Great location and very well equipped home. Our 23 month old grandson loved the beach toys. We loved the seclusion of the backyard and the pool was so nice after our beach time. Beds were comfy and there was plenty of room of our adult children. We can not wait to return in 2025!

The home has a great location in the north Anna Maria Island area. It takes a couple of minutes to walk to the beautiful wide, white sand beach that is not overly populated. The neighborhood is quiet even though one street over has fun shops and restaurants. The home is tastefully decorated with tropical woods and rattan. The backyard has a pretty heated pool and attractive landscaping making it a little garden oasis. Communication with the owner was great. We enjoyed our stay.

We were looking for a nice spot to escape some cold winter weather and found Anna Maria. Although the weather wasn’t great, we were still able to walk on the beautiful beach (which was very close) every day. The pool was warm and we were able to use it as well. Also loved that we were in walking distance of so many shops and restaurants. There were a few things that could use some attention, but overall this was a great place.

Highly recommend OHasis Getaway! This beautiful pool home is exactly as pictured & described…couldn’t ask for more! What’s not pictured are all the helpful little things you may need in the kitchen and bathroom that have been thoughtfully included so that you can settle in immediately & feel at home. The other thing you can’t see is how perfect this location is! This home is quiet & private, but just one street over from Pine, full of great dining & shopping options within walking distance! Plus you can easily walk to the beach! We can’t wait to visit again!

The property is a hold out in an area where sadly smaller beach homes are getting swallowed up by enormous $$$ replacements. The property is well cared for, the host is proactive and has literally thought of everything you could need.
Plus, the location allows you to walk to restaurants, coffee and shopping. And it really is only 200 steps to the beach.
Will happily stay here again!

This was by far our favorite place to stay in AMI so far. Katy is a great host and the house was perfect for our family of 4. The location cannot be beat. We love the North end of the island and we could walk to all of our favorite spots, including the beach, within just a few minutes. The beach walk was so short our kids didn't even complain about helping with chairs and beach gear ( which is there to borrow if needed). The house and pool were very clean, which is always really important to us. We all loved using the heated pool since it was chilly some days for swiming at the beach. The kitchen was thoroughly stocked for every meal we made and Katy even has basic cooking supplies like spices, oil, and more. The master bed was probably more comfortable than our bed at home and the whole house was cozy and homey. Anything we needed was quickly addressed by Katy and we were glad we got to meet her in person one afternoon. We will definitely be back here again soon. It's really a great quiet spot for a first time visit and if you stay here, you won't regret it. Make sure you walk around the block for poppos and donut experiment!

1st timing staying at Anna Maria Island and it was fantastic! One of our new favorite places in Florida! Katy's rental was everything she advertised and more! It was beautiful inside and out, very clean & she was very responsive with any questions we had.

The house was nice and clean and had everything we needed and more. The property was in walking distance to plenty of restaurants. We loved having the private pool. We can’t wait to visit Anna Maria again! The water was absolutely gorgeous!

Spectacular! Katy’s cottage is perfect. She has thought of every amenity that is needed. From stocking the kitchen to beach toys, chairs, floats etc… this will not disappoint! Can’t wait to go back!

My wife and i loved Ohasis Getaway. The home was very clean and as advertised it is 200 steps from the beach (yes I counted). We enjoyed several places to eat (breakfast, lunch and dinner) that were easily in walking distance, even in the warm Florida weather. We did not let the nearby construction bother us, there were too many nice things to see and do.

It was our first time at AMI,and this place did not disappoint. Katy was responsive, the place had a ton of charm, and it was right near everything we needed/wanted to do. Awesome place!

Beautiful property that is close to the many restaurants and shops on AMI. We enjoyed the amazing pool in the back yard and grilled some locally-caught fish on the propane grill. Property is only a block away from the beach and it was easy to go back and forth, even with our two young children. The unit was well appointed and has everything you need for a relaxing week at the beach!

We had a wonderful stay at this property! Katy was very prompt with communication both during the booking process and our stay. This was our 6th visit to AMI but first at this property and it did not disappoint.
The house is located very close to the beach and made it easy for us to come and go often. The house is well stocked with all the necessities. It was so nice not to have drag all of our own beach supplies with us on our trip!
We loved the option to add the golf cart and didn't get back in our car for the entire week.
We cannot wait to stay at this property again in the future! Katy is a wonderful host with a fantastic property!

The unit was splendid, one the most comfortable beds we have ever sleep in. The property was every thing we had hoped for and the beach at the end of the road was excellent. Met some lovely people (neighbors) during our stay. Anna Maria is just so relaxing, sorry to leave.

Great property and wonderful hosts. The heated salt water pool and back yard oasis were perfect. Property was charming, clean, and offered little extras not often found in rentals; beach cart, chairs, cooler, beach towels, bikes, condiments, coffee, even tissues. We loved the local restaurants just steps away; Sandbar, NorthShore Cafe, Poppos Taqueria. We look forward to going back!

We followed the sun to Anna Maria Florida and found a paradise. Palm trees, white sand, clear blue -green water. The pool was perfect ,we swam every chance we had. Many conveniences in kitchen. Th layout of home was perfect for our family of four...clean ,cozy and comfortable . Katy , we thank you for helping us make memories with our boys in your special island paradise!

We spent our honeymoon here October 8-15. I cannot recommend Katy & Robert's space enough! It offers everything you could need for a beach vacation, plus some extra touches that make it so much more special.
The kitchen was so well stocked with utensils & the outdoor grill was so great that we actually cooked for ourselves more than going out to eat!
The outdoor shower proved to be a lifesaver & the salt water pool felt awesome in the evenings when it was too late to swim at the beach (which, by the way, is so close by we didn't even break a sweat walking to it ONCE).
Communication was nothing other than fantastic & it is obvious how dedicated Katy & Robert are to pleasing their guests. We will definitely be back to stay at the OHasis on AMI as soon as we possibly can!

We spent an absolutely magical week at this property. It’s beautifully decorated, has everything you could ask for and more, an amazing outdoor space with pool, and the location couldn’t be better to go back and forth to the beach—especially with young children! The hosts were very responsive and friendly! We look forward to coming back here again!

Wonderful stay!
This was our first trip to Anna Maria Island and this property was perfect! Everything was exactly as pictured and the house was very well stocked. The pool was fantastic for our family the location was ideal - a very quick walk to the beach and several shops and restaurants. The owners were very responsive to all questions we had. We would absolutely return for another visit.

Just Perfect!
Although I don't want word to get out about how great this property is, I have to be honest. We were so completely blown away by the attention to detail from the hosts. It is very obvious they care about their guests and provide so many little details to make you feel at home and welcomed. Coffee beans and grinder, paper towels, toilet paper, hand soaps and all the little amenities that you need but always have to throw when you leave were included. The house was so clean! Decor was so cute. The location could only be better if it was right on beach. One block or so to beach, right around the corner was Pine Avenue restaurants and shops. We walked everywhere! We loved it so much we booked again for next year before we even checked out❤️

PERFECTION IN PARADISE!!!!
The home was beautiful especially the backyard and pool! We spent so much time playing in the pool and eating outside. It was a vacation dream come true. SO very close to the beach!!! It was VERY clean and well stocked in the kitchen. More than enough beach towels which was beyond wonderful for a family of four. Lots of fun toys for the beach and pool in the storage shed out back. It was PERFECT all around!!! Thank you!!!

One week was too short!
Clean, comfy and fantastic location. We had a cold weather week but were still able to use the heated pool as the backyard is so sheltered from the wind but still sunny.
Enjoyed walks on the gorgeous beach and exploring the area.

Perfect house in perfect location
The house was exactly as shown on VRBO. Had everything we needed and the pool and location to the beach was fantastic. We could walk to the beach, leave or stuff if we wanted to zip back to the home and all was good. We will definitely be back and homeowners were incredibly responsive when we had tech issues (due to our inabilities!!!!) with Tv remote. We will be back again and want to stay in this same place
