Beachnplace! Amazing Ocean Views w/Bunk Room & BBQ on Patio in Phase 2!
Beach N Place es el lugar para comenzar tus chanclas y relajarte en la playa de arena del Mar de Cortés en Puerto Peñasco, México, también conocido como Rocky Point. Cortez 1006 es un condominio de 2 dormitorios y 2 baños de 1632 pies cuadrados ubicado en el piso 10 en la Fase II de Las Palomas Seaside Golf Community. ¡Recientemente hemos agregado una habitación con literas con literas individuales, cada una con su propio televisor montado en la pared! El condominio tiene un patio de 430 pies cuadrados de gran tamaño con 40 pies de frente y vistas impresionantes del Mar de Cortés, con vistas al área común con un río lento, jacuzzi y piscina infinita con bar en la piscina. Nuevo construido en parrilla eléctrica de barbacoa y asientos de bar en el patio!
El condominio está decorado con muebles modernos de Z Gallerie. La sala tiene un televisor LCD de 50 'montado en la pared y un sistema de sonido envolvente definitivo para DVD. Las habitaciones cuentan con televisores montados en la pared y despertadores con base para iPod. La cocina está totalmente equipada para acomodar cualquier comida que elija preparar. Sin embargo, es posible que desee probar el restaurante Citron Las Palomas 4 Diamond, o cenar informal junto a la piscina / bar en la piscina.

Our stay was glorious, Brock answered all our questions very quickly..The patio was amazing nice furniture and views to enjoy..We wish we’d known about the daily activities the resort offered and the beds were extremely firm, otherwise this condo and resort were great!

We spent the 4th of July at this property! It was spacious and very comfortable for our party of 6…including 4 teenagers! The view from the balcony for the fireworks/ocean was absolutely fabulous! Loved the outdoor bar and seating area, too! We only had a minor housekeeping issue during our stay! Once I notified Brock, he was very attentive and expeditiously had the problem remedied! We would definitely recommend this place and plan to return in the future! Thanks again!

Overall great condo and owner. We stayed for a quick trip but loved the location of this property and the condo specifically. Beautiful views of the ocean. Great beach setup for guests. Easy to get pool chairs. Easy comfortable setup of condo. Only small feedback is better pillows would be great but that is minor. If you’re driving you may want to bring your own. We would love to rent from Brock again and bring the kids next time. :)

The property is a bit dated for the cost. We had two days of limited water access in our condo, requiring us to shower off site two days in a row. We were told that the whole city had water problems, but we were able to shower at a nearby property where our friends were staying. Regardless of the cause for the water issues, we paid top dollar for our stay. We asked for a partial refund, and did not request a specific amount but felt that the owner should at least share in the unfortunate water situation. We were told by the property that this would be left up to the discretion of the property owner. We were offered a future discount on a future stay but we don’t if/when we will be back, so asked for a partial refund instead. We have had no response since. Disappointingly poor customer service. We will definitely not use this owner/property manager again.

Gate security on the third day was a different guy who gave us a hard time. Trying to get back in gave us a hard time it was hot and he had to call the resort to make sure we were registered and when we gave him our names, he said no we were so I had to give them my ID that we still had to wait. It was hot I was angry and it kind of makes me not wanna go back there anymore but I do have to say the other security guards that were there were very nice. It was just that one on the third day, which was on a Wednesday

I must say the view was amazing from our room but there was minor things were very inconvenient. For example since my family and I are definitely coffee drinkers, when we got there we notice the Keurig did not work so I super bummed about that . After a day or so I washed (different setting on washer we’re not functioning/broken) some dirty clothing but came to find out that the dryer was not working properly in the morning when I went for my clothing it was still wet and at point smelling damp as well so I decided to. washed again thinking maybe i hadn’t used the proper settings and again, clothes stayed wet! Very inconvenient!!!! Then a couple days into our stay an item was taken from the room while being cleaned and when reported to the front desk we were made to feel like it was not a big deal which I found very unprofessional. After we reported that incident, it really seemed like the staff was giving us a hard time about things that were very petty so after that day I could not wait up leave from that place! Staff is not the friendliest or very helpful or accommodating! First and last time I ever stay at that resort but the room itself was not bad at all other than some minor things!

We have stayed at several condos in Las Palomas. This one had more then we needed. We cook every time we go and it was so nice to finally find one that had more pans then we needed. If I had to come up with one negative it was we couldn’t find any scissors 🤣 which was not such a bad thing we found some great knifes. Our kids 20 and 10 said this is the best condo we have stayed at in the 10 years we have been going down there.
We will definitely rent this condo again.

The checking process was a little frustrating. We arrive at 4pm but were not able to get in the room until after 7 pm because it wasn’t « ready ». We had to go back and forth twice from the 10th floor because they kept on giving us the wrong keys.
Overall, we did enjoy our stay there.

Great time…
We had a terrible check in process and waited for a long time (3 hours). Overall we had a great stay! Perfect location and beautiful condo! We had a few issues but nothing that ruined our fun. The washing machine didn’t work and the dryer took forever. No hot water for the master bedroom tub.

We frequently go to Las Palomas and stay in a ground floor unit, this was our first time in an upper floor. It was very easy getting to the pool/ocean, the deck stayed nice and shaded all day, and the view was amazing. Oh! This one has a small electric grill on the patio.

Great all around
Great place. Bunk room saved the day since kids decided they did not want to share the queen bed in the other room. Frustration with room not being ready eased by resort giving us a credit for $40 in drinks at the bar. Would stay again!

This property is beautiful and more than we expected from the listing. Very clean, spacious, and well cared for. The bunk beds for teenagers were awesome my kids loved them. We will look for this again on the next trip.

Best condo in phase 2
High end designed condo with everything needed for a relaxing beach vacation from comfortable bedding to z gallerie dishes. The bunk bed room was a genius addition and optimal with teenagers. It was bigger than the photos. It also came with much appreciated umbrella and beach chairs. The patio bar and grill area was perfect for our night in. Loved our stay and will definitely be back to this condo. Exceeded our expectations.

Beautiful condo - lots of space
This condo is beautiful, clean, well organized and plenty of space for 6 people. My only issues were that security was called twice on us for talking on the balcony. Both times, it was the unit above us. When you sit outside at night, it is incredibly noisy across the board so neighbors complaining about us inaccurately was crazy. The Master Bed....so uncomfortable...it was like sleeping on a box spring. Had an issue with the frig, but the owner was very responsive. These items were not enough to deter me from staying here again...the bed would be the only thing that would make me hesitate.
