The location was great! Comfortable clean beds, and good setup in Condo. A/C works well. Easy check in. No elevator, so lugging suitcases up the stairs is required.
Noisy at night until late on the weekends but it is to be expected. It could use a new TV as the speaker was going out. Always felt safe, staff is very welcoming. We would definitely come back!

Absolutely loved the location, with such a nice pool and fantastic access to the beach! We appreciated the management there, that helped with questions, check in and out, golf cart, rental, and even laundry! We felt very secure, having the gate and guard, and also someone watching beach and pool access.
Our unit was very clean and well-kept. And an excellent supply of water. The living room furniture was dated and not very comfortable when hanging out but we weren’t there much. We ate out all the time, but had we wanted to use the kitchen, we felt it was under stocked as per utensils and cooking supplies. The sink area outside of the bathroom was so tiny there was no where to put supplies. The air conditioning was excellent though and easy to keep the place very comfortable!

White beaches, great location! The condo had cold air, plenty of towels and fantastic water pressure. Pool was cool with a swim up bar. Staff was very attentive to all
our needs, but we didn’t have any because they were so great :)
If location for playa del Norte is what you’re looking for, then look no further.

This year I brought my mother to Isla Mujeres for her 75th birthday. The condo was spotless, cool, and had everything we needed. We love the condo, cocktails and meals at the beach club. It’s a great value for the space and the pristine beach. Lastly, if you want to stock up before you arrive, we recommend Julia Marie Martin with Concierge for Everything Isla. Thanks to Keith for a great stay. He has an excellent reputation on the island!

Definitely the best place on North Beach. Everything was perfect as usual. If you are looking for the best value....... great place, including chairs, amazing food at the Mayan, clean large pool and amazing guest services Book with Isla Dreams Direct to save some $$. We will be back!

We love staying at Nautibeach, it’s close to everything and has the pool and beachfront. Keith is a wonderful host and I really appreciated having coffee in the room, especially after a long travel day, I could wake up and make a fresh cup before even making it to the store. The room was clean and spacious. This is our second time staying here and it’s hard to beat! Thanks again, we had a memorable trip with family and friends and will definitely be back.

This complex is located close to a beautiful soft white sand beach with lots of restaurants to walk to. Javier was there to unlock the main door to the complex each time we needed and he is very friendly and helpful. We walked to a nearby large grocery mart and lots of restaurants and local shopping on Hidalgo street a few blocks away,
The unit could benefit from some updating. The Mayan beach club restaurant next door has excellent music and food. It was nice to have the guys on the beach set up our chairs and umbrellas.
Our experience with VRBO was great and the owner was quick to respond to questions and offered helpful info on transportation.

The property manager, who is accessed through Cande's Tours' office just outside the property, is a great resource! The kitchen is minimally stocked but is very nice, and the bathroom is small but we had plenty of hot water. The condo is very clean and the air conditioning worked great. The Nautibeach property is very nice and the staff are super friendly. We rented a golf cart but in the end we wished we had only rented it for a couple of the days to see the other parts of the island. There are so many shops and restaurants that are so close it's easiest just to walk. Also, the beach in front of Nautibeach is beautiful and seemed less crowded than areas further down Playa Norte. I would definitely stay here again. The only reason I marked the condition of the property as a 4 is because the screen door and one window screen were in need of repair as was some of the molding in the bathroom, but neither of these things in any way affected how nice it was to stay in this condo. I would definitely recommend it.

Another terrific stay!
This is an excellent property for the value with an amazing beach resort and delicious on-site restaurant. I’m a travel snob and rarely visit the same place twice. However, after my first visit last year, I decided to bring my mom along for her birthday instead of our usual trip to Florida. She loved it. Nice condo with pretty garden view. Amazing poolside and beach bar with first class food. The service is always fast and friendly. The condo has the perfect space for post pool game night or Netflix. Highly recommend.

Perfect location. Great space. Good security. Plenty of drinking water was a big plus. Private beach area just for resort guests. Beautiful being in the ocean (couldn’t get enough). Top ten beaches in the world. Great restaurants on Isla Mujeres.
Isla is getting busier- the secret is out.
Playa Norte Beaches are crowded. Roads are busy with golf carts.
The air conditioner didn’t work very well. We always had the windows and doors shut and sometimes it performed poorly.
Overall a wonderful condo and experience.

The complex is right on the beach. There is a beautiful pool and restaurant. The nice thing about this property is that it includes the beach service (chairs/umbrella), just give the guy tip! We'll come back

Perfect location on an amazing beach. The property is very well taken care of. The unit is everything you need. The restaurant had great food. Had private parking fir golf carts, massages on the beach 2 minute walk.

Love this place with the pool and the beach. Everyone is so friendly.
The only difficult thing was to get down the street to get into town. And that is only because of the rain storms. It has nothing to do with Nauti Beach.

Wonderful location and homey atmosphere
I stayed here for 2.5 weeks and enjoyed it so much. If you’re going to Playa Norte this is a great location and the people are so friendly and helpful. I will definitely return again and again.

Nice condo in fantastic area
Excellent location for exploring the Playa Norte and Centro area of Isla Mujeres. Everything functional and very clean, with great A/C (Turn off A/C when you go out - the condo stays pretty chilled.) Every beach trip needs a pool and beach club on site! It became difficult to leave the property...good thing there are numerous restaurants in walking distance!

Absolutely Stunning!
It’s difficult to articulate just how terrific this property is for just about anyone. The condo is as advertised. Perhaps a bit dated, but who cares?! The A/C, beds, towels, shower- God sends. The Mayan Beach Club had beach, bar and full restaurant service. Many delightful restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk. We had COVID tests for $45 in our rooms with instant results. I did a whale shark excursion: bucket list. The beach. Oh my word: it’s better than a screen-saver. Owner was so prompt I couldn’t answer quick enough. If I could change one thing: get a TV (or device) that allows streaming. Movies at night can be nice. THANK YOU for a wonderful stay.

Check in was rough, they had the days wrong. Resolved very professionally and fast. They were very accommodating for clean beach towels daily. We loved the beach and the easy availability of beach chairs. The island is growing, but still a gem! We've loved every time we've stayed at Nautibeach. Can't wait until our next trip!
