We had the best week while staying at this beautiful house in Green Cay Plantation! The views from the back patio were so pretty! We enjoyed the infinity pool and watching the cruise ships go in and out of port. The house was spacious and exceeded our expectations! I can’t say enough good things about the hosts! They were easy to deal with and extremely responsive when we had questions or asked for recommendations. We used a recommendation for Chef Colin from Island Edge Culinary which was the best meal we ate while visiting!

We can’t recommend this property enough. I really did not want to leave! Melissa was also extremely responsive and helpful. 5 stars all around!

We had a great time staying at this property with our son while lives on the island. The house was well stocked with everything you would need. It’s beautiful inside and out and has exceptional views. Great location to get around the island.

Beautiful home privately situated in lovely neighborhood not too far from town. One caveat: there is no beach to walk to. Several beaches within a 15 min car ride range. Restaurants nearby of varying fancy-ness but all good.

Just returned from a week at this beautiful villa. The property itself is stunning! Safe neighborhood and absolutely beautiful view! We were traveling as 3 couples, and I would say the biggest downfall is the layout and description of the bedrooms. Yes, there are 3 separate Bedrooms and bathrooms, but 2 of them are connected. You have to walk through one bedroom to get to the next. Paneling on the louvered door was missing, so you could hear everything in the next room, offering very little privacy! I feel like this should be disclosed in the description, I am not sure we would have picked this property knowing that. The only other feedback is the gate into the property is inconsistent. Sometimes the code worked, sometimes it didn’t and you needed to sit a wait for someone to leave before you entered. Not convenient. Besides these two items, great property and stay!

My wife and I, along with groups of friends stayed here for 18 days. This is our second trip within a year to this property. Million dollar view of the ocean. House is perfectly located to all locations within 20 minutes. Melissa is awesome and will deal with any issue if you even have one. Highly recommended this property.

Absolutely amazing house with stunning views!! We rented a Jeep for the week and ventured around the island. We could see Frenchman’s Bay beach from our back porch and figured out how to get down to it on a dirt road. It was our own private beach!! What an amazing week!!! Enjoyed watching the cruise ships and yachts go in and out of the harbor!!

This was a perfect property. The view is unbeatable. And the house had everything we needed!

The property is gorgeous. house was well equipped for all of our needs. it was the perfect place to relax and get away from it all. my grandson, who is 18 months old loved being on his floating device and just kicking his legs around and laughing. I would highly recommend this property!

Exceptional views … spectacular property … well-equipped kitchen … exquisite infinity pool … we loved it all! We spent one week recently celebrating a 42-year wedding anniversary (sister-in-law and husband’s original honeymoon destination) and birthday (my husband’s!) surrounded by breathtaking views in this gorgeous home. Melissa was readily available to assist and we all felt well taken care of throughout our stay! We particularly enjoyed the daily sailboats, catamarans, ferries, and cruise ships making their way along the water as we watched from the pool or deck and highly recommend this exceptional property.

This property is amazing with stunning views from all parts of the house. Three master bedrooms and three master baths. We enjoyed being in the pool in the morning and watching the cruise ships come in. In the evening, being on the patio and watching them go back out. The property was so great that there were a couple days we just stayed at the house and enjoyed the pool and the views. We had never vacationed at St. Thomas but will go back for the beaches and we will stay at this property. We had the propane on the BBQ run out. I text the manager and we had a new tank delivered the next day. Awesome!

We are a family of 5 (three mostly grown children) that had such a wonderful time at this villa. We had high expectations, as the pictures are stunning. Believe it or not, we found the setting and the views to be even more spectacular when we walked in. Like "wow." We used the villa as our base for the week exploring, snorkeling, getting out every day. But it was such a delight to spend long hours here every day before and after our activities. The pool is lovely, the kitchen well equipped. The villa is perched high up and is quiet, mostly the sounds of the waves and of nature. This is what pictures cannot capture. Amazing sunsets. We had a rental car and it is true the driveway is a bit of a challenge at first because it is steep, so we had to be mindful not to scrape the bottom of our small rental car on the lip, but we mastered that after one try. The payoff for that is an exceptional location. Communication with the hosts was easy and kind. We would definitely come back to this amazing villa.

The house and view were as advertised — Great! The house was very comfortable and accessible to everything on St Thomas. Melissa was so helpful and attentive. Couldn’t have asked for more. The driveway is challenging but got the hang of it after a few times. I highly recommend this property and management.

This property is gorgeous and comfortable. My husband and I took our 2 teenagers and their friends and everyone had MORE than enough space. The view from each bedroom is spectacular and the beds are comfortable. I HATE cooking when I’m on vacation, but cooking at this house was actually not a chore since the kitchen is large and well appointed. The property managers Melissa and Juanda are amazing! They literally responded to any message that I sent within minutes, and were MORE than accommodating to make sure that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I read reviews that said they thought of everything and they weren’t kidding. My husband and I had planned to purchase a small cooler when we arrived to use when taking day trips to St. John, but then opened a closet door to find several coolers to borrow. Having the washer and dryer also came in very handy! I honestly can’t say enough good things about this house and Melissa and Juanda. After traveling around the island, you will see that there is no view quite like the one from this house. Stay here - you won’t regret it!

From the moment you step onto this property you are transported to a tropical paradise. The pictures of the view from the pool do not do any justice to being there in person. We would definitely recommend staying at this location!

This property is more beautiful than the pictures! I would give this a 20/10 if I could! Very spacious, every room has a view and lots of extras. Melissa was great to deal with and answered all of my questions before we arrived and during our stay. We will be back! Beyond perfect!

The 360 views of the ocean while in the infinity pool is breathtaking and unforgettable. House is very spacious and in a great location. Will definitely come back here again soon! The house, location and outdoor space is even better in person! Great communication and information provided from the property manager about the house and the island. I recently stayed at Green Cay Plantation Villa in Frenchman Bay and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the amazing hospitality provided by Melissa and Juanda, the super hosts who allowed us to stay at this beautiful villa on VRBO. Our five-day stay at the villa was absolutely breathtaking and amazing, and exceeded all of our expectations. The villa had everything we expected and more, and every detail was just perfect. Melissa and Juanda's attention to detail and thoughtfulness were evident in every aspect of the villa. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, stunning views, and beautiful decor were just a few of the highlights. We were also thrilled when they extended an additional day for our stay, which was truly above and beyond our expectations and made our vacation even more special. Thank you both again for making our stay so memorable. We are already looking forward to future trips and the opportunity to stay at Green Cay Plantation Villa once again. I highly recommend this beautiful villa to anyone looking for an unforgettable vacation experience.

If you think the pictures are impressive just wait until you walk in the front door of this amazing villa! Views from every single room. Although with the expansive outdoor space you’ll likely not be in a room for more than sleeping. We watched cruise ships come in while having coffee in the morning and watched them leave with a glass of wine. And one morning we got the thrill of seeing 2 whales play for nearly an hour. The sunsets were magnificent. Melissa is a fantastic property manager and was very responsive before and during our stay. We can’t recommend this villa enough!

Definitely hire a private chef for a night. That was really cool. Once we got to the house the guide book was even more detailed! The views are exactly what you see in the pictures. But better in person. There is a beach below the house that used to have a bar there before the hurricanes. Now the road is almost washed out. But we rented a jeep for the week (from Discount, the company they recommended which went smoothely) and we easily made it down and back. It was like a little adventure! Only locals go down there. They were occasionally party boats that would stop there but they only stay for 45 minutes. But definitely rent a jeep when there. Cabs are insanely expensive. Discount let's you take it on the ferry to st john. They have the best beaches over there. Cinnamon was the best but parking is very limited so go over early. They drive on the left side of the road on all of the Virgin Islands. It took some getting used to but it was fun! The roads are very hilly so be prepared for the locals to scare you with their driving. The only time anyone on the island is in a hurry seems to be when they are driving. We cooked at home a bunch. The house was well appointed. With dishes and cooking utensils. Even some spices. We added AL foil to the stock and left plenty of Bottled waters for the next guest. Don't go to the grocery store that's closest. Go to CostuLess. It takes 2 minutes longer to get to but much better prices and selections. Wonderful wine liquor and beer selection there. We did breakfast tacos most days at the house. We highly recommend this house. The hosts were great. They had chairs and coolers for us to use. Even some snorkeling equipment. They had pool toys and floats too. Plenty of towels too. They have a washer and dryer so we were able to clean the beach towels between uses. House has good wifi and dish TV. FYI: CELL SERVICE IS TERRIBLE ON ST THOMAS. advice for the host: there is an old gate code in the Vrbo app It's buried in the later pages but I found it first. Got stuck at the gate for a few minutes! But once I realized which comes to use we were good to go. Be prepared for mosquitoes on the island. We thought we were prepared but we were not. Bug spray is your friend. Especially at night before you go to bed.

If you are looking at the photos of this house and thinking, "this doesn't look real", then you must go stay here and see that it is. We have been to many islands and this home is by far the nicest place we have stayed. Melissa was so kind and helpful in every way. The beds were amazing and the kitchen easy to cook in. My husband and I were there with our three teenagers and this was the perfect house for our family to stay - large and roomy and close to so much on the island. We will definitely be back!!

This place is just amazing. Million dollar view. Doesn’t seem real when you are sitting in an infinite pool looking out at the ocean. Everything you need is right at the house. 15 minutes from any beach, Red Hook and Charlotte Amalie. Restaurants were all great. Never had a bad meal. Melissa and Juanda the property managers were great for any questions or concerns. Anything was taken care of immediately. Do yourself a favor and stay here. There will be no regrets.

The views were astonishing, with a sunrise and sunset from one place. Got to watch a dozen cruise ships come in and out if the main harbor, plus many other boats of all types. Star gazing at night was as clear as I’ve ever seen. The home itself was spacious yet cozy, very quiet and private, which was exactly what we were looking for. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked for any occasion. Amazing pool overlooking the sea, creating many wonderful memories. We are definitely coming back!

The home and view overlooking the ocean was simply amazing! Every bedroom opened to the ocean view. From the moment we walked in the front door and saw the ocean we knew we would miss this location- the wall of windows across the home allowed you to enjoy the view from inside. We spent hours on the patio and soaking in the infinity pool. I would rent this home over and over again. The hosts were quick to respond to questions and offered so many suggestions for everything we needed. Our trip was relaxing and enjoyable. I can’t express this enough!

We were VERY pleased with this house. For our family (two adults, two children) it was perfect, with extra space. The views are unbeatable, the neighborhood is so quiet, and the house is very comfortable and well stocked with basic needs (towels, coolers, chairs, laundry supplies).

My wife and another couple were amazed by the beautiful view, the ease in working with Melissa, and the cleanliness and safe feeling of this gated community house overlooking a 270 degree view of the Caribbean. The house is nicely furnished and well appointed in all aspects. The washer and dryer are top notch, infinity pool clean, big, and gorgeous to lounge in while taking in the breathtaking view. Anyone wanting to rent an amazing home with top notch service, views, and comforts will not be disappointed.

The property and views absolutely live up to all the positive reviews. The moment you walk through the front door you will be amazed. Very clean and well maintained with all the amenities you would need. Melissa is great at responding to any questions or concerns that might come up. The only complaining we did was when it was time for us to leave :( You won't find a better view!!
