attractions but close enough to get to them if wanted. Hardest part was working on parking garage during stay but it all worked out. Wonderful place to stay

The room was on the 6th floor which meant we could park up top and not have to use elevators, however, elevators were super fast when we did use them. The hotel is nice, close to the beach, and has amazing views from balcony. I loved the big pool and hot tub was great. Everything was beautiful except not very clean under beds and sofa, and one of the toilets was broken. Despite those cons I would rate it as five stars.

The property needed a lot of work done. lots of maintenance issues- I WOULD NOT SAY UPDATED---TV did not work in master the entire time, called office they came up 1st night, said they had to get in touch with someone else and nothing ever happened !!!! I would not stay in this particular unit again. just nasty!!!! We have stayed at Treasure Island many times before and the units were much cleaner, so not to judge the resort but just room # 609

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the refrigerator. This should be updated. The ice maker made very little ice, there are shelves missing from the doors, and the two drawers in the bottom of the refrigerator are broken. The bottom two shelves are sitting on the drawers rather than holding them up. This limits the usable space when you have a lot of groceries. We had 8 people so we needed the entire space, so the refrigerator is the only thing that was lacking for us. Others have complained about the cleanliness but I did not see anything that was out of the ordinary for a beach condo. The location in PCB is wonderful as well as at Treasure Island. The parking deck stops at the 6th floor which was convenient for the room. We had plenty of parking in the unmarked parking spots on the 6th floor for both of our vehicles all week (October). The balcony is very large and over the pool. The rooms and furniture are as described in the listing. Huge master bed with a huge closet and a private toilet. Treasure Island property crew were diligently cleaning every time I saw them. The grills are cleaned daily with clear instructions on using the propane grills with provided grilling utensils. The crew were cleaning the walls and elevators every day and emptying trash when full. We enjoyed a great vacation due to the condo, the location, and the crew at Treasure Island.

The biggest draw for us was that this property is pet friendly. The building had good facilities for our dog as well. The designated parking space was great. Enjoyed being on the quiet side of Panama City Beach, still close to restaurants and the grocery store.

(W/ limited space, I will attempt to paint pic) When I 1st entered the condo, I thought "Wow this is a nice place"... Let me fast forward & write a review based upon the 1st 48 hours. Note that there is a note on the refrigerator stating please allow 24 hours to cool your belongings… although I thought this was very strange, I thought I would give it the benefit of the doubt. I woke up the following morning after checking in and all of my perishable items were lukewarm. I immediately contacted the reservation company that I made the reservations through. Unfortunately, they do not have weekends staffed (huge mistake & note to self for future bookings). The information provided does say that their emails are monitored which apparently is just to satisfy an inquiry because I received no feedback, call back let alone maintenance service arrival. At this point I was forced to retrieve the excessively large cooler from the back of my car.(Which had no intentions of ever leaving my car due to the size) , but very grateful that I did have it because apparently the reservation company isn't prepared for Sunday or afterhour emergencies. If you choose to stay here, please note are a few items you WILL need to supply (especially if you're staying for 1 week like i did). Dawn dish soap,Dish detergent, Additional paper towels, toilet paper, etc.. Please note the coffee maker uses coffee grounds (I prepared for pods🙄). There are no mixing bowls. Measuring cups, steak knives, spatulas to name a few. This is a great place for a 2 night stay if you're going to eat out each night… however if you plan on staying for a week or longer, I would recommend searching out places that are equipped to accommodate your needs during your stay. People travel for different reasons... not everyone is on a "Vacation" to eat out every meal. When these concerns were brought up to the front desk, the lack of professionalism from the office was unacceptable from anyone's standpoint. I thought that Kristine definitely needed some additional training on customer service.... until I had the not so pleasure of corresponding with EmeraldCoast Property Management Jon Caldwell... then it made sense why the office was so unprofessional. If I were a property owner, I would be mortified to know that my guests were treated this way.. BOTTOM LINE.. NO REFRIG for 7 days ... I would have been better off staying in a hotel!! STAY AWAY from Emerald Coast Properties.

The bottom of the doors in both bathrooms are messed up. There are scuff marks on the walls in several areas. Some areas on the walls have been fixed but not painted. Master bed (headboard) leather is peeling. Dryer door has a rope as a handle. Cleaning staff didn't clean very well. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes, so I used the one dishwasher pod they leave you to wash them. Their was hair on the Master shower wall. Hair in the bleach tray in the washer. Hair on the microwave door as well as animal Hair on the inside. Floor had a lot of sand on it. Master sheet was stained. There was hair on the quilt and hair all over the towels. Dust was on the master bed canopy and the vent return is full of dust. Dryer lint trap was full, so make sure you check that. Now the Kitchen---The pots/pans are horrible, so if you plan on cooking bring your own. 3 big skillets and I would say 1 is decent. All of the pots/pans stick so make sure you bring oil/butter. Fridge doesn't cool all that well and does not make a lot of ice. There are several cookie sheets to use. There is a coffee maker, blender, and toaster- the blender works but not sure about the other. Bring solo cups as there are not very many glasses/cups to use. I think a complete overhaul would be helpful. Master bed and it's 4 pillows were comfortable. 2nd bed was comfortable. We didn't use the bunks but it seemed to be fitting for a child. Air conditioner worked well, no complaints there, and yes I had it on 70 the whole time. There is one couch and one chair in the living room with 4 barstools and a table in the kitchen. Plenty of seating on the balcony with one table. You have a parking space on the 2nd floor and then there is parking on the 6th floor. I would park on the 6th floor the day of arrival or you will be waiting a while on an elevator.I did email the company about the damages and called the office regarding house keeping.

This unit is terrible! We really like Treasure Island, the location and common areas. We should have listened to the reviews that warned of the mold issues for this unit. It was filthy, our feet were dirty just from walking around, appliances are ragged - none of the bathroom vents work. Our A/C went out and the owner never responded when we reached out. The management company (Emerald Coast) said they would send someone out to fix the problem but nothing was done. Our room got up to 87 degrees with the outside temp being in the 90s.. that’s not something you can just brush off. When we arrived there was some mildew in the master bath and by the time we left it had spread all over the walls and ceilings of the master bathroom and also the smaller bathroom. We had to leave our vacation early because the mold was making us sick and it was just too hot to stay in there. You get one roll of toilet paper, paper towels and one trash bag. The pans aren’t worth letting a dog eat off them. It was certainly not what I expected for the price. By all means stay at treasure island but do not rent this unit.

The unit was beautiful, mostly clean, and had a wonderful view! Although that wonderful view only lasted 2 days because they began doing construction on the beach on the 3rd day. Continued through the rest of our week long vacation! And I mean day and night….. We couldn’t even go on our beach during the day because of this. It was very disappointing and loud! We were not told this was going to be going on. We would not have stayed these dates had we been informed. The beds in the bedrooms were very comfortable but the couch bed needs replaced. The metal frame is extremely bent and uneven. Mattress was thin and needs to be cleaned. (Probably just replaced) Also the first night we found there was no bedding left for this bed. I messaged and got a response the next day. Bedding was brought up that day. I had asked front desk for a blanket or something and they said since we rented through Vrbo they could not help. Told me to cover my children with beach towels! There are many delicious restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed Sisters of the Sea! Food and drinks were awesome! They also had a swimming pool which we used often to escape the sound of the construction and loud trucks in front of our condo pool. 6th floor was perfect level for us. The parking spot that comes with the unit was perfect. Right next to the elevator and grills. That was very nice. I would recommend that the owners put blackout curtains in the master. We are typically day sleepers and the bright sun coming through may be great to some but for us it was not. At least that way the guest would have an option. Lots of sleep lost for this reason as well! One more thing would be the super early check out time! Never in my life have I seen a 9am check out time! Hated it and getting 5 kids up, fed, dressed and out on time was a task in itself!

I always read the reviews of a property and so when I saw the review from January 2022 I almost didn't rent there. But I ignored the very negative things in the review and we rented here for 3 amazing weeks. The property was perfectly clean, we saw zero mold, the location was fantastic and we loved our stay! The view was amazing and the 3 things I really look for in a rental are comfortable bed, good Wi-Fi and good shower head. These were all present in this condo. We had an assigned parking space but in this unit if you park on the roof you can walk directly to the condo. It is an older condo so there are a few little things that I mentioned to the property manager when we left but none of them were enough to contact them duiring our stay. We WILL be back!!

Do NOT rent this Condominium. Due to the black Mold every where, mattresses , pillows and mattress covers that were full of stains of Blood, Urine and other bodily fluids, Furnace room is a fire hazard, etc.. we knew we were in a toxic unhealthy situation. Upon contacting Emerald Coast Destinations and demanding they immediately do something they proceeded to yell and threaten to kick us out for being a problem. They stated they had never had anyone make these complaints like this nor talked to them so brashly. Well I beg to differ after reading the complaints with the Better Business Bureau. In fact one of the complaints filed in June 2021 refer specifically to the condo we rented and word for word talked about filthy stained mattresses and black mold. We were able to get them to replace the mattresses after I said I was contacting the authorities. They told us if we spoke to anyone on the property including HOA Staff about this unit we would be evicted by Paula. It did not surprise me to hear these threats because it is in most of the complaints filed on social media if you dare complain about the filthy units. In fact, in one complaint they forcibly remove a family with a 6 year old child that has cancer at midnight when they demand a clean unit due to the health and safety of their child. This family was left in their car in the middle of the night for hours because they had no where to go. Absolutely disgusting. It appears the best defense is a good offense for Emerald Coast Destinations. The next pattern of behavior for them is to give a bad review full of untruths on VRBO against the customers that demand accountability and healthy safe unit to stay as they were promised. I have over 100 pictures validating what I am saying. We contacted the Fire Inspector, Health Department, Attorney General, DBPR and Department Of Agriculture. I am currently in communication with several news sources in Bay County area who have requested my photos. I will not allow this company continue to be a health and safety hazard to Florida. My husband and I have been a partner with VRBO for 10+ years. I am so disappointed they are allowing Emerald Coast Destinations to market through them. The owners of these condominiums have a responsibility as well and need to be held responsible for the Fraud and Deceptive business practices taking place with their rental properties. There is pending negligence litigation in Florida right now over death of 3 year old child.

The property is in good condition and came well stocked with plates, cooking pots/pans, coffee pot, utensils, etc. We cooked quite a bit while staying here, so that was much appreciated. Had our party been a little bit bigger, we may have been short on plates, but it was not an issue for our group of 4. The gas grills on the property were VERY nice and we used them quite a bit. The view of the ocean from here is nothing short of incredible. You're so close to the water that you can often hear the sounds of the waves while indoors. Being on the quieter end of the strip was also a big bonus. You're close enough to all the action but not right in the middle of it. These units are also very pet friendly with a designated area to bring your pooch to go to the bathroom. I'd highly recommend staying here if you have a small canine companion. I saw several reviews that spoke negatively about the cleanliness of the property which gave us some concern. Our stay did not reflect that. The property was about as clean as you can ask for given the amount of sand that gets tracked into the place from the beach. The showers, oven, fridge, and countertops were spotless. I don't think you can ask for more if you're looking for a pet friendly place in PCB with an awesome view. We most certainly will be back.
