Was attending La Quinta for a conference and this location was perfectly located for meetings at the La Quinta resort. Room was spacious and provided an excellent space for work and rest. Right across the street from the La Quinta spa and next to small pool.
Communications was fast and easy and smooth check in and check out process.

The following in my opinion need upgrading. New rug, and pillow top is too big for bed, need new duvet insert. Not warm enough.Additional coffee Keurig pods. Place could use a better overall cleaning.

Great location, just needs updates and a better checkin process at night. For great reasons the resort is low light and needs to be considered or check in and check out in the dark. Property manager was available and corrected issues quickly.

Perfect Getaway with My Wife
We needed a break from the stress of daily life with business and kids and ducked off to our favorite place: La Quinta Resort. The Spa Villas are the best deal in the desert. Affordable, convenient and plenty big for us to relax and be together. Can't wait to go back!!

Cannot beat La Quinta Resort
Very quiet away from hustle of central resort, but Condo is tired.There was clearly longstanding leaking from one of the faucet handles in the bathroom, not something that could be fixed by a handyman, but would likely require disassembly of entire countertop. Many cracks and stains were evident and several attempts at re-grouting were obvious. Carpet had stains and needs replacement.

The carpet was stained, the bed was very uncomfortable. The air conditioner was cold and the vents on the ceiling looked like it had been a while since they had been cleaned.

Great Dog Friendly La Quinta Spa Villa
Perfect location near Spa, Fitness Center & grassy areas for your pups. This one bedroom unit includes small fridge, microwave & coffee maker. Can be combined with adjacent unit if more bedrooms & kitchen is needed. Our pups love staying at the La Quinta Resort & booking via VRBO saves money vs. booking similar units directly from hotel.

Great option if you’re staying at La Quinta and don’t plan to use the main pool at the Resort. Location is convenient to the Spa and tennis courts. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a great location, with a patio and pool steps outside. The Spa is around the corner. Need to arrange transportation to restaurants and shops.

Spa Villa
Beautiful resort. Room is located right next to the pool with a outside patio. Stocked with plates,utensils,cups and coffee pods and sugar.
My only negatives was that there was mold in the shower, the shower head is dripping so its constantly wet. And the last day when I untucked the sheets the duvet cover had dark stains all over it. New linens are needed as well as overall touch up paint.

Very pleased
The only minor complaint I have is that the lounge chair on the small patio is ripped, so I couldn't relax on the patio. I think there should be two lounge chairs, too. But the pool is only a few feet away. Overall, the property was wonderful.

Lovely getaway location
I used to work for Hilton and would stay at the resort all the time. Since I have changed jobs I don’t have access to the same room rates so booking privately through VRBO was a great alternative. The room was just like staying at the resort, we will be back!

Disappointing
Listing pictures are very old and unit is very shopworn. Shower had black mold, one sink faucet leaked all over the countertop and the other sink had a non-working drain fixed with blue painters tape. Chairs are torn and bench at end of bed is broken. I stayed in the unit last year and it was ok but now is beaten to death.
LaQuinta is a great resort with good amenities but the unit needs total refurbishment.

Barking Dogs
I have stated at La Quinta many times. I usually book through the resort and have always had an enjoyable and relaxing stay. For this trip I booked through VRBO, and was disappointed to say the least. The two barking dogs in the neighboring unit (shared a wall) were non-stop. Locked in the unit all day and barking at all walks of life as they circulated the grounds of the resort outside. For a resort of this standard, this is completely unacceptable. The owners of these dogs had no regard for any other guests. I called PM 4 times before I was informed that the tenants and their dogs would be checking out the next day. Lucky for me I had already checked-out so that information had become irrelevant. I was refunded 15% of my charge for the inconvenience, but only after having to call 4 times with complaints, no resolution on the barking dogs, and asking how I could be compensated. This was not offered. The unit was clean and luckily on a lovely resort so the area was nice. I recommend to the PM team, not allowing dogs when located within a resort setting where people come to relax.

Maintenance
We have rented several Villas in the LaQuinta resort & Spa. I must say this unit was the most tired/worn (much in need of some TLC). Microwave did not work properly, curtains were dirty & very worn, even fraying around edges (very hard to open & close). Dirty walls, tile counter (near coffee maker was dirty with splatters. Tile in shower had mold in grout lines. Didn’t appear it was being very well taken care of. Would not stay in this unit again. If we didn’t love the La Quinta resort & Spa grounds so much I would of given this Villa a much lower rating.

This little gem is filled with all the perfect amenities you need to relax! Super comfy bed, romantic fire place, giant soaking tub and huge shower. Decor is on point for the classic Spanish Villa getaway. Private patio allows you to relax and see the mountains, feel the breeze and enjoy the deep blue skies in the mornings! Absolutely perfect setup and would highly recommend! Can’t wait to stay again :)
