Lovely Gated 1 Bedroom Condo-Located in the West Valley close to many Amenities

The condo unit was spacious, clean, and well equipped. The location served as our base location and enabled us to be able to explore the area. The owners provided us with their contact information and and made themselves available to us, answering any questions we had. If we are travelling to the Phoenix area in the future, we would definitely stay here again.

Over the years my wife and I have stayed at a number of VRBO's. Over and Over again I always tell her the hosts play a huge part in our overall experience. The owners of this property are Patsy and Dan. They are certainly two of the best hosts we have dealt with. They are quick to answer any and all communication. They made our stay as comfortable as could be. This unit is just steps from a beautiful pool area (which by the way contains a large heated pool) Covered Parking. Minutes from the Westgate Entertainment area and other retail and grocery outlets. The complex is gated so we always felt secure and safe. The other guests and owners were all very pleasant. You can count on making new friends at the Desert Breeze Condos!

This condo was amazing. It was quiet and very well kept. The gym and pool/hot tub were additions that we used daily. Our particular unit was so cute and so clean.

Very easy to book, very responsive owners, lovely property. Dishwasher broke and was replaced fairly quickly ( very quickly given current supply issues). Would absolutely stay here again.

Patsy & Dan's property was perfect for me and convenient for my needs at the time of my stay. I was able to travel stress free for my new job knowing I had a secure property to return to. AND, thankfully their property was available for the entire summer which allowed me time to find a forever home in the valley!

First experience using VRBO. Dan and Patsy are the best to work with. You will find a well equipt kitchen with all that you need. Very clean, nicely decorated, and close to most everything. Dan graciously accomodated our special request very fairly. Total stay was 40 nights (approx) Communication, property, access to condo was very clear and all spot on.
