We had four families, 14 adults and children. Compared to other places we’ve been the common areas were big, and there was a separate billiards room too. Everything you need to cook for multiple families is there. The grill is gas-fed from the house. It’s even walkable to SHARC and just a bit further to the village/shopping.

Big house with great common spaces. We appreciated the bathroom with every bedroom space. The deck was fun and the location is great. Look forward to rebooking next year.

We came to get out of town for a birthday getaway and this home did not disappoint. The house was cozy and clean. We greatly appreciated the hot tub and pool table and game closet! The kitchen had so much room to cook large meals, there was plenty of space for everyone.

We had a large family getaway here over a few days and it was a very good time! I've stayed in several houses in Sunriver: we loved the location of this one, it was very large, well layed out, and had good amenities. Some negatives were that the floors were very dirty, furniture in the house was quite worn, multiple beds squeaked loudly, and landscaping was needed to make the large yard a place to enjoy. However, the host was very responsive, and we had a great trip overall. If a little more time and money were put into cleaning this place up, I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Sunriver.

Perfect with the various in-suite bathrooms for multiple families. The living and kitchen areas were very comfortable. Thanks for including the Shark passes, although we didn't use them.

Outside the house - bveat up BKB hoop, trashy landscaping or non existant. 3 broken wooden planters. Deck is a shambles with 6 chairs Called fire department twice due to gas smell in the kitchen. Vacuum cleaner and fry pan broken. Extension cord to hanging lamp. TV in LR set up poorly. Kitchen floor filthy upon entry and mold in master shower. Older home/no care !

We enjoyed everything about this home and it met our needs perfectly. Quiet street, close to the Village, large deck; great yard for Cornhole and games. Only one note: an extra refrigerator would have helped. With such a large group (15), one is not enough. thank you!

House is unique in that it has 6 bedrooms of which 4 are individual en-suite master bedrooms.
One of them on top floor; one on main floor and 2 on bottom floor with the two other bedrooms across from them suitable for children. The layout worked perfectly for our intergenerational group of adult couples and couples with children. The overall interior was open, light filled, modern and spacious. The decks were wrap around and easily accessible including 2 levels of entrances from the house. Has hot tub and plenty of space and ways to be in sun or shade. House had AC/Heat, washer and drier and lots of bikes for use (in garage) along with SHARC passes. The location was convenient, neighborly wooded setting and quiet.
Very happy with the house- described amenities and pictures of the place are accurate. The owner management was promptly responsive and helpful. A longer stay would have just fine!

The old adage for the 3 most important things in real estate is location, location, and location. This home is a 1 minute walk to bike trails. By bike, you can get to the Nature center, Shark, and the village in less than 10 minutes without going up or down hills. Our extended family of grandparents, 2 families with children aged 2-15 were able to walk to all of these locations. We hope to rent again next year.

We enjoyed the home and it was very comfortable for all of our needs and all ages. The layout of the bedrooms was very conducive to quiet rooms. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, serving items, plates, cups, etc. Enjoyed the deck and the BBQ. Lots and lots of bikes and many badges to access pools land other activities.
We would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at 23 Quelah with 9 guys and it was super comfortable. The house was spacious and there were plenty of beds and bathrooms, and the giant outdoor deck was great. We used the hot tub and the pool room quite a bit. There were some minor things that were a bit shabby (dirty showers, kitchen tools needed help, many of the bikes in the garage were broken) but nothing that was too difficult to work around. The one thing that is hard to plan about this house is that it's WAY outside of Bend, deep in a neighborhood with lots of windy streets and makes it a bit hard to get things like Ubers to the house. As long as you know its a solid 20-30 mins from downtown, I'd definitely recommend staying here.

It was well equipped with everything we could want, from the kitchen to the games, bikes, pool table, etc. it was roomy, and we loved having the large dining table, as well as the small table for card games. This rental was perfect. A big group of us stayed here for the weekend as our home base for Mt. Bachelor. The house was comfy, had everything you needed too. Overall great spot.

We gathered for a family reunion and had a great time! A couple of minor issues such as a cracked tile on the steps and a bunk support that needed reinforcement I brought to the manager’s attention but nothing that negatively affected our stay. We would stay in this house again unless we outgrew it! The hot tub was AMAZING! My only suggestion would be to have an “overflow” refrigerator out in the garage for guest use. The house can accommodate a large group and we had to get a little creative to get everything in the refrigerator.

We had the best time at our family reunion.....There were 14 of us and we had room to spare! The setting of the house is gorgeous in the woods with trees surrounding offering shade and privacy. We even had deer walking on our property to add to the charm of this house.
This house is completely equipped with everything you would need. The kitchen has every small appliance imaginable (including a crepe maker!)
Tons of cooking utensils, dishes, silverware, containers, bakeware, pots and pans, and more...
The garage housed probably 15 bikes of all sizes, helmets, and pumps. The upstairs deck wrapped around the house and was a wonderful spot for breakfast, reading, playing games and other activities.
The neighborhood is quiet so the kids could easily ride bikes on the streets. Location is wonderful....near the village, the resort, and the great SHARC.
We highly recommend a stay here.

Family Gathering at Sunriver, OR
This was the second time my family of 12 stayed at 23 Quelah. The house is a great fit for all, grandparent, parents, teenagers and grade school grandkids. We had a great time visiting the attractions in Sunriver and near by. A number of improvement have been made that are great upgrades.
Here are a couple more that need help:
Garbage disposal: splash guard was missing. Originally covered by a screen that eliminating access to the disposal. When removed so we could used the disposal water was splashed back into the sink and sometimes onto us while grinding.
Dishwasher: last year it's metal tabs that screwed it to the cabinet were both broken. The dishwasher fell out onto the floor. This year the top rack was so warn that we thought it may fallout after it had been loaded with dirty dishes.
Refrigerator: (good) During our first morning we found water on the floor and in the bottom of the refrigerator. I called the support line and very quickly there was someone at the door. Great response. He looked at it and found nothing wrong. Within a few hours more water on the floor. It turns out we had to be very careful when using the cold water dispenser. If not, water splashed onto the floor. A short discussion within the group stopped it.

This house was actually even nicer than described! The living room and kitchen area were so beautiful, and cozy with a gas fire. Lots of bikes for all, super comfy rooms, we will be back!

Great Sunriver house for large groups
This house was perfect for a late season ski trip bday party weekend in Sunriver, it even snowed at the house and we got to build snowmen with the kids!
Lots of beds and bathrooms, big hot tub and upstairs hang out area, and the giant walk in closet served as a perfect toddler bedroom away from the noise.
Only critiques for the owners was the fridge water dispenser would stick on or leak and cause water to drip and it took some playing with the one zone thermostat to get the downstairs reasonably warm without cooking the upstairs. Otherwise the house was great and I would highly recommend it for a group trip to Sunriver.

This house was great for our friends & family weekend getaway! It was very accommodating for our group. Fully stocked kitchen. Lots of towels. Good Location. 5 minute drive from the village, and about 30 minutes to Mt. Bachelor. Would stay here again!
