Everything was amazing!

We loved our stay at this charming boutique hotel right on the beach with lovely staff and excellent location close to many restaurants, bars and stores in Hua Hin. We were upgraded to a beautiful garden view room which was spacious and very comfortable, close to the pool. Thank you miss (forgot the name sorry!) for being so kind and super attentive to all our needs and so is rest of the staff at breakfast and bar. Location...Night Market is about 10-15mins walk and cicada and tamarind weekend markets are a quick shared tuk tuk ride away (20 THB pp get it from main road). Beach is lovely and ideal for long walks. This is the best area to stay in Hua Hin.

We we're travelling from Bangkok where a family member lives. She had chosen this hotel having stayed before and knowing that the facilities and restaurant area were perfect for us and her new baby. When we arrrived with a small baby we were informed that we couldn't use the sun loungers by the infinity poo, the pool l or the restaurant as they were preparing for a function. These were out of use from 12 midday until 8pm. We had chosen this hotel knowing from previous visits that the area with the loungers was in shade and allowed the adults to swim and take turns with the baby. The other pool area was too hot and most of it in direct sun and no room at all for a pushchair We spent the afternoon ( 5 hours) of our arrival for a 2 night stay in our bedroom.as there was no where else to go Our intention had been to eat at the restaurant that evening and again we couldn't use a facility we had paid for and had to go into town to eat. We spoke to a manager who apologised and said they had a function but offered nothing else. She asked us what time we were leaving and I expected her to at least meet us and apologise again but she didn't. We feel we should have been informed of this before arrival not with a note on our bed. I have since email the hotel twice and messaged asking for a response but have received nothing .which has led to this review. To pay for something that isn't available to you at all as a guest is totally unacceptable.

Nice resort next to the beach but not far from Hua Hin Night Market. We booked 3 rooms for 6 of us and got all rooms connected which was nice. The breakfast buffet was good. The staff was very nice and helpful.

Our rooms had sand on the floor. If they cleaned the floor better, it’d have been so nice.

There are good number of pool lounging chairs that people reserve with leaving their towels, not using and restricting others from enjoying Management need to address this selfish behavior
