Loved the backyard!!! Amazing place for a family reunion!!

A great home and location. Plenty of space, near campus and downtown. Great areas inside and outside to gather, and with a great kitchen. A great stay.

We had a family reunion and this home was absolutely perfect for all of us. There were 9 adults and 8 kids ranging from 0-7 years old. There was so much space and so many extra that we stayed busy for a whole week and hardly left the house to do anything else. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy our family. Jacob and his wife were amazing hosts and very responsive anytime I had questions or needed recommendations. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

Host was very responsive prior to trip, met us on site to welcome and walk through house. Property was just as listed, great place for families with kids to stay. Had all the amenities we needed and more! Beds were extremely comfortable in all of the rooms. Will definitely come back for future getaways :)

We really appreciated how spacious and fun-centered the property is. I cannot think of one thing the house is missing because it truly has everything. There was so much for everyone to do and our guests kept commenting to me on how great the house was. The hosts were very responsive and welcoming. We would stay again.

I would highly recommend this home. Jacob met my wife at check-in and spent over 30 minutes showing her around and explaining how everything worked. He made sure we had his cell phone number in case we needed to reach him. The home is beautiful, in outstanding condition and everything worked (pool, hot tub, bbq, Traeger, TV's, etc, etc). I would definitely rent this home again if I were in the Chico area.

Welcoming & wonderFULL. Laid out nicely for privacy as well as gathering. Great safe quiet neighborhood with a large yard to enjoy various activities.

This property had everything we needed and more. The host, Jacob, greeted us at check-in and was available for anything we needed throughout the stay. He made us feel really comfortable and welcome. The house was stocked with more amenities than we could have ever asked for, like ziploc bags for food storage and lots of spices for cooking. I would gladly visit this property again. This property surpassed a.l of our expectations. It was clean and spacious, perfect for our multi generational family. There was room for everyone to do whatever activity they chose.

Roseleaf property was a perfect fit for our large family. The home had plenty of space and activities for adults, teens and children. The kitchen was large enough for our family to cook together and the swimming pool and hot tub were enjoyed by all. I appreciated that each bathroom was equipped with toiletries such as shampoos, conditioners and body washes Also, each bedroom had its own set of towels placed on the beds. Jacob responded to all my messages promptly and professionally. Overall, our stay was stress free and lots of fun. Thank you!

We loved staying at this property! This place had more than your usual rental home and the owner was very helpful. I recommend staying at this property if you are ever in Chico.

This house has everything for a fun-filled family getaway, I just wish we could've stayed longer! The kitchen is well stocked with a need for nothing. All the bedrooms are comfy and the bathrooms convenient. Jacob is very responsive, warm and welcoming, he even let us charge our EV! We will definitely book this again when we come back to town!

This house has everything! Everything was great from the check-in to check-out. The house was spacious and had everything we needed for a long weekend with family and friends. The house and the backyard even was nicer than the pics in the profile. Our kids are asking when we’re going back again.

We had a great time at this property. There was enough room for our group of 16 people (8 adults and 8 young kids). We brought our kids (mainly 1-7 years old) and they all enjoyed the place. We mainly spent the time in the pool. The owners did a good job at making the space comfortable with fans, AC, and even a mister. If you forgot something, don’t worry about it. This place has many extras; and even had plenty of pool toys and goggles for the kiddos. Thanks for hosting us.

We recently had a family wedding and needed a property that accommodated several families. This place was ideal for our bbq, with pool and activities to entertain. Loved we only needed to bring our food and clothing…everything else was provided! The host was highly responsive and easy to work with.

Perfect house for large groups.

We came to celebrate my Brother's 50th Birthday with a party of 23. We had a wonderful stay. The property had everything we needed and more. Jacob was an awesome host .

My group had an amazing time! Beautiful house and really perfect backyard. House is very well stocked with everything and really appreciate the host’s attention to detail and friendliness.

This house was so perfect our large group. It was really difficult finding a house that could accommodate a large group with small children and we feel so fortunate to have found this house. The pictures don’t do the house Justice. Lots of entertainment for kids and really child friendly/safe. The house has everything we needed. My only recommendation is to get the insurance if you are booking for a large group or with small children as the carpets are white and you don’t want to get stuck footing the bill for any kid messes.

We could not have asked for a better place for all the family that came from out of state for our son's wedding. Everyone loved their rooms, the pool, the hot tub, the game room, the kitchen that had everything. We were also thrilled that we were allowed an early check-in since we had many people flying in early to be ready for the rehearsal dinner. Our only regret was that we weren'y staying longer. Jacob was fantastic.

This house was the perfect place for our family reunion with ten adults and three children 5 years and under. Having multiple bedrooms/suites downstairs is what we needed for the grandparent generation as many have issues with knees that make stairs hard to navigate. The extra to heat the pool was well worth it - a lot of time was spent there and in the large hot tub. The huge TVs as well as the ping pong table also got a lot of use. The backyard with play area contributed to the five year old asking if we could have another family reunion in a few days. Jacob, the house host, couldn’t have been better! He was super friendly and made sure the house was stocked with plenty of shampoo, conditioner, paper products, etc. And gave us a great tour when checking us in to make sure we were aware of all the great amenities. The kitchen is amazing. Plenty of room, but it also had all the plates, and large cooking pots and pans we needed, as well as small appliances!! Even a great water system. And a separate ice maker to be sure we didn’t run out with the large group! We would definitely stay in this spacious house again to relax and celebrate each other again!

Jacob’s home has everything for everyone. He is the best host we ever had. Great walk thru, spacious bedrooms and family rooms and the most amazing pool and hang out area ever. We had everything hung needed to enjoy our sons wedding and entertain our family and friends. PERFECT!! Thank you

We were very happy with the property and the owners very friendly and accommodating. We would recommend this rental to any large party that is looking to have a great location to have friends and family stay and play. We almost didn't want to go into town because we had everything we needed at the house. Great location as well.

The heated pool was a big hit with the kids and parents, especially when trying to minimize Covid exposures. The house was stocked with everything and more that was possibly needed and the host exceeded expectations.

We had a great stay at this property during our christmas vacation. Everything was clean and in good condition. We found that the kitchen had a lot of utensils and appliances necessary for any large family with a wide range of age group. There were more than enough beddiings and towels for the quests. Excellent christmas decorations in and outside the house to brighten up the environment as well!

A group of adults left the kids at home and had a great stay at this property. We spent most of our time enjoying the outside pool area, the Traeger grill was great to use, the hot tub was nice. The house had enough bedrooms and sleeping areas for everyone. No complaints.
