Great place to stay!

Went to Legoland and Peppa Pig. Great location close to restaurants. Nice pool but was still a little cold. Enjoyed the hot tub.

Very relaxing not a bad drive to Kissimmee and other fun places

The home was spacious, and everything was clean and operational. The pool was beautiful, but water temperature was a bit too low for us seniors (it was late November). The hot tub was quite inviting, but we ran out of time to try it. All in al - a very enjoyable stay!

We did not stay long but it was perfect for our short trip.

Great experience with the property. Great location to Legoland, nice neighborhood and loved the pool and hot tub! Renting was smooth and the house was perfect for our stay!

The property has a great pool but it was not warm enough to use it…..but the hot tub was used ever day. It was wonderful to come home to it after very long days at the event. The proximity to the waterski event was great!

We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub & pool as well as being located in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay at this rental home. We used it for only half the week to go to Legoland, which wasn’t but a short drive. Also lots of restaurants and places to go that were also a short drive. We spent the first part of the week in Sarasota. Had we known this house was perfect for us, we would’ve booked it for the week and just drove to Siesta Key Beach one day out of the week. The pool was wonderful for the kids to have something to do!! The only thing I would say, the water did smell and also the home had a packed up smell, if that makes sense. Other than that, it was very clean, and we enjoyed it!

I wanted to find something to give my family space instead of being crapped in a hotel room since all three were competing. This house provide that and much more! This house had everything I would need in a house. It was very easy to find and in a good location. The venue we had to go to was in Lakeland but we went to the beach one day and to Disney springs another day. We rented a boat and wave runner to explore the many lakes there. I highly recommend doing this. The owner was very nice and would answer my messages right away! My kids enjoyed the pool! I would recommend this house!

The house was centrally located for Disney and the beach. Very clean and had plenty of linens and kitchen amenities. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. No complaints. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed here while we were in town for a waterskiing event. We also visited Legoland and a couple other area attractions. Great location, very clean, close to all everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were a HUGE hit and we spent quite a bit of time out there. Thanks Linda.

Did read the reviews until our flight ✈️ was delayed and then we got little scared.,,, got there and find very little things where corrected from the complaints that I read Lot’s of spray when first go in… old dishes old sofas and stinky old mattresses, with sheep plastic cover make lots at noises and making you sweat 😓 a lot because it’s plastic … Hopefully if anyone else wants to go there just be aware that the owners said that she lives in Canada and for two years she has not been in this particular place..,. Only thing that Sefe us was tha pool and jacuzzi was awesome good working conditions and cleanin ..,

This is in a cute older neighborhood. The home is nice and I loved spending time outside here. Great home for families.

This home is wonderful! Conveniently located near stores, and pool and hot tub were great! It was very clean and had all the amenities! The owner is great, and responds immediately to any questions. Highly recommend this house!!

The property is conveniently located to many restaurants, shopping centers, and various parks. Linda was extremely quick to respond to my questions during my stay. I had the pleasure to also speak to her on the telephone and she was extremely nice. Thank you Linda for opening your home to my husband and me.

My husband, 2 kids (ages 5 and 9) and I stayed here for 4 nights and 5 days for a trip to Legoland. It was about a 30 minute drive to Legoland. Upon arrival, the house had a weird odor that we couldnt get rid of. The house appeared clean for the most part but later discovered the bed linens on the kids beds had not been cleaned after the last person (the linens smelled like sweaty heads and had stains). The pullout sofa was full of food crumbs, hair and a bottle of whiskey! I would strongly recommend to the owner to have the rug and sofas cleaned. They smelled badly. The pool was green and cloudy but the owner assured us it was clean and ready to swim. We werent sure if that was the normal coloration or algae...after swimming we found out it was in fact algae. Pool light wasnt working so, no night swimming. A big disappointment because that was the main reason we rented this house. Also I didnt feel safe there- theres hardly no lighting at night and the second night we were there two police cars stopped in front of the house and a search helicopter above. My kids were scared to sleep alone after that. A minor issue was no tvs in bedrooms. We like to watch tv to fall asleep and the house was very noisy (knocking noises in the walls or ceiling) so it was hard to get to sleep. Also the local restaurants are few and far between and also close very early. Plan to eat dinner in Winter Haven. Pros: The bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Has Laundry room. 3 bedrooms The pool is a major asset of this house it just needs to be maintained regularly.
