We've stayed in a handful of condos in Mammoth and this one was perfect. Despite 10 ft. walls of snow, we had easy parking, enough space to store our gear for the weekend, and was just big enough for our party to stay cozy and comfortable.

Had a wonderful four nights in Mammoth at Michael's condo. Had everything we needed to cook meals and be comfortable. Michael was very responsive to questions/requests we had and we loved being able to take our dog with us.

This was our first stay at this unit and it was fantastic, the unit was modern and clean and very convenient. Loved the rack inside of the door. My wife said that this was the best stocked kitchen that we've stayed at. The instructions for the fireplace were great. I have struggled with these boxes before but the owners instructions made fire lighting easy. This place was great for us and our two dogs. The unit even had a snow shovel which we used quite a lot on this trip. We will definitely stay here again.

The condo was clean and cozy, very tasteful decor with a comfortable bed and a comfortable couch . Very nice to come home to after a long day of hiking.

This condo is well equipped with quality furnishings, kitchen and household goods. Upgraded linens, soft plush towels that smelled fresh and clean, and everything else you need to feel comfortable and at home. The shower has a nice showerhead that is high enough to accommodate taller guests. This is a smaller condo, but the owner has make excellent use of the limited square footage.

Well stocked comfy condo in the heart of Mammoth!

Michael was great with communication and updates. He was very clear. The condo was really clean and had everything we needed. The remodel is modern and cozy. The shower had great water pressure. They have fast WiFi if you need to do work or use it for other reasons, and the TV had all the Apps you need to watch shows and movies. Staying at an end unit was convenient to enter and exit. I really appreciate that Michael understands those of us who travel with pets and allowed our 2 dogs to stay. Also the unit is walking distance to all of the stores, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return to Mammoth.

Easy access, well stocked, and a great price.

Perfect place for a couple looking to visit Mammoth. Great value and very clean. Shower water pressure was great and hot water doesn't run out. Walking distance to grocery store, restaurants and breweries, short drive to everything else. Public transportation pick-up right outside the complex entrance. Would definitely stay here again if not coming up with a big group

Nice cozy little condo, conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and Eagke Lodge (chair 15). Clean and comfortable, well stocked kitchen, plenty of dry firewood for the fireplace insert. Efficient communications from owner on check-in/out procedures and operating instructions (e.g. heater, fireplace, etc.). Would definitely stay here again.

Great place for 2-3 people. My daughter & I really enjoyed our stay. Very nicely updated with all the essentials such as a comfortable mattress, good water pressure in the shower ( a must have after skiing/boarding all day!) & so convenient - theres a shuttle stop right at the entrance to the condo complex that takes you to Eagle Lodge. We didn't use the spa or laundry area but those are available if you want. Thanks for having coffee filters & a blow dryer (2 things I forgot to pack!) I hope to stay again soon!

We were looking for someplace to stay with our dog for a few nights in order to hike. The condo was perfect -- cozy, close to restaurants and the grocery store, and very nicely remodeled.

Wonderful little place for a comfortable stay. Nice kitchen had everything you needed. Easy access for my disabled wife, parking right outside the room. Thanks for a good time.

This was a comfortable place for a couple and their dog. It was nice to have a kitchen since eating out is super expensive. It's centrally located and convenient to get around. You can even walk to many places. We were there mid-week and off season, so it was pretty quiet, which we appreciated.

This condo was perfect for my wife and I! We stayed 6 days/5 nights and this condo was equipped with everything we needed. The kitchen has all the necessary cookware and utensils . My wife and I cooked all our meals during our stay and found everything we needed to prepare our food in the kitchen. This is an older condo, however, the remodeling is modern and done very well. The owner is easy to reach and answers questions and inquiries quickly. We visit Mammoth regularly and will definitely stay here in the future. Thank you, Michael, for making this a great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Michael has thought of everything. The condo is close to everything and was super comfortable for my wife and I plus our dog. We usually visit Mammoth twice a year and plan to return to this comfortable condo.

Great location. Have stayed in many other VRBO’s so it was odd not to have a closet and to have to provide your own shampoo. Throw rug was dirty. Overall clean and nicely remodeled. Kitchen was well equipped. Our contact person was very helpful and she suggested some very good restaurants.

We highly recommend this condo for cleanliness, location, kitchen amenities, quiet atmosphere. We plan on returning to this location.

The condo had a very warm and inviting feeling. The bed was comfortable, and the couch comfortable enough to quickly fall asleep on. Overall, it was a great experience and very relaxing from the craziness of normal life. Thank you very much for your efforts and assistance with our stay!

This was the perfect sized condo to rent for a 3 day get away. I have stayed at this complex 2 other times but this condo was the nicest thus far. Newly renovated, clean and comfortable. Each night I rested soundly on the comfy bed. I barely tossed and turned, which says a lot for me. I am not a sound sleeper unless it's quiet. And this unit was very quiet. I only heard other people 2 times and that was at reasonable hours. Everyone was respectable here! I loved using the fire place to keep the condo warm and inviting. The bathroom was the perfect size. The kitchen had everything I needed to make my meals. They provide cable, which was weird watching because we haven't had cable in forever. If you bring your DVD's they have a player, that's nice. Plenty of storage space for my snowboard, bags and coats. This is a great condo for 2 people, might be a little cozy for 4 but completely doable if your family. Like I said, plenty of storage! I take quick showers so that wasn't a problem but if you like long hot showers this isn't the complex for you. All 3 of the condo's I've stayed in this complex have had short lived water heaters. But it gets the job done, I was able to wash my long thick hair and body with more than enough warm water. There are spas on site, 3 hot tubs and saunas. The sauna's and hot tubs were great after a day of boarding. (They are communal but for the most part, clean.) The bus line is right outside the complex and vons is just a couple of blocks away. This is the perfect location with or without a vehicle. I would definitely stay here again!
