Perfect location with easy access to the beach, pool, and fishing. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is right on the beach this is the place for you. You get to experience the beach without being surrounded by a ton of tourists. It’s a wonderful, small town beach condo.

We've stayed in this general area many times. Spoke with other guests who didn't have complaints. I read a review before booking that said they would stay at this condominium again but never this unit. I thought since there were SOME reviews that pointed out areas of improvements those things would've been improved upon, but that's not the case. We arrived for a later check-in. It became evident throughout our stay that this place was never properly cleaned. Hair ties and false eyelashes in the bathroom. Goldfish and popcorn from previous tenants in living room. Kitchen was decently stocked with dishes etc. Not well stocked with paper towels (1 small roll) garbage bag(just the 1 in the can) hand soap or toilet paper. Shower curtain was moldy and crusted together! Called real estate company that over sees property and their solution to no garbage bags was for me to drive to them and pick up a couple from their office. Although better than telling me to go buy my own, our day was planned and I didn't want to interrupt it to do that so I ended up buying my own later that evening (when I had planned to drive down to the stores/restaurants). My choice I know but shouldn't have been an issue to begin with. Location is wonderful. Pool area is very nice.

This place was wonderful we loved the stay fishing was nice on bay side and ocean side beach was beautiful walking distance to 3 nice bar/restaurants definitely recommend

Just a short walk to the beach. It was great strolling up and down the beach, any time of the day collecting shells. Me, my daughter and granddaughter had a great time bonding. Thak you for an unforgettable experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, perfect location and access to the beach was so good. Residents of Sunburst (both owners and renters) were so friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait to come back again.

We really enjoyed the gulf side and the beach. The pool was out of commission for a few days because of a storm that passed through. The kids were kinda upset but luckily it was nice enough for the beach. The beach chairs and toys will probably need to be replaced soon. They had beach towels to use so that was nice. The ceiling fans in all the rooms NEED to be replaced very soon. The 2nd bedroom one makes terrible sounds. The living room one won't turn off unless you unplug it. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, I mentioned on our review with the realty company that baking sheets are needed. We will stay in the complex again but probably not in this unit. The other guests that were there during our time made the trip great for us adults and kids.

The condo needed attention. We ended up moving to a different one. The new one was great. The location was good. Close to the beach, activities and restaurants.

Beautiful location, right on the beach. Condo was nice and very comfortable with very nice kitchen, well stocked. Only minor issues, like a few light bulbs needed replacing. Highly recommend this condo.

Would do it again

This condo was great! Easy 2 minute walk to beach and it had everything we needed for a carefree day in the sand and surf! We had plenty of private space on the beach and spent most of the day there! We loved the community beachside patio and the bayside pool! Everyone was so friendly! The condo was perfect! Loved the well stocked kitchen and super soft towels. My teenage son loved the ability to ride his skateboard between the 2 units. Definitely recommend this gem for a small family vacation getaway!

We always have a great time in Englewood and this condo is in a great location. The condo is fully stocked and clean. We didn’t have any issues with the air like other reviewers. The only thing we didn’t like was having to leave to go home haha. Thanks for a great place to stay for our trip.

Ac was not working when we arrived..im a polar bear in Florida so.....after the ac was fixed promptly no issues great location..condo needs updated but wasnt terrible. Beds where bad but we were only there 3 nights.

We have stayed in this unit several times and as always, we had a fantastic time! The unit was very clean and is a great place to stay because it is easy to social distance. You have a private beach with few people there so we felt very comfortable. In fact, one of the days, we had the pool all to ourselves! Made for a great vacation. We will definitely be staying here again!

Place was clean but hot when we arrived and it took a long time to cool down. It was definitely outdated and could use some new furniture. You couldn’t turn the air down below 72 degrees and when you left to go somewhere, when you came back house was hot again. When you are outside in the sweltering heat you want to step in a cool house. It was never cool. Check in and check out was easy enough.

Super easy online process. This rental has everything that you would need for a great beach day!

No necessary communication with owner and lack of consideration by canceling with such short notice, cost us precious time and expense with no consideration given by owner or any attempt to make good!

The pics do not look like the place at all, it is in need of updating. Bed needs new mattress, shower curtain has mold on it, vents has dust inbedded, blinds need replaced-couldn't even use them would fall apart, bar stools old and couch uncomfortable. Closet was not locked and the beach chairs was disgusting and I wouldn't of touched anything in that closet, needed cleaned out! I see why you have a no refund policy now...

This condo was great. Perfectly located between the gulf and the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept the unit very comfortable. We always had the pool to ourselves. Great getaway . Awesome condo especially for the price!

This property is located perfectly, by the beach and has great amenities, the house is clean and well stocked with everything you’ll need. The pool is spectacular and the dock is perfect to sit and watch the fish swim by and say hi to the passing boats. I’d would definitely love to stay there again, I’d like to see the furniture in the living room updated, other than that this place is really nice

Love this place, it is clean, fully updated and supplied with beach chairs body boards and umbrellas. Super close to the beach and great views of the morning sunrise. Very well managed. The beach access, available grills and pool are a big plus.

Great location

This was our second time staying in this condo. We love the location and the beach. This condo has a nice kitchen, which is a plus for us. My only complaint is the mattress on the left side (facing the headboard) of the king sized bed needs replacing. I would go back for a third time, but not until the bed is replaced.

The condo looks much newer & brighter in pictures than it really is. Walls are very dirty. It's dark inside. The sheets on the king size bed were dirty...had not been changed since last tenant. I took them to the management group and they agreed and came with clean sheets right away. The bedspread was very dirty. Guests upstairs were very noisy. I could hear them walking and talking and their tv. I could hear a lot of loud music and children yelling from the beach and also children played ball in the driveway and made a lot of noise. If you're going to take kids and be on the beach most of the day and you don't mind kids talking loudly at midnight then you won't face the problems I did. But if you're going there to get some R&R like me, this is not the place to go. Going back to Manasota Key in a couple weeks but will not rent this condo.

We stayed on the gulf side, nice renovations to kitchen and bathroom, could probably use an update on furniture in living room but they were comfortable. Laundry was fine and very accessible. Huge TV's! Shower could use an update but functioned fine. Overall we were very pleased with property and location and will look to come again in the future!

This condo had everything you could have ever needed! It was fresh and clean and well appointed ! Loved that we didn't have to carry a key with us to the beach! The beach was private and beautiful!! It was nice to have beach chairs available as well as beach towels. You could see the ocean from the room even though the condo itself isn't facing the ocean and it did not matter because we didn't stay in the room anyway. The kitchen was well-equipped. This allowed us to cook breakfast and lunch daily. We enjoyed the local restaurants that were very close for dinner . Being a one bedroom the space was very roomy for three women to share because there was a pull out couch and the extra Day bed which was in a room that could be separated from everyone. We loved it! We will definitely be coming back again 🌴󝀡

The condo had everything we needed for our stay. We had 2 adults and 2 children. The size of the condo was perfect for our family. It was nice that the kids each had a their own bed and their own sink and toilet area. The location was perfect. While on the beach we could see that Englewood beach was really crowded, but the beach area in front of the condo was nice and quiet with plenty of room for everybody. We went out one day exploring other beaches, but quickly realized that we had the perfect spot right in front of the condo and there was no need to go anywhere else. We did go out to eat a few times. The food at Flounders was delicious. If you want to try a local restaurant that is close to the condo, I would recommend eating there. One thing I want to mention is that when we arrived we were not able to pull into the parking space because we had a cargo holder on top of our minivan. We ended up parking across the street in one of the few spots available for parking with a pass. One day when we returned from dinner all of the parking pass spots (2 or 3) were full, so we had to take the cargo holder off of the minivan. When we took it off and parked underneath the unit, we didn't realize just how low the clearance was and the back of the van ended up hitting the ceiling when we opened it. I just wanted to mention this so that potential renters will know ahead of time that there is very low clearance in the parking area under the condo. The owners were quick to respond to any questions that I emailed to them. I hated to leave but we had to cut our trip short due to tropical storm Colin. We will definitely go back and stay there again.
