It was a fun place in a good location close to everything

Katie is a great host and her condo is delightful. The bathrooms have been recently updated and it is overall a very comfortable place.

The property was clean. The beds are comfortable. The interior is a bit dated. The ice from freezer ice maker stunk and tasted gross.The hot tub was not working. If you are considering to rent the unit because of the hot tub, you should consider another unit. I specifically inquired about a working hot tub prior to my rental for my recent stay with my family and our 3 teenagers. My primary reason for renting this unit was for the private hot tub. I was assured by owner that it would be functional. However, it was not heating and kept tripping the circuit breaker. Yes, the owner said that she had a repair tech check it. However the problem continued; perhaps from a lack of water in the tub. I asked the owner how to fill the tub several times and I never received a reply. I was nastily rebuffed by the owner when I asked for a partial refund. I have never had such a negative rental experience with any other VRBO property owner. I have photos of the hot tub and copies of my communications to validate this review. Your experience may be different, but why take the chance.

Very nice condo, slept our whole family for a ski vacation, location was great, close to ski resorts and a lot of restaurants. The condo was very well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Host was very responsive and got back to us with any questions we had. Would absolutely stay here again !

We reserved this weekend for a family staycation. I agree with some of the other reviews that for the price there could be some updates to make this listing better. The main floor is where we spent most of our time. The kitchen was very nice and the most updated part of the house. Great appliances and supplies to cook with. When we got there the water for the main floor toilet had been turned off, so we turned that on. We also had to reattach the chain multiple times to get the toilet to flush. The second floor had two bathrooms and two bedrooms. I did not use the second bathroom. The main bathroom seemed like it could use a deep cleaning. Grout and the little sticky grip things on the bottom of the tub need attention. The beds were comfortable, very springy. Plenty of towels and bedding for all of us. We did not go up to the third floor, it was just twin beds. The hot tub was nice. Pretty outdoor view. The plastic filter cover was broken and the hot tub cover did not have the usual bar guide to help you open and close the tub. My husband had to assist every time we closed the tub. The neck pads on the hot tub were very old and need to be replaced. Great location and polite neighbors. The hostess was very polite and provided great information and directions. We would stay again in the future after some updates due to the price.

Very nice only hot water stops when 2 or more people using the shower.

We just stayed at this townhouse for a quick ski vacation based largely on the pictures provided and the very high reviews. The location is pretty good (~10 min drive to park city downtown or mountain base) and the kitchen is updated fairly well too. That said, compared to the overall review score, we were still disappointed at how dated the upstairs was including bathrooms that were were probably original and not well maintained. (broken toilet seat, mold in shower, etc) In now looking at more recent reviews, these points of feedback have been provided already but clearly are ignored. I would not stay here again.
