You could literally walk to the beach in less than a couple minutes. Place was perfect for my family of four. Amenities where as stated I would stay again

The neighborhood is very nice and the property exterior is neat and well cared for. Door entry was easy.
The interior was VERY clean and tidy, comfortable and pretty! I can't say enough good things about our stay. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We had friends staying not far from us, and when they came by to drop off some fishing gear, they were envious!
Our grandson loved the clean, sparkling pool.
We had one issue (ours, not property or the owner) arise and the owner response was quick and extremely helpful.

My first impression was great upon opening the door. Cleaned well! The hall bath could use a little painting and caulking on the tub grout. Garbage disposal didnt work. Overall we loved it plenty of room. The pool was a bonus for us!!!!! Minutes too the beach. Thank you!!!

The property was great! We loved the accessibility of the place to the beach, food, and other activities. One of our favorite aspects was the pool. Although it was small, it was very private and our group of 6 had plenty of space and had it to ourselves most of the time. The only reason we docked one star for cleanliness was we had issues with the dryer, but Juli was quick to help and sent out a maintenance guy within the hour. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely stay again.

Great set up, nice rooms and very clean! Clear instructions provided by the host. The rooms were large and so were the beds. I would maybe suggest extra blankets and things for the pullout sofa. Regardless, very nice and would stay again!

Love this place. For the past three years we have come back every summer. It’s located so close to the beach. Plenty of space. Super clean. The host is always available when needed. We will be back next summer.

We had an enjoyable stay. Condo's location was good. Wish it was easier to access beach. Could you updating but overall, it was a good weekend stay.

We loved the home. It's comfortable and well decorated and would not only stay here again but would recommend it to others. The only thing that was less than perfect was a tech issue with the TV upon arrival and the owner wasn't easily assessable due to her traveling overseas at the time of our visit. However, she more than made up for it by providing her cell number which proved to be the only reliable way to communicate. Thanks - it was a great get-away!

This condo had all that we needed to have a wonderful stay on South Padre Island. Close walking distance to a fantastic beach with restaurants and shopping nearby. The bonus for us was it was Pet friendly and our dog did very well. Definitely would come back.

The property was comfortable and fit our needs. Close to beach access. A few broken fixtures, ie towel and toilet holder in mb bathroom. Also, little to no hand soap. Dryer did not work well.

The floors where super dirty they had sand there was so much much hair everywhere from the previous people. Bedsheets smelled dirty. We had to wear our sandals or shoes inside the house due to how dirty the floors where.

This is our fourth time to stay here. The condo is always clean and comfortable, just steps to the beach. I definitely recommend staying here!

The condo was about a 1 minute walk from the beach access walk. Loved the bottom floor access. We could leave our sandy beach chairs and shoes outside with no worry they would be taken. The space is perfect for a family of 3 - 4. The one challenge is children staying in the second floor condos stomping around which created loud noise coming from our ceiling. This is not in the control of our condo owner.
Parents - please be considerate of those in the condo below if you have children running around inside your second floor condo.

It is small and you could feel sand on the counters and the floor. It would be perfect for 2 or 3 people, but not big enough for a Family of 4 or more.
Need to update kitchen accessories (pots/pans/utensils).
Other than that it was a nice place to stay in.

We were in town for my niece’s wedding and needed a nice place to stay. We were not disappointed. The location is perfect. It is very close to beach and right in the center of the island. Plus it’s very clean and has all the amenities you need.

We loved this place. We stayed for a full week and it was comfortable and exactly as described in the listing. The beach it about a 3-4 minute walk and they have showers to rinse off at the beach access and at the pool. The pool is on the smaller side but luckily we never ran into a big crowd there and my 3 yr old daughter had a great time with pool floats. Overall, it was a great stay with all the necessary amenities and was clean and comfortable.

Place was great. Short stay so didn’t spend much time in room. But definitely clean, well stocked, and short walk to beach. Already looking at dates for a longer stay.

I loved how close it was to the beach, but their were rwo things that kept this from being 5 stars. One, was the floor was already sandy when we first got in and two, the dryer took like 5 times to finally dry our stuff. It was badivally pointless to havr the washer and dryer which was important to us since we have an infant. Other than that, check in was easy and its close to the beach.

I stayed 3 days at this location so that I could attend an event at Claytons. The location was my favorite part of this place because there was an access a block away and at the end of the street there was a restaurant and liquor store.
I didnt use the beach stuff that was available in the condo but it was nice to know we had an abundance of options (chair's, canopy, pool thing's, etc).
The 2 parking space had me concerned but there was plenty of free parking near the property in case guests stopped by. I would definitely stay here again. The host was nice and responsive to all inquiries I had.

The facility was accommodating. Clean, quiet, and for the most part was in good repair. Master bath had a damaged towel hanger next to the shower—- everything else was wonderful.
