El condominio Beach Colony Resort East lo espera para unas vacaciones relajantes. Disfrute de este complejo de lujo, ubicado directamente en la playa de Navarra, con una vista sin obstáculos del Golfo de México.
Este condominio de lujo está en el segundo piso y cuenta con 2 dormitorios y 2 baños. El principal está amueblado con una cama king size con baño en suite que tiene una bañera de jardín con jacuzzi y ducha a ras de suelo. Querrás pasar un tiempo remojándote y admirando la vista del golfo desde esta bañera. El maestro se abre a un gran balcón circular. El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas dobles muy cómodas para una excelente noche de descanso. Cada habitación está amueblada con un televisor LCD. El baño de visitas es grande y está ubicado justo al lado del segundo dormitorio.
El gran salón tiene muchos asientos con muebles de cuero nuevos. La vista desde la sala de estar le permitirá admirar el Golfo de México desde su silla.
Disfrute de horas de relajación sentado en el gran balcón circular, con vistas al muelle de pesca de Navarra y observar a la gente.
La cocina totalmente amueblada viene equipada con utensilios de cocina, vajilla y cristalería. Está abastecido con artículos que encontrará en su propia cocina. Hay una barra para comer de dos personas adjunta. El comedor tiene una mesa de comedor para 4 personas para que te sientes y disfrutes de la espectacular vista del agua verde esmeralda.
El condominio cuenta con servicio de Wi-Fi gratuito. El complejo cuenta con una sala de ejercicios en el lugar y una sala social. La gran piscina cerrada en el sitio se siente genial después de un día tomando el sol y las canchas de tenis también están disponibles en el sitio.

We thoroughly enjoyed are stay here and will be booking again for next year. The owner text me the day before our trip letting me know we could arrive early. This really let us maximize our arrival day. The condo was very spacious, much bigger than I realized. The views were great and I really enjoyed the windows in the master bath.

This condo was immaculate! Very clean, excellently supplied, and perfectly decorated. It had everything we needed from a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and extra blankets, and everything you could ever need for a day out on the beach. Chairs, shovels, nets, sandcastle supplies, floats, you name it! We were so happy and so relaxed. The view of the sunrise coming up over the pier in the morning was beautiful and serene. Tim was very responsive, positive, and helpful through text during check in and check out. It was a seemless process and we did not have any issues at all. The condo is situated only 30 minutes from Destin and Pensacola Beach. We were able to meet family for dinner at both places as the drive was leisurely and fast. We will be back! Thank you Tim!

This place is terrific! Very clean and a wonderful condo property. This place is on the second floor and only a short walk to the pool/beach. The pool is huge. It has a patio with a great view of the beach and pier. We had coffee each morning outside. It is super comfortable with everything you need. Tim, the property manager is super nice and let us know ASAP that it was ready for check in, well before the 4 o’clock check in! He is a wonderful host! We will be back!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We had not taken a beach vacation in several years. We loved the location and loved how family oriented this area was. The beach was not crowded and there was plenty of room to set up no matter what time you went out. The pool was very spacious and we were able to get chairs any time we went there as well. The condo was very comfortable/roomy and our week was very relaxing. The view from the balcony and living room is absolutely breathtaking while enjoying my coffee every morning. We did not want to leave!!!

This was our second time at the Colemans condo. Mr Coleman is very quick to respond to questions. The condo was perfect for our family of 5. We love being on the second floor, it allowed us to walk up the stairs if we wanted instead of taking the elevator. We will definitely stay here again.

Our family of five had a wonderful stay at this clean, well-equipped condo. The breathtaking views of the Gulf from the balcony, living room, and master bedroom were a major highlight, and spotting dolphins with the provided binoculars was an unforgettable experience. The beds were comfortable, and the convenience of the beach just steps away allowed us to swim daily and enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The condo’s location was ideal, close to Publix and just minutes away from a delightful dolphin tour and the pier. The large resort swimming pool was also a hit. Extras like beach chairs, an umbrella, and toys added to our comfort. Being on the 2nd floor, we easily took the stairs, avoiding waits for the elevator. Our kids absolutely loved it and were sad to leave.

This property is very clean, well stocked, and has the most beautiful view of the gulf. I highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom that is gulf side.

The property and location were absolutely fantastic! You are literally a 1-2 minute walk to the beach. The layout of the property was perfect, well designed, and spotless. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a perfect vacation. The host was very helpful/friendly and offered us an early check in. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

The condo is directly on the water. It was well stocked with anything you needed in the kitchen. The owner was so on top of anything you could possibly want.He notified us when the unit was ready for check-in which provided an early arrival. Notified us a few time just to make sure everything was ok. Highly recommend this unit.

If possible the condo was even better than in the pictures. It was a great family friendly spring break location and everyone was super friendly. The amount of beach toys available was very surprising and we didn't have to buy anything extra. The host is one of the best I've ever had using VRBO and was very attentive! I cannot wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this great location. The views of the beach were unparalleled, the size and layout of the condo was perfect for our family, it was supplied with everything we needed, and our host was great. We truly had a wonderful stay and wouldn't change a thing. Navarre Beach is away from the hustle and bustle of Pensacola Beach but with all the natural beauty. 10/10 would stay here again.

This condo had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation! It’s centrally located close to the pier, restaurants, the turtle conservation center, and shops. The views are amazing and the condo was fully stocked with everything we needed! The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

We loved our vacation at Navarre Beach. This condo at Beach Colony Resort came with amazing views of the Gulf. We were able to see dolphins at times from the balcony. Tim was the perfect host, and the condo was very clean and beautiful when we arrived. Thank you again, Tim, and we hope to stay there again.

Tim was the best host we’ve ever had. Communication was excellent. He made us aware of a local arts and crafts festival prior to arrival and offered early check in. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved the living room recliners and covered deck. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we might want as well as 2 bags of ice in the freezer. The beach supplies were a plus. We loved the location, very close to the fabulous pier as well as great restaurants. The beach has white sugar sand and the water is crystal clear and emerald green. We saw sting rays, a sea turtle, and several other beautiful aquatic creatures. The pool was very nice as well. This location is closer for us than other gulf locations. We hope to return there soon. Thanks to Tim for a fabulous trip!

My family and I just returned from a week stay here. Everything was perfect! Tim was amazing to work with, always quick to answer all my questions and had the condo stocked with everything you could think of needing and more! We was able to get in early so that was worth a lot to us considering we had about a nine hour drive. The extra beach chairs, umbrella, and toys was a great addition! The views from the balcony were amazing. I will be staying in this condo again next year when we return.

Property manager was fantastic communicating and even let us check in early! The condo was not very clean (dusty in several spots), in general the condo needs a lot of updates. The ceiling fan in living room made loud clicking noise, the sliding door track was filled with so much dust and debris it took a lot of strength to open and close every time. Pots and pans were all very old and scratched making it difficult to cook anything.

This was our first time to Navarre beach and it was wonderful! The condo was huge and clean. Tim was so good with communicating needed codes and when the condo was ready. The condo was well stocked only needing your own personal items. The weather was temperamental the week we were there which made being on the second floor very convenient with the back and forth to the beach. Also the large covered patio was perfect. We were still able to sit outside and play cards when it was raining. The view from the patio and condo are breathtaking, you definitely feel right on the beach. We saw dolphins everyday from the condo. We also enjoyed being able to use the beach umbrellas, games, and extra chairs in the outside storage unit. If you are going to Navarre this is the condo to book!

I appreciated the gated community we were in, we felt so safe there! The storage unit right outside the door was a true lifesaver!! The chairs, the toys, the booger boards, everything! Communication between owner was five stars alone. Been to too many places where you can never get ahold of the owner. Not the case with Tim! The unit was so spacious and cozy! So close to the pier too! I would give it a 10/10 but ratings only go til 5.

We enjoyed every bit of our trip to Navarre. The condo was clean, it was nicely decorated, the beds were comfortable. It was very comfortable. The views from insider and on there balcony’s were amazing. The pool was also lovely.
