We enjoyed our stay. Connie was very accommodating and pleasant. The house is good for 2 families with the basement finished with 2 bedrooms and a bath. We loved the morning light that comes in esp. When you have the front door open. Not sure if the blankets in the closet get washed inbetween renters. The queen bedroom upstairs the bed was very comfortable. The washer and dryer look new and work well. The kitchen has plenty of dishes and glasses. The neighborhood is quiet and close to bay beaches to watch beautiful sunsets. We had a great trip. House was super clean and organized. Beaches are close. We had the option to go bay side and to the ocean while having shops and restaurants close. I highly recommend this house.

We had a lovely week in Brewster- my parents’ condo is just around the corner so we were able to spend lots of quality time as a whole family. The house was spacious and comfortably accommodated my family and my sister’s family. The location was great- we love Cliff Pond and it was neat being able to walk there if we wanted, as well as Owl Pond just down the road. The outdoor shower was really great after the beach, and the air conditioning was a must, especially given the extreme temperatures last week. One recommendation would be to place one of the fans in the doorway to the kitchen if you are cooking- it gets rather hot in there and that helps keep the cool air circulating. Overall, I would recommend this property to families who want a quiet, kid- friendly place with easy proximity to freshwater swimming and the bay beaches.

The home was clean, and has all the amenities we needed. The only downsides were having to walk through the downstairs bedrooms to get to the laundry room and the kitchen being a passthrough from the basement bedrooms to the main part of the house. The home is set up well for rentals, as there are plenty of cabinets/closets/drawers empty an available to make yourself at home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to prep meals. The beds were comfortable, and the deck and yard were the perfect spot to enjoy dinner.

Home was very nice. I wish I knew before booking that it did not include linens. We came from a long distance and I wish it included linens and some beach chairs/toys.

My family came for a family reunion being hosted locally. The home and location were just what we needed.

The home was perfect for our quiet getaway. The location was absolutely perfect. The home gets so much beautiful sunset and felt very cozy. I would recommend this to friends and families if they are visiting the cape.

This was a great location: near Nickerson State park and Rail Trail, near restaurants, 45 minutes to P-town, close to Chatham Fish Pier to watch fishermen bring in fish, near Shaws for needed supplies, AWAY from noise. The only problem we had was that the upstairs had a 'pet' smell that we didn't like so we slept downstairs. Also, it would be nice to have different sized chairs for different sized people. (But that's getting picky.)

My family and I stayed at Connie’s home and it exceeded our expectations. Connie was very nice, responsive and helpful and made our stay very enjoyable . The pictures don’t give the house justice! It’s very clean, spacious, bright and has everything that you can ask for. It’s close to Nickerson State Park, a private pond - walking distance from the house, Brewster beaches - a two minutes bike ride, and stores. We will definitely like to come back to Brewster and stay at Connie’s again.

It’s our first time in Cape Cod and we really enjoyed our stay at this property. Very spacious for a family of 6 plus my Mom in law, kitchen has everything you’ll need. Nickerson State Park is a very short drive where you can swim in the ponds, hike or ride your bike. Convenient drive to Harwich Port and Provincetown.

Lovely home where we felt relaxed - and a great location to family-friendly beaches. The highlight for us was being so close to Nickerson State Park where we biked and swam. Connie was a great owner/host, who dealt with a very minor problem that we brought to her attention, with great speed and care. Wonderful stay

We loved our stay here, beautiful clean cozy house with everything you might need available. Our party of two families with 3 kids including 1 infant had plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The location is perfect as we wanted to be as close to Nickerson State park as possible. Various beaches, stores, restaurants were nearby too. I would definetely come back here.

The house was very comfortable with well appointed furnishings and was exactly as pictured and described, with a well equipped kitchen, large living area comfortable for relaxing as a family, and a quiet, private wooded backyard with a large deck abutting Nickerson State Park. The proximity to the beach, Cape Cod Rail Trail, and other adjacent towns was perfect. Connie was excellent to work with and communication was easy. We’d definitely stay again.

We had a great stay in this charming Cape home! It was super clean, had a great back deck and grill, and is in a great central location to beaches, restaurants, and activities. Our host was extremely responsive to our questions. I would definitely return to this home again!

We had an excellent stay here...clean home, very kid-friendly, owner was very friendly and accommodating, lovely quiet neighborhood, and a beautiful spacious deck to enjoy coffee and meals on. The house has all you need, and Connie was very aware of everyone's level of comfort and safety amidst this pandemic. I highly recommend a stay here this summer!

Just what we were looking for as an option for a weekend.

Well maintained, thoughtfully complimented, feels like a beach house, close enough to beach, local eateries, and shopping. Backyard is sloped..not level.

House was even better than we expected. It was my family’s first time to the Cape. Grandparents and two kids (under 5) in tow. House was perfectly clean, cozy, and very kid friendly. There was even a little craft table that included coloring books and crayons for them to play with. We had a great time and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a family friendly stay in a great location!

This is beautifully maintained, fully equipped property. The kitchen has everything one can think of. The surroundings are lovely. Very close to Nickerson state park. Our stay was amazing and there was everything that is needed available in the house. There was so many books to read, so many board games (we enjoyed playing them!) The owners are very prompt in their responses and very friendly. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend a good time in a place away from home!

This home was perfect! It is perfectly suited for eight guest. Kitchen had everything we needed for our weekend visit. We were looking for a place near Nickerson State Park and this fit the bill perfectly! We were the first renters of the season and everything was set and ready for us when we arrived. This bright, clean and well furnished home made our our first time renting on the Cape or using Home Away a very positive one. The home was well furnished and the photos are quite accurate. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. We rented with another couple and our four grown children and found the layout to be great. The owners were very responsive, easy to work with and accommodating. We would recommend to friends and consider renting again in the future!

My husband and I spent three weeks in this property and found it to be perfect for our family situation. The pictures show it well. Our son, wife, and four children stayed with us for a week, a daughter two weeks. The spacious rooms are decorated nicely with ample seating for eating and relaxing. The bedrooms had good, comfortable beds. We spent lots of time enjoying the deck, in this quiet neighborhood.. We were at the beach daily and it is close to both Bay and National Seashore. There are lots of places to eat close by and we even took in a Play at the nearby Rep and visited the Nature Museum . The owners were super to work with, very accommodating. It is a well cared for vacation home not a typical rental. I would definitely recommend this to a friend and rent again.
