Solo una fracción de estos están en realidad en la ciudad de Anna Maria, y menos aún están en la playa. We were booked during tropical stormy Debby. The host kept us updated on the latest weather forecast. We did leave the house for 2 days due to island flooding but the host had a clean up crew there quickly to get us back in quickly. The view from the home was amazing. We watched dolphins and manatees play every day. 5 stars all the way!!!!!!

We enjoyed Joe’s place so much! He was so prompt and helpful with communication and any questions we had. The house is old Florida charm, very clean, and great location! Dolphins put on a show daily while we were there. Quiet and peaceful area with great sunrises each day. Would go back again for sure!

First time to Anna Marie. Beautiful views, very quiet for relaxing on the porch, over all nice place, had the old Florida home feel. Beds were comfy & the kitchen was well stocked.

This property is fantastic. It really is a home away from home. It is located on the north end of the island. The closest trolly stop is at the Anna Maria City Pier and quite a walk from the property. I really recommend a car or golf cart if you plan to get out and see the island. Joe was a wonderful host and kept in touch to make sure everything was ok. My only complaint is that the pictures being used to advertise the outside of the home are not up to date. Due to Mother Nature there is no longer a beach as depicted in the photo taken of the house from the Rod and Reel Pier. The pictures need to be updated and or the beach issue be addressed in the description of the property so renters have correct information when making a decision on where to stay. Again thank you Joe for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time.

Loved sitting on the second-floor balcony and watching the various wildlife. Nice quiet area with basically your own beach. We swam every day and felt very safe. Nightly walks to Bean Point to enjoy the sunset. Highly recommended. Thank you, Joe.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this property is!! The house is comfortable, feels like home, and has newer kitchen appliances. The deck has an amazing hammock with a million dollar view at any time. We had multiple dolphins, manatees, manta rays, starfish, and beautiful sunrises to enjoy the entire week. The sandy yard area had beautiful shells. Cozy lounge chairs, umbrellas, cornhole, floating tubes with anchors & a gas grill are just a few of the perfect amenities. Bean Point beach is within a short walking distance, has clear blue water with velvet sand, and is a must for the amazing sunsets. Joe is very hospitable and always only a phone call away if needed. We will definitely return! Best week ever!!

What an amazing spot. So relaxing sitting on the deck watching the ocean. Was are first time to Anna Maria and we loved it. House is nice has everything you need, was surface clean but could use a deep clean.

We had a fantastic week at Joe’s house over our kids’ spring break. We love the north end of AMI where we are able to easily get around via foot, bike, or golf cart. Add the beautiful views from Joe’s house, along with the Rod and Reel pier and Bean Point just steps away, I can’t think of a better location on the island. The house suited all of our needs and came with plenty of amenities to keep us entertained. It was easy to communicate with Joe before and during the trip. Overall, it exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay at this house again when we next visit AMI.

We have stayed at this property before and absolutely love it! Location is priceless as you can observe wildlife from the deck or even while cooking!
House has fun beach toys for kids which is a huge plus for a family.
Joe (the owner) is fantastic and very responsive and helpful.
House has an old Florida feel which we love and has an awesome outdoor space for eating and grilling.
We loved our stay and will be back!

Anna Maria is a lovely island. Very casual and old Florida. Non-commercialized. Home is located right on the water. You will be able to watch the dolphins feed every day. About 3 blocks from bean point beach. Shells are abundant. Home is just the right size for 4. Home needs maintenance.

On the morning sun side of AMI. Fishing pier two doors down. Unfortunately, since the photo of the home was taken, the entire beach has washed away. The steps take you into the water, not to the beach. The home has a great view of the Sunshine Skyway Bridge (in the distance). There is also a rear deck facing west, but there is no furniture on it. (We used it some to avoid wind coming from the east on a couple of days.) We had a hard time getting hot water out of the primary bedroom's shower, but the other shower worked perfectly, so it wasn't that big of a deal for us. All in all, this property met our needs pretty well. The owner/landlord was very available and eager to help and quite interested in our having a nice stay. Thanks, Joe.

This home away from home feeling makes you comfortable right away. And the spacious wrap around deck afforded us instant views of pelican & seabirds from the very start of our vacation. There were plenty of dolphins playing in the bay as well. It’s exciting to see so many pelicans diving and floating directly from our deck.
We do some cooking while we vacation and this rental has an abundance of spices and good cookware to use. I was happy with the latest Keurig machine as well.
I like that there are plenty of super clean, bright white towels of all sizes to use. The beds are very comfortable. I asked for king beds and those were provided. I was glad I didn’t have to bring my own hair dryer. One is provided for each bedroom.
I believe you will be happy renting this property. Enjoy your stay! We did.

Have stayed in Bradenton before and it does not compare to this location. Close to everything but very quiet and peaceful. House was amazing - clean, well stocked with everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms, ample parking. Strongly encourage you rent a golf cart, it makes the whole "island experience " even more fun. Don't think you can get closer to the water and watching the sunrise and dolphins was wonderful. Joe made the whole process seamless from booking to checkout. We had a hard time leaving. Thank you for a special time we will always remember. Brent and Elana

When I first arrived I was slightly disappointed with the deck. It needs a little upkeep. After 2 hours, I was absolutely sold. Absolutely gorgeous location we had an absolutely wonderful week and spent hours on the deck with the peaceful sounds of the bay that also lulled us to sleep. We ate at the house a lot because we were so comfortable there. Very short walk to beautiful Bean Point. I have to sincerely thank Joe. He was absolutely wonderful. We needed help due to locking ourselves out and within ten minutes he resolved our problem. Thank you for a perfect week Joe

Angels Envy has one of the best views on the island. It’s a great house for 4 people. We had beautiful sun rises. Watched the birds and the dolphins. Had lots of north wind while we were there so the water was very rough. The house was very well equipped. Joe was quick to respond to any questions. Would definitely return. We were disappointed that we forgot binoculars. Joe-that would be a great addition.

The house has the most amazing view, right on the water. The upstairs decking area is perfect to watch the days go by, accompanied by a glass of wine! It has all the kitchen utensils that you need. Showers work fine. Lots of towels. Kayaks etc if you are more adventurous. The water is so warm. Key collection was simple. Joe, the owner was available if need be, but everything was fine. A great relaxing time!

My family and I take a trip to the beach every year, only our second year at AMI though. We have stayed in condos and beach houses. Most times directly on the beach, last year we stayed within a block of the beach. This year we decided to take a chance and stay on the bayside. We are so grateful for that risk. We were rewarded every single day with experiences we would have never encountered elsewhere. We saw many species of sea life and lots of birds every day. Dolphins, manatees, stingrays, fish, starfish, sand dollars, and the seashells are truly unbelievable. My husband and I snorkeled for hours each day. The sunrises were magnificent. I don’t think I missed one sunrise the entire week we were there. The sunsets at Bean Point, only a ½ mile walk along the shoreline, whew, breathtaking. Joe has stocked this place with anything and everything you can possibly think of. We were so impressed at the attention to detail. I can see the love that is/was put into this place. Also, communication with him was an absolute breeze. Trust me when I say, the pictures do not do this place justice. You must be there to truly appreciate it. Thank you, again, Joe for your hospitality and sharing your home with us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the gorgeous Angel’s Envy!!!

We have a boat so parking was amazing as we typically have an issue with a boat. Loved the fact the property had plenty of chairs, outdoor games, and its own little beach. Great appliances, cookware, and the scenery on the balcony was top notch for viewing manatees, dolphins, and the sunrise. Will definitely be backnif given the oppourtunity.

I LOVE this beach house. It’s in the perfect location to see dolphins and manatees. I’ve stayed there several times and it’s still my favorite! On this trip, I did have one issue arise, but the owner responded quickly to my message and we worked out a solution. He went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. I can’t brag on him or this home enough!

My friends and I loved every minute of our week at Angels Envy. The owner, Joe, was fantastic and friendly, so much better than working with a property management company. The house was clean and pleasant, beds were comfortable but the best thing about this property is the view. It is spectacular! We saw dolphins and manatees every day…and if you enjoy birds, you will have plenty to watch. We swam every day, which is easy to do when you are steps away from the beautiful turquoise water. We honestly didn’t see much of the island because we couldn’t tear ourselves away from the house. It is the definition of serenity. Oh, and the sunrise from the deck is breathtaking. If you can’t be happy here, you can’t be happy anywhere.

We booked Joe's place for our first stay on Anna Maria Island and loved it! We loved being on the waterfront as well as so close to the pier and walking to sunsets on Bean Point.
His home was very clean and had everything we needed - especially loved the kitchen supplies and cookware, as I tend to cook a lot.
I cannot say enough good things about Angel's Envy - it was like staying at a friend's house, not a cold and sterile fancy rental (we're not fancy people). Loved it and highly recommend!

You can’t ask for a better location. Joe was extremely responsive and offered a lot of great recommendations. Lots of amenities included… Kayaks, Floating tubes, Fishing rods, and everything you need to enjoy the waterfront property. This is an old beach house which needs updating. We had friends that stayed in a nearby condo and we used this home as our primary place for entertainment which was great. If you’re looking for a pristine property, this isn’t it. If you want a nice place to enjoy the outdoor space, it’s great. I give it 5 stars for the location, communication, and providing the things you need to enjoy the water at your doorstep.

We really enjoyed our stay at Angel's Envy. The house was clean and had everything we needed as if we were home! Joe, the owner, was very easy to get a hold of with any questions that we had. The view was fantastic & the weather was perfect. The beds were very comfy. The hammock on the porch was awesome! We spent most of our time sitting on the porch looking at the water, boats going by, watching wildlife such as the dolphins, pelicans, osprey & more! We enjoyed watchin the people fish on the Rod & Reel Pier catching black drum, snook, and other fish species. The house has 2 kayaks, 4 inner tubes, Cornhole boards, and we rented bicycles which were delivered & picked up for FREE! The only suggestion that I would have is that the pots & pans should probably be replaced soon since the teflon is pretty scratched up on them. Otherwise, we felt so at home and look forward to returning again! Joe, thank you for everything! :)
