Quiet condo unit, beach front. Balcony overlooking the beach. Very clean with everything you need in the kitchen and for the beach. We had a nice, relaxing stay and our host was awesome with keeping us informed and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend. Oh and the bed was so comfortable!

You can’t beat this location for on the beach. Everything was provided as far as beach towels, beach chairs and also a very nice pool. We could walk to several restaurants which was nice and also it is not a crowded beach. Joanne , our host was very good at responding to requests and questions.

Property was just as described. It was clean and welcoming with the balcony overlooking the beach. It made for awesome viewing of nightly sunsets. Wonderful location with many restaurants within walking. It is a quick drive to my favorite shopping area …John’s Pass. I can’t wait to return in 2025!

Gulf view from second story balcony was awesome, especially at sunset. Beach was perfect. Condo was spacious with very comfortable furniture. Had a great week and would highly recommend it!

The place is everything you see and more. Joann and Gus are fantastic owners we had one little glitch and they were there to solve the problem within and hour! Would definitely stay in this unit again.

We booked this beautiful place for six days. We were looking for rest and relaxation, and got that, and so much more! It was quiet, clean and close to so many great restaurants. The views are unmatched, we saw dolphins all kinds of birds, and most days we were the only people on the beach, we cannot wait to return!

We had such a fabulous time! The location couldn't be better, right on the beach! The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very spacious and gave us plenty of room to relax after long days on the beach. We appreciated the kitchen stocked with cooking essentials, as we ate in most of the evenings, and especially enjoyed eating and relaxing on the wonderful balcony! It was a perfect vacation!

This was our second time staying in this Condo, but the 3rd in this Building. We love this location. The owner is so nice and really takes pride in their condo. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Communication was great and we had everything we needed. Truly feels like home away from home. Thank you for a wonderful Stay!

My husband and I stayed at the property to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. We were married on Clearwater Beach. This condo was perfect for us to relax, enjoy the beautiful view, walk to local restaurants and bars, but still close to drive to bigger towns (Clearwater & John's Pass) to do some shopping. The bed was comfortable and the shower was awesome. It's also great to have beach chairs and equipment right there to use. We will definitely be back.

Nice amount of living space. Comfortable beds. Nice pool area. Short walk to the beach. Nice selection of beach gear to use. Easy communication with owners and simple check in process. Liked the keyless lock rather than keeping up with keys. Nice covered parking spot. It is a bit tight if you have a large vehicle but my SUV fit fine. Will definitely stay again!

Great location, great view, and nice accommodations. The water pressure in the shower is to die for. The kitchen was well supplied. Nice TV. Great A/C and ceiling fans. The check-in process was smooth and communication with owners was fast and helpful. If we return to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

The view from this balcony is perfect.... sunsets were amazing. This condo was cozy and very clean. Beach was awesome from the soft white sand to the crystal clear calm water. Perfectly placed right between Clearwater and St. Pete so plenty of activities within driving distance. Property manager was very nice as well, didnt really run into anything we needed her for but made the whole process of check in and out a breeze. Will definitely be staying here for our next beach vacation

This is by far the best condo we stayed in and we have stayed in many across the world. JoAnne was an excellent host and she responded to my emails very quickly and was extremely helpful. The condo was spacious and furnished to an extremely high standard with comfortable furniture and bed. There was so much storage space for clothing in the bedroom, This is the first time we had more storage space than we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils you could possibly require. Bathroom was great with generous walk in shower. Balcony was large with the best views. Lovely to sit out here and watch the sunset or just chill. The beach equipment was just amazing so much to chose from. The brightly coloured parasol was fab and the chairs comfortable. A good selection of beach towels were also available. Really like the digi lock for the front door which means you do not have to take any keys with you. Felt very safe and secure in this unit. It was lovely and quiet and no noise from adjoining units. The location was great just a few minutes walk from the Salt Rock restaurant where we ate in a couple of occasions and food was fab. Absolutely brilliant to be so close to the beach and so easy with the lift to take down your beach equipment to the beach. We were amazed that there was even a luggage trolley by the lift which came in very handy for transporting luggage to the condo. There were also a couple of trolleys by the lift that we used to transport groceries.

This was the perfect spot for vacation! Condo was super cute and very clean. Loved the spacious living room are, perfect for lounging around and relaxation. Pool was amazing and love all the deck space. Beach was just steps away from pool with easy access. Also love how close it is to all the good restaurants! The host was very accommodating and helpful, and she stayed in contact with me every step of the way. I really appreciated how easy she made the whole process! We definitely will be returning!!

We loved the unit & how accommodating everything was. There were beach chairs & floats for our use if we wanted them. Everything was very clean. A perfect condo for my husband & I to celebrate our anniversary. Joanne was an exceptional host!

Beautiful sunsets whether you’re on the beach or veranda. Condo was clean and had very nice coastal decor. Comfortable king bed and awesome shower! Nice to have a tall newer toilet as well. Bonus sink/mirror/electrical outlet off bedroom. Made getting ready at same time an option. Easy access to elevator or stairwell. Cabana rentals directly in front of the condo. Otherwise owner had beach towels, chairs, cooler and umbrella for your use. Definitely will return! Thank you so much! What a great birthday!

This is a beautiful property, all aspects of this experience surpassed my expectation.
