Mid-Island Cool & Cozy Condo with "Keyless" Entry & Free WiFi

Nuestro condominio ofrece un ambiente hogareño limpio, fresco y cómodo. Con una cocina completa y camas cómodas con capacidad para cuatro adultos o una familia pequeña, es fácil sentirse como en casa al configurar la temperatura del condominio como prefiera. Ya sea que lo desee ligero y ventoso, o como una cueva y acogedor, levante o baje las persianas exteriores desde adentro. Con la facilidad de una entrada sin llave utilizando su propio código digital personalizado, no se preocupe por perder las llaves mientras disfruta de las numerosas actividades locales. El condominio está en el 2do piso. No hay ascensor Ubicado en el centro de la isla, puedes caminar, conducir o tomar los autobuses gratuitos alrededor de la isla o Port Isabel.
La unidad está equipada con: una cocina completa si desea preparar sus comidas favoritas (las tiendas de comestibles están a minutos de distancia), una mesa de comedor con capacidad para 4 personas, una cómoda cama de matrimonio y dos literas, lavadora / secadora, bañera y ducha, WiFi , TV por cable y televisores Roku en la sala de estar y el dormitorio para transmitir sus suscripciones de entretenimiento favoritas como Netflix, Hula, HBO Go, etc. La playa está a solo cinco minutos a pie desde el condominio hasta la costa. Cuando regrese, hay una ducha o manguera al aire libre para enjuagarse los pies y el equipo de playa.
Como un regalo adicional durante el verano que comienza el fin de semana del Día de los Caídos hasta el fin de semana del Día del Trabajo, tiene una vista del asiento delantero desde el balcón para ver el espectáculo Bay Fireworks todos los jueves y viernes por la noche a las 9:15 PM. ¡Si te gusta ver despegar cohetes reales, nuevamente, tendrás una vista segura del asiento delantero mientras Space-X lanza cohetes desde la playa de Boca Chica a partir de 2018!

This is a great place for a couple or small family. The condo was clean and well-kept.

This condo is very comfortable and peaceful. The location is perfect for a walk to the beach and a walk to local shops. The condo is well equipped with the comforts of home. The kitchen is perfect for cooking meals. The chairs on the balcony are great for sitting in the morning and sipping coffee and in the evenings to view the fireworks. It’s been six years since we last stayed and the quality and attention Gary provides has not changed. Thank you Gary for an incredible stay.

Everything was exactly as it appeared in the Vrbo ad. The place was perfectly clean and had a great location right in the center of the island. The kitchen had all of the necessary pots and pans, even though we didn't use them, and good coffee pot which we did use. The bathroom was super clean with nice towels and soap and shampoo, beach towels were even provided. No complaints, I'd definitely go back.

This condo was so cozy!! It came equipped with every basic thing you need. Gary was very quick on responding when I had a question. I had no issues at the condo. The neighborhood is super quiet, great for families! I loved it! My wife and I will be back!

Stayed at this rental property for the Labor Day weekend and it was perfect for my wife, my 2 Yorkies and myself. Really clean, cozy, roomy and close to the beach, with all the necessities in place. Close to restaurants (must eat at Blackbeard's) and nightlife as well, would definitely come back to this property. Gary was very prompt, courteous and readily available for me if needed with any questions on checking in and if everything was ok.

My husband & I, along with our dog had a wonder stay at this condo. Accommodations were great, great communication with Gary our host- he was very responsitve and so helpful answering questions & providing pointers to us on various restaurants & destinations, great central location, & we had a very comfortable stay. Gary was also very helpful answering our inquiries & questions about various activity locations. Upon our return back to SPI- we would definitely stay there again!

We loved this condo. Gary us a gracious host and very communicative and helpful. While this condo is not on the beach, it is only a block away from a great beach access point and is close to restaurants and activities. We will definitely book here again when returning to SPI.

We went to visit South Padre to have some fun at the beach. The beach was just a short 5 minute walk away which was awesome. There is a place on the side of the building to rinse sand off yourself. The condo was equipped with everything we needed and we didn’t really have problems with noise. Would come again.

Absolutely loved our stay in South Padre! The condo was clean, quiet & just a couple minutes walk from the beach. We went to get away for a few days & it was so relaxing. Gary was a great host & communicated with us so well. Will definitely be booking again!

Went there for a few days in December to surf. The condo was nice and clean, and quiet at night to get a good night's sleep. I travelled alone with my 2 dogs and only used 1 bed, but there are 2 bunk beds by the hall, so a couple of other people could sleep there comfortably. Good communication with the property manager, when the door code he gave me initially didn't work, he quickly provided another code and I went right in. I definitely recommend this property to anyone considering it.

We had an excellent stay at this condo. It was absolutely perfect for my husband and I, and just a few minutes from the beach. It was exactly as described and we would most definitely rent this location again. Everything was clean and tidy. Thank you for the great communication as well.

The condo was very clean and organized. We stayed here for three nights. Loved our walks on the beach, location, and access to other island shops and grocery store. Kitchen has essentials for cooking, living area open, and bathroom just hate right size. Great affordable place to stay.

Super duper little get away.
Gary's place is super clean, up to date, and in a great location. Having a modern washer and dryer with a fresh kitchen was wonderful. Gary is super helpful and timely with his communications. Highly recommended! This was our first visit to SPI and we definitely plan on coming back. Thank you Gary.

Very nice condo!
The condo is clean and cozy. Can't say enough about the manager, Gary. He is so friendly and very helpful. That makes such a difference! It's a long block away from beach but access is just across the street. We enjoyed our stay!
