We were there for a family reunion of 43 people. It met our needs. Any contact with the property manager was handled quickly. Would definitely go there again.

We enjoyed all the features of the property from the spacious kitchen to the hot tub in back deck to the home theater. Lovely. Even had bear near property. It was also great to be only 15 minutes to the entrance of the Smoky Mountain Park!

This place was even bigger and better than expected!! It was clean, stocked with kitchen utensils, more than enough space for sleeping, eating and hanging out!!! We couldn’t believe how beautiful the property was and it had so many accommodations! The host was extremely easy to communicate with and super responsive during our stay!! Anything from needing garbage picked up to as little as needing batteries for remotes it was handled quickly and efficiently! Property location was perfect, close enough to enjoy the attractions but just off in the mountains enough to relax and enjoy the scenery! Highly recommend Nottingham Lodge!

Lovely property, steps away from community pool. Hot tub issue was handled, communication was very quick. Most of the rooms need new beds but everything else was great.

The house was way better than the pictures! We had a softball tournament in the Pigeon Forge area for the week, so we decided to rent a house along with 8 of the families on the softball team. This consisted of a total of a total of 36 people. There was so much room, enough for everyone to have their own bed, bathroom, and seperate space if needed. The kitchen and dining area was perfect for team meals and the downstairs was perfect for all of the kiddos that we had. The outside space was great for grilling, practicing, and just hanging out. We saw a few bears among other animals. This places was perfect for our 6 night stay!

We were absolutely amazed with this cabin. The photos do not do it justice! We had a family of 26 stay here to celebrate our parents 58th Anniversary and also my dads 78th birthday and we had a blast! More than enough room. The absolute best host ever. When we got there previous people had left a broken crockpot and she brought one immediately to us. You won’t find a better host! Tari was great and kept in communication with us if I asked anything ! Thanks so much for this experience! Very clean, well taken care of and beside an outdoor pool! Even though it wasn’t open when we were there I plan to be back and experience the pool! Thank you Tari!!!!!!

The bottom line is this was a great property with lots to do in both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
Every year, a group of us friends (some single, some married) get together in a different part of the country to hang out with each other.
We were all a little nervous about this area because we were concerned everything would be focused on kids. However, as adults, we all stayed busy and had enough to do for four days (hiking, go-karts, wine and whiskey tastings, etc.)
The house was great and nobody felt like it was too crammed.

We had an amazing time. We were far enough away that we had the mountain feel but close enough to everything we needed to town. No complaints from our bunch! 10/10 recommend!

Hands down one of the best VRBO experiences you'll ever have. This "cabin" has everything you could ask for when it comes to entertainment, amenities, and location to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Tari who manages the property, is a pleasure to work with and is always just an email or text away. She is incredibly accommodating throughout your entire stay. I would highly recommend renting this lodge....I know I'm going to again soon!

We brought a group of high-school honor students to Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg for four days. There was plenty of room for them to relax after our busy days. They enjoyed the hot tub and game room, had a great game of cornhole, and a lot of space for us to eat together! The kitchen was great for us to be able to cook without being in each other's way.
This is the 2nd time our group has stayed here and we look forward to more!

The place was listed correctly and it was a beautiful chalet. The only downside was communication with the property. Managers were limited to only email. The oven was filthy. When we cut it on to use it it smokedWe had to clean the oven our self, as well as clean the refrigerator there was food left from previous tenants in the refrigerator. I did take pictures when I communicated this to the owners, they told me someone would be by to clean but no one ever came. It would’ve been nice for them to either. Call me or come by themselves. There were toys and crackers left on the living room floors I guess from the previous tenants I will stay again at this property if it is ever available when we need it, but would like better communication with property manager

We had a wonderful time staying here. The location was perfect and the lodge was beautiful. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather to talk, eat, and play games. We’re definitely looking at booking this property again.

This location is very convenient. It is just minutes from the main strip in Pigeon Forge and right at the beginning of the drive to Gatlinburg. It is hilly and there are warnings about driving in that area when roads are bad. It isnt high up in the mountains but still steep hills. Plenty of flat parking at the house.
The space is fabulous. Very spacious with lots of areas for fun or to spread out. The main sitting area is separated from the dining/kitchen with doors and was quiet and cozy with the fireplace. The communal furniture looked updated. Double appliances in kitchen.
Bedrooms all had ceiling fans which I liked. Our mattress was fine, but several complained of old, saggy mattresses. The shower had plenty of hot water and good pressure.
Our favorite things were ...the 16-person swim spa. Everyone got in and sang and told ghost stories. We grilled on the deck. Arcade games were popular. Fireplace was huge and drew people to it for conversation.
Had a few repair issues that were addressed quickly.
Cons...the bedding was worn, cheap, and some was stained. Comforters need a deep clean. Pillows were terrible.
We moved sofas back to make a bigger circle and no one is cleaning under the furniture.
Not great phone reception.
A few non functioning items.
Overall, we'd happily return.

Plenty of bedrooms and hanging out room for all. Pictures are accurate so take a look. Big plus is plenty of parking. A few miles in either direction and you're in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. We cooked breakfast every morning and one dinner. Kitchen is well equipped. And plenty of fridge space. First time ever we didn't use every last inch of the fridges (~20 of us). And main area was decorated for the holidays too. A nice festive touch.

This place was huge! Plenty of room for our very large family to spread out but also plenty of things to do together. My only suggestion would be to include some games or toys for younger kids who got bored very quickly.

This property was a great place to stay for our big family. Everyone had their own room and privacy and the amenities were excellent. It was easy to check in and directions were easy to follow. Property was clean and host was very friendly and accommodating. Great location as well!

This is a great property for a large group, particularly one with older teens to adult kids with the game room nicely equipped and on a lower level from the living area. There are numerous minor maintenance issues with doors, showers, etc. that need to be addressed to make this an excellent rental.

We held a family reunion with 17 adults and four children and this place was amazing. Who doesn't love a built-in game room, hot tubs, and quick access to the community pool? Bonus all of the rooms have their own private bathroom. We came ready for an amazing gathering and our accommodations did not disappoint. There were also plenty of dishes and double everything in the kitchen.
Two minor things are the trash pickups weren't frequent enough for what 21 people can produce, and the pots and pans had a lot of wear and tear. Many nonstick surfaces were so scratched up we wouldn't use them. But trust me, the good far out weighs this minor stuff that is typical of any rental.

Overall this was a great property for a large family gathering. It has many spaces to hang out in (living room, kitchen, game rooms, theater, porches) and spacious areas for cooking and gathering. Nice large bedrooms with bathrooms in each. The neighborhood pool being right next door is a plus, but you may not even need it because of the private swim spa. Perfect location with easy access to all the surrounding attractions.
Only negatives were the odor in the basement areas and the very spotty/poor Wi-Fi connectivity throughout the house. A property this size needs a commercial grade wifi solution.

We had a group of 43 band students and parents. This was a GREAT place for a group....plenty to keep them busy and plenty of room to spread out. Having a couple of showers in the big community bathrooms would have been an excellent addition, considering we had some folks sleeping on sofa beds. Other than that, it was perfect for us.

We had a rough start at the house. But the property owner was very quick to response and the workers that came out were very helpful. The cabin is great for large gatherings I would book this cabin again if I had such a large group. So nice to have a private bathroom in every bedroom. Great location from the parkway as well.

We were a family of 33, 3 generations. This lodge was very spacious, yet had an intimate feel. The kitchen is huge with a double kitchen and very well stocked. Plenty of dining seating. The living room had enough seating for all of us with still room for 4 infants/ toddlers to play. The fireplace is beautiful! The bedroom’s & private bathrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. Everyone enjoyed the arcade,theater room & game room. The front porch is huge with lots of rocking chairs with amazing views! The back deck is very large and very private for hot tub & swim spa! 2 large grills made grilling easy with our large group. The owner's response time to any questions was quick and very helpful. Would definitely book this lodge again!

Really enjoyed our time at this cabin. Tari was super responsive to any questions or concern. I would highly recommend this cabin for large groups. You never feel cramped and the opportunity for our family to be together for a week was priceless.
