'Sunset Grace' se completó a finales de 2014 y se encuentra a poco más de una cuadra de la playa. Cuenta con una gran piscina privada de agua salada climatizada en el patio trasero. La casa tiene 7 dormitorios, 6 baños completos y dos salas de estar (una en la planta superior y otra en la planta baja). Esperamos que lo encuentres cómodo y hermoso.
El espacio
Disfrutará de su distribución perfecta con la cocina, el comedor y una gran sala de estar en la planta baja, más 2 habitaciones en el primer piso, cada una con su propio baño en el primer piso. En la planta superior, disfrutarás de otros 5 dormitorios, cuatro baños completos más y una segunda sala de estar con un sofá cama doble desplegable. Esta segunda sala de estar en el piso superior proporcionará un lugar perfecto para relajarse o jugar para los niños pequeños, adolescentes o personas que duermen en la tarde de su grupo en momentos en que la sala de estar de la planta baja está ocupada.
Dos porches en el piso de arriba te brindarán el lugar perfecto para tu café de la mañana si aún no estás listo para sentarte junto a la piscina privada en el patio trasero. Hay un amplio aparcamiento para 6 vehículos.

We have enjoyed a week at this house two years in a row. The house has plenty of space for our large family and is well laid out, with several different areas to gather. Beach access is adjacent and the house pool is perfect. There is a hammock and lots of patio seating. We had a couple of minor issues which were addressed politely and quickly by the owners. One upgrade I would suggest is replacing the dining room chairs, they have been well used. And adding a grab bar to the downstairs master bath shower would be so helpful for safety.

This house was the perfect house for our huge family. All of the rooms are super spacious.
The kitchen was big enough for everyone to be able to sit down, and enjoy dinners together and there was a big dining room table for game nights. It also came fully equipped with all of the cooking pans, silverware, blender, anything you would need for cooking.
The location was perfect. Just a quick 10 minute walk to the beach, there is also parking up the block if you wanted to drive. We enjoyed the exercise.
The house is also in a good location close to all the grocery stores.
I FORGOT TO MENTION THE POOL. After being at the beach we came back, and relaxed in the pool. The outdoor space was perfect and the grill was super convenient for dinners.
We really enjoyed our stay, and would definitely book this house again for future vacations.

My family and I had a wonderful stay this July. There were 15 of us ranging in ages from 12-79 years old. We appreciated all the rooms so we each had our own space. The kitchen and dining area were large enough to accommodate us all. The pool was wonderful to have especially for the late night swims. The beach access was a quick walk down the street in a quiet neighborhood. The balconies also came in handy to hang towels to dry and a quiet place for several avid readers in the family to escape. The only negatives were the need for more pots, pans, and sheets for a family our size. We cooked almost every meal during our stay and were limited due to the amount of food we had to prepare. Also, due to the weather (not the owners fault, obviously) we spent a great deal indoors and wished there was more seating (couches) in the living room. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would stay there again.

We had our annual family vacation at Sunset Grace and enjoyed it! Our ages ranged from 15-87 and everyone was comfortable. We rented a golf cart as the walk to the beach was too much for the older folks and we found most houses on our street also had them so that was fun. The pool are was a huge hit and the kitchen had everything we needed! My only suggestion would be to add some more or new bath towels. Not all rooms had them and those that were there were pretty old. Other than that we loved it!

Overall the house is in bad condition. Found roach in shower stall, have pictures . Had to buy tank of gas for grill, pool was not taken care of filthy skimmer basket. Terrible furniture needs replaced, trash on side of house, no bath mats in most of bathrooms. This doesn’t cover all the problems, I have pictures I would be happy to send you that will really tell the condition of this property. We would not recommend it to anyone.

Perfect Vacation

It's hard to book unless you are very familiar with the location but we got lucky.
The property had a little smaller pool than the pictures lead us to believe. A couple of the mattresses could be replaced and the refrigerator definitely needs to be replaced. But I know the owner is on top of this as a new microwave was installed while we were there. You can't go wrong booking Sunset Grace

Cozy and short walk to the beach
Everything was just as listed,clean beds were comfy and the pool was amazing to have! Only thing i would recommend is a better television in the living room and some new pillows in the bedrooms. Was a little warmer in the downstairs rooms then the upstairs rooms which we put a box fan down in the lower rooms to help. Nothing to complain about really just a few rcommendations :) We enjoyed our week at your home! Thanks for having us!

Great Location
The property was 2 blocks from the beach trail in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was clean and provided bonus swimming for the littles. The house was comfortably large and very prettily decorated with a beach theme. Beds were comfortable. This was a terrific property we would visit again.

Not a great property
Checkin is Saturday at 5pm which means you wait with your bags somewhere waiting to get into your rental after cleaning. The cleaning team was blind as huge hair balls, scum, mold, and dirt was all over the home. This home was appointed with builder grade sub par cabinets, flooring and appliances. The refrigerator struggled to keep items frozen. The vacuum did not work well at all. The beds had plastic liners which made sleep difficult due to the noise; bathroom lighting was dim and the showers were lacking. Those that left 5 star reviews must be family and friends. I sent pictures of the dirt and they must have come by when no one was there so we cleaned it up ourselves.

Summer Vacay
The location of this property is great. It’s close to the beach, restaurants, the outlets, etc. The owner was quick to answer any questions before we checked in.
The main complaint is the house was not very clean. There was sand everywhere, in one of the bedrooms there was clothes on the floor from previous vacationers, and dust bunnies in some areas. It’s not the owners fault as they prob don’t check it once it’s cleaned. Plan on purchasing chairs and umbrellas if needed.
Overall, we liked the house but wish it was cleaner.

Great place
Sunset Grace was amazing. We will be back again. The location was amazing. Less than 2 blocks to the beach. The house was just perfect for our group. No golf cart was needed. Pool and yard were very nice. Aj was super easy to deal with, and on top of everything. Outside shower to get the sand off. Photos don’t do it justice. Everyone loved this place, all are excited about next year.

Thanksgiving at Sunset Grace
This house was PERFECT for our family. There were 14 of us, and the house was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen was large and very well-equipped; perfect for preparing our Thanksgiving dinner. The beach is a short walk away, and there are plenty of beach chairs for use on the beach. We will definitely stay here again. My only negative report is that we couldn't lower the thermostat below 72°, and sometimes, while we were cooking, we got warm. Other than that, everything was great. It was wonderful to have our private pool.

We had a family vacation at this location with 17 people. There was plenty of room with great amenities like high chairs, pool toys, chairs for the beach, hammocks in the backyard, a nice grill, etc. it was a short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great Location
Sunset Grace fit our needs! Great location and spacious. It would have been nice to have the pool heated and included in the price. The weather only allowed for intermittent swimming even if we had the pool heated. The carpet should be replaced, the first floor bedroom near the pool/patio door tv volume couldn’t be adjusted and the shower rod was rusted. The second floor white furniture bedroom’s mattress also needs replacing. There were very limited to no supplies. The pics were accurate.. A fire pit and hot tub in the back is also suggested. VRBO fees are also too expensive compared to other vacation rental companies. Overall we enjoyed our vacation time in the Destin home immensely.

Great Experience for our Family
Our family of 6 siblings w/spouses had such a wonderful time in this home. There was enough space for each member to have their own bedrooms and baths. The heated pool and patio area was great area to relax.
This property was in a great location, walking distance to the beach, and close to stores and restaurants. We loved our visit and are looking forward to returning October 2020.
