Really nice, spacious house for our six person family! It was such a a treat for all of us to watch deer and elk walk through the property and spend hours eating grass in the backyard! Great deck, and wonderful kitchen, and dining areas. Super easy check in.

We really enjoyed staying at this property. We appreciated the extra sheets/blankets, throw blankets, toys and puzzles for the kids, lots and lots of towels, the small dove toiletries, the laundry detergent pods, etc. Everything was very clean and tidy. It was one of those places where we weren’t grossed out to touch the comforter on top of the beds bc we trusted everything was clean :) We did have trouble getting the door to unlock but customer service was very prompt and helpful and we ended up figuring it out. The back deck was great and the kids had a great time looking for “crystals” and cactuses in the backyard. It has a beautiful view and we saw lots of wildlife. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, pans, coffee pot, etc.

My family and I stayed here for the weekend for my brothers wedding and it was just stunning! Such a calm place to stay. Very warm, very clean and surrounded by the cutest animals! This definitely won’t be the last time we visit this place; the most beautiful memories were made here and we can’t wait to go back!

We loved the gathering space that this home offers with the open layout. The porch was awesome for gazing at the surrounding forest and mountains as well as the stars at night. This is definitely one of our favorite places that we have stayed in. Next time we visit Estes I will see if this home is available!

The house was just as advertised. The furniture is older as is the neighborhood. After we found the back entrance we were able to get around town better. There were soooo many people in Estes Park this visit!!!!

Great property. Big open living room, kitchen room, and tv area - Lots of room to hangout in. The big walk around deck is very nice. Close to downtown and very close to the bike/walking trail.

Stayed at the property for the second time in 14 months. This time, for two weeks. It was great actually living there and really slacking it in. Will definitely be back in hopes to spend more time the deck and outdoor space. Clean and cozy!

We traveled to Estes Park for the annual ScotFest - Long's Peak Highland Festival. Our group always likes to stay together in a house rather than separate hotel rooms. We can dine, talk, and share a good time. This house was perfect. It has plenty of room for preparing and eating a meal for a group. Two areas has couches for conversation. The house is nicely decorated with a rustic vibe. I found the kitchen well appointed with a nice pantry to store food. (Bring your own plastic wrap and storage containers) There were plenty of towels and we appreciated the mini soap/shampoo to get us started. There are plenty of board games and also DVD/VHS movies to watch. The front deck has excellent views of the surrounding mountains. The back yard is "OK" but it backs up to several other houses so you are staring at a driveway. We were cool enough and warm enough....we had swinging temperatures outside during our stay! Parking is good for three vehicles, just narrow and you need to avoid a tree that is near the end of the driveway. Quiet neighborhood. Rating: Great, we'd come back!

My family of 4 (2 adult children, my spouse and I) had a wonderful week at the Blue Raven! The check in process was contactless and so easy. We did have an issue with the entertainment system not working initially, but contacting Vacassa was amazing! They had someone out & fixed the problem within a couple of hours. The home itself was very spacious and a great location (quiet neighborhood) for us to RMNP (about 15-20 minutes by car) and other trails outside of the park. We saw elk and mule deer everyday on our drive to the trails. We did however get an early start at 5:30am which was perfect as the trails were not busy at all. We loved the wrap around porch to relax after hiking everyday. We cannot say enough about Vacassa...they were amazing to work with as we also left an item behind and they were so responsive and assisted immediately in getting it back to us. We definitely would not hesitate to book through them for any future vacations!! The only thing that could have improved our stay were more comfortable couches in the living area. Thank you for providing us with a wonderful week in Estes Park!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family and probably the nicest property we’ve stayed in, ever. The check-in process was smooth and very easy. The house was spotless and very well appointed. Everything was really nice. The beds were excellent and we enjoyed watching movies on the big screen in the evening. It’s in a quiet neighborhood within very easy driving distance to downtown Estes and everything else. We also enjoyed watching the elks in the backyard, including two babies.

We have stayed in Estes Park several times and this home has been a big part of our favorite trip so far! It is quite spacious and comes fully stocked with plenty of amenities to make it feel like a home away from home. It is also surrounded by some magnificent mountain scenery. This is a great place for a family get away!

We liked the spacious open living/dining/kitchen room. It allowed all of us to be together while at home. We also liked the deer walking by each morning. We didn't like the poor lighting throughout the house. It was difficult to read, play board games and even get dressed in the morning. We also did not like that there was no salt, pepper or any basic condiments/spices. Overall, it was a pleasant place to stay and would recommend to others.
