House was great. Fully stocked kitchen. Bathrooms even had bandaids, neosporin, and extra tidbits that came in handy with the kids.

We really enjoyed our stay at Serenity Sands! The layout of rooms and beds was perfect for the age range we had in our family. The house location within the neighborhood was perfect for a good view of the ocean, especially on the roof deck. And btw both pools. There were several extras, games, and things that were very appreciated. We would stay here again!

Absolutely worth the price. Fabulous home with great amenities. Enjoyed many MooBars on the multiple balconies. Close to the beach with lots of beach toys and chairs. Would definitely comeback!

Perfect house for any family. The elevator was especially helpful, as i have a son who is wheelchair bound. Owners were very concerned that our stay met expectations, and they were very flexible. Will be going, again!

We were very happy with our stay here and had a wonderful time at the beach. The property owner was very helpful and responsive! He even was able to accommodate an early check-in for us (I am sure based on availability), which enabled us to get an extra afternoon on the beach! We had a large group, 8 adults & 4 kids under 4 & everyone had plenty of room in the house. Beautiful view of the ocean from the balconies, most of the other houses seemed to have a blocked view.

This was the first time we made a trip with more people outside our immediate family. Looking for a place big enough for all of us and not too overly priced wasn’t easy. This place was absolutely amazing! Has all the towels you need, kitchen supplies, blankets and the AC stayed cold the entire time! The kitchen is STOCKED!!! Literally has all the cooking utensils, Tupperware and even some spices!! The en suite downstairs is a great size for all the kiddos! The couch was also a pull out couch which was even better! I will say it was hard to keep the downstairs location cool. It was decent but it would have been nice to have a stronger AC down there. The view was also so great! Having 2 pools and it was barely a 7-10 minute walk to the beach!! The owner was so helpful when our fridge took a while to get going. Even had the housekeeper bring us ice to ice everything down until it was working again. He also got a repair guy out ASAP to check it out for us. The location is amazing and what this condo has to offer was wonderful! If we come with a big crowd again we will be staying here again. Thank you for having us. We really enjoyed our stay!! We had a wonderful experience!!

We have been renting a large house with a big pool directly on the beach for the past several years but the cost was out of control. This house was less than half the cost and provided everything we need. Very well equipped kitchen was perfect because we enjoy cooking for each other. Bedroom setup was also perfect for us. Will consider this one again.

Perfect place!
This house is incredible! The views from the decks of the ocean are priceless!! This house has everything you could need and more! It was clean and comfortable. There was plenty of space for our different families and the elevator was fun! Communication with the property manager was a breeze and he was always quick to reply. Would definitely stay here again and again!!!

Wonderful vacation home!!!
This house was extremely comfortable for our large family vacation. We were 7 adults, a toddler and an infant. The separate apartment on the 1st floor was perfect for the couple with 2 small children, and all the bedrooms had king sized beds! Air conditioning worked great. The house was fully equipped with everything needed in the kitchen and even included toys for the toddler. The house is in a gated community and has easy access to the town and beach. The owner, Lee, always responded to questions within minutes. Just the perfect vacation house for a Port Aransas vacation.

Great family getaway
We enjoyed this house with my parents, siblings and their children! The living space & balcony on the 3rd floor was a prime family game time and hang out spot. There was a lot of up and down the stairs - mostly for the moms of small children running to get things - but the elevator was a huge help, especially when it came time to unload/load the vehicles. Overall, we’d definitely recommend!

This place has it all! Community pool, short walk or golf cart ride to the beach, stores/restaurants near by! Plus, we have been going to Port A for years and this house was better stocked than any other one we have ever stayed in! Thanks Lee for making check in so easy! We will be back!

Port A Thanksgiving
Our stay at Serenity Sands was fantastic. I have been going to Port Aransas for over 40 years and have stayed at many places and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. The house was just as advertised and I never waited more than a few minutes for Lee to answer my questions. We may have started a Thanksgiving tradition.

Port Aransas beach house
This was my first trip to Port A and we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay. The house is located in a quiet gated community and is a very convenient distance to the beach and all the attractions in town. The house itself was immaculate, very comfortable and very well appointed. We were impressed by the many things the owner did to make this a great stay. The views from the roof deck are unmatched. This is a fantastic property.

First of all Lee was awesome! We all enjoyed the lovely views, comfy king size beds, and fully equipped kitchen. So close to every thing. I would stay here again!

Comfy
This was a wonderful place to stay. It was just as advertised. The elevator came in so handy when unloading and loading. This is a three story building with the bottom floor being kinda separated from the rest of the house, meaning to get to the other floors you have to take the elevator up or go outside and climb the stairs so if you plan on putting kids on this bottom floor they will need to be old enough to be trusted with the elevator or going outside alone. The elevator was a little finicky about when it wanted to work but did work for the most part and came in very handy. The beds were very comfortable and all the windows allowed great views and natural light. The kitchen has all you need to make meals, but may I suggest a potato peeler other then that you’re set. The complimentary parting/welcome gifts were such a nice gesture that you don’t find at all rentals.
Lee was available promptly if needed but other then asking a small favor we didn’t require his assistance because there are laminated clear instructions just were you need them. Everything is labeled and made it so easy to find what you needed in the kitchen. The house has a Kuerig machine with complimentary coffees, teas, ice coffees, Ice teas and was so delicious on those morning before everyone else got up.
I highly recommend this house you won’t regret it, the neighborhood is cute and we certainly felt safe and had quiet neighbors while we were there. I liked that the neighborhood is gated and that all the doors are keyless entry with code.
We rented beach buggies and had a blast running around town in them the driveway has enough room for two cars and two beach buggies at least. The yard is gated so that’s nice if you have small children.
We look forward to staying here again.

Weekend escape
Amazing property in a gated community. Surprised by the house, and I'M THE ONE THAT BOOKED IT. My family needed this badly. A healing time was needed and that's what was delivered. Thanks for letting us have that.

Everything about the house was awesome! Check in and check out were incredibly simple and Lee was very responsive to my many questions. The subdivision the house is located in was very safe and well kept. We will be back soon!

Everything was AWESOME
This property is a keeper, Every drawer in the kitchen was labeled so you knew where to find everything and then you also knew where to put it back. They has everything kitchen gadget you could imagine. And the AC worked WELL.

Family time in paradise!
This house has EVERYTHING you need for a fun, family vacation. I am HUGE on cooking and this kitchen is stocked with EVERY gadget, utensil, cutlery, bakeware, glass bowls, metal bowls, etc! I felt like I was right at home! The only thing it lacked was a meat mallet, which I bought and donated it for future guests. We loved that the main living area area is on one floor and all of the bedrooms were on a different floor. It has every gaming system and plenty of toys for little ones as well. PLENTY of games for adults....full fledged poker set too! The A/C rocks! Having the elevator was a huge help to take our bags in and out of the house. Lee was great to help when I had a question via telephone. The beach is a VERY short drive and the house comes with 1 free beach pass. Very nice gated community close enough to all the hot spots, yet, not in the thick of it all. Beds and couches are VERY comfy too! Nice deck on every floor and a beautiful rooftop deck with chairs for sunsets/sunrises.....Such a beautiful house! They even leave a parting gift, 2 very nice Port Aransas souvenir coffee cups! We will be back! Thanks Lee!

First Class Accomodations!
This property is everything listed in the description and more! It had EVERY single thing you would possibly need for a vacation. The kitchen is well stocked, beautiful linens in the bedrooms, beach essentials in the garage. Slept fantastic! The elevator is a huge plus especially loading and unloading. The location is great as it’s in town and close to restaurants, stores, etc and cart friendly. Owners were super responsive. Heard back quickly on all my questions - one was to extend our time here because we loved it so much! The rooftop view is really cool as it’s beach on one side and all of Port A on the other. Too many great things to list here. You will not be disappointed!
