No hot water to shave in the sink, water pressure not brilliant when the hotel is full, but not a massive problem.

I loved everything inside the hotel. It was clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel because of the location and the reviews were good. What was NOT mentioned anywhere was the amount of noise I had to endure, because of the bars etc. around the area. I'm very upset about this because I would never have booked with this hotel had I known this. I feel that they should make people aware of this BEFORE booking with them and not tell guests in an indirect way when they booked in as it was in my case. What I didn't know is that there are more expensive rooms on the back side of the hotel, and because I was NOT aware of this I booked the cheaper room which was on the side of the street. I would advise that if you are sensitive for noise to be aware of this problem. I will not stay at this hotel again.

Perfect in-town Hotel: Staff absolutely nice and friendly, everything perfectly clean, quiet, nice bar and cozy pool and garden, location cannot be better. Parking at temple area easy, massage in house. Love it, will for sure come back!! Overview from balcony so great!

Stayed 7 nights only one hot shower during stay. Bathroom fittings sink installed too high so water splashed everywhere. Shower head is a bath filling fitting not a shower. Had to climb three sets of very steep stairs to reach room.

Older hotel but remodeled rooms.very nice and clean. Friendly staff and excellent location.

Pool was nice but small for laps.

Only bad thing is this hotel didn't have a elevator and we was on the 3rd floor it was so difficult to go up and down but other than that was a great hotel.

Very friendly staff. comfortable beds. Location was good if you want to be in that area. The pool was nice although the loungers didn’t get sun for long. There was a problem with the balcony door when I got to the room and they quickly changed me to a different room upstairs without any complaints.

great hotel! the pool is awesome and the staff is very kind. the room is really comfy, and we enjoyed our stay.

the location is a bit weird. we had a room facing the pool so it wasn’t too loud for us but there are a lot of bars around, so it seems to get a bit crazy on the streets. not an issue though if you want to bar hop!

Some Ants in the room, no ventilation in the bathroom, the sink and water pressure is a real problem, the sink itself is extremely shallow and too far from the tap, which is set a high pressure (basically every time the tap was opened water sprayed everywhere). Since the sink was of a shallow profile it never drained properly leaving a constant residue. Similarly the shower had very poor water pressure and the bottom of the shower curtain was mouldy. Really need to invest in more practical and simple basics in the bathroom. What is required is functionality rather than fancy looking features that don't work. Also, a more modern card access system for the rooms would be ideal (only one old style conventional key was available which can be an issue if more than one person is staying in the room). The provision of some storage space / drawers under the sink would have been beneficial as space is tight. Also, rooms are not very sound-proofed very well. Please take this information in the spirit of continuous improvement, as a lot of other aspects were good.

Staff are very friendly and the location is perfect, the hotel bar is very reasonable and less expensive than the local bars for those who just want a couple of drinks before exploring

There's no elevator and the stairs are a little steep, a minor detail personally but for some it could be a issue
