Breakfast very repetitive stayed 7 nights and breakfast same and very plain they should change the selection here and there Huge generator at the front of hotel made noise in the morning. Had to change rooms 3 times when arrived, tvs would not work properly needs tech update!

Very limited snack food choice, no room service, 1 member of staff dealing with food preparation and bar so 25 minute wait for a drink, staff not trained in emergency procedures. We had a fire alarm situation at 2am and had to evacuate. A woman in a wheelchair unable to access 5th floor stairs so was left. Fire Brigade arrived after one of the guests suggested the receptionist phoned them! Guests not evacuated outside but allowed to sit in lobby. No information from single receptionist who had no idea about emergency procedures. No electricity in hotel when evacuating except emergency lighting. Eventually fire Brigade arrived. Someone asked the receptionist if we could return to their room, they were told - yes. No announcement. No updated information at all or regret/apology for the situation. Guests went receptionist individually to ask to return to rooms. When we returned to our room there was no electricity so no lighting. In the morning still no electricity so impossible to use internal bathroom for a shower or have a hot drink. There was only cold breakfast - fruit, bread and cereal but nothing hot including drinks. No staff to be seen. On checking out we expressed our concern at the way the situation was handled. No communication of events from staff at all. Fortunately the situation wasn't life threatening but not the sort of shoddy management expected from a hotel of this standing or cost. Very, very disappointed!

Friendly staff in a great location. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants. The room was stark but comfortable. Sparkling clean!

The hotel bar was closed . Well, open but no service. So many people sitting around waiting for service and wondering what was going on. When asked they vaguely mentioned Covid issues? It would have been lovely to be able to get a snack and a cocktail in the later evenings but sadly was not available.

Beautiful place, and excellent location!

I hated a little bit the parking and they do not offer valet. Also they don't have any type of restaurants so no room service.

Dopo una giornata in giro per LA e gli Universal Studios, stanchi ma felici, non c’è niente di meglio che rientrare in hotel, ritemprarsi e rilassarsi in una camera in ordine, pulita e sistemata, giusto? Ebbene nostro malgrado abbiamo scoperto che questa affermazione è vera dappertutto nel mondo tranne che allo Hyatt Place Pasadena. NON è prevista la pulizia giornaliera della camera, bisogna richiederla…. Ma siamo matti??? Mi dicono che è scritto sul loro sito web, peccato che io abbia prenotato attraverso Booking e su Booking questa “peculiare” caratteristica non sia nemmeno accennata. Dopo mille insistenze, e senza nessun accenno di scuse, ci rifilano una stanza per disabili! Mai più nella vita!!! Colazione? Tra la reception e la hall, piatti salati freddi (uova, bacon etc…), senza un minimo di servizio ne la possibilità di avere un cappuccino o un espresso

第一天我是大概晚十一点多到的 还带着5岁小朋友 在房间里没有任何瓶装水 另外也没有拖鞋 打电话给前台，电话是打不通的 只好大概晚十二点左右下去前台 。前台工作人员是位矮一点的墨西哥女性 我跟她说房间没水 她让我去旁边她们自助吧台去购买 于是我去旁边自助贩卖机里买了一瓶快8刀的矿泉水 价格有点离谱 不过最可笑的是 我住了四晚 最后一天要走的时候打了Uber在大堂等车 有两位白人情侣过来要矿泉水 工作人员就直接就给他们拿了（当时的工作人员和第一天晚上那位不是一个人）我简直惊呆 难道第一天晚上那女的是故意没给我矿泉水？？反正从客户体验上是非常不好的. 如果还有去那里住 发现房间没有矿泉水喝的小伙伴 请去前台要！！

Great for early risers that the breakfast starts at 6:30. Loved the location--we could walk to the City Auditorium for "America's Got Talent." Many restaurants within walking distance and attractions a short distance away. Parking was convenient.

Breakfast was really well cooked and plenty. Staff was super friendly and connected with us. Food at the bar was delicious. Elevators worked perfectly. Room was clean and comfy with power blinds. Chanel selection on tv was good. Bathroom was huge!! Water pressure was good. Location was amazing with surrounding areas to walk to and eat. Overall extremely satisfied. Best stays I’ve had in a long time! Parking was spacious always room and easy to go in and out.

Maybe a small microwave inside the room would be nice for the added night stays. Maybe get with Google to fix GPS as it takes you to the side street of the one way, not the correct rout to get in the hotel. We circled around and came the one way street. But Everything else was really good no complaints.

The breakfast was very good, but I wish that there was a bit more variety, particularly for the hot dishes.

I stayed one week, and I made my booking many months prior to my trip. I asked for a room with a good view and I did not notice any effort from the hotel staff to try to accommodate that. Some staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, others were not so much. I asked for daily housekeeping, and the ladies did a very good job despite the strike. However, I wish that the housekeeping was performed in a more regular way. One day was in the morning, and in another day in the afternoon ... Since I was attending a conference, and I need to use the room during the day sometimes, these scheduling changes conflict a bit with my activities. Sometimes, the music in the lobby was a bit too loud.

Bathroom light (sensor was not working properly, so all day even during the night it was turned several times suddenly). As the door of the bathroom is transparent, the light came to the main room as well. Also I didn't like that there is no kettle at the hotel. Each time we had to ask for a cup of hot water.

The breakfast was perfect. Great options. Staff was helpful. Bed very comfortable.

The view from the room was horrible. We asked for changing room and they said yes twice and they didn’t move us.

The elevator to the parking space is quirky, if you wanted to get to the parking space quickly, you have 50-50 chance of getting the right elevator. Otherwise you have to go to the first floor, transfer to another elevator, then down 1 floor to the parking space. But thats just nitpicking

15mins no air-conditioning when sleeping cos no motion detected. It's choked at night when no air conditioning and no window to open!!!! This is ridiculous!!!!!
