Overall, this home is cozy and cute! It suited our needs just fine! Nice view of the lake and the bedrooms and spaces worked well for our group! I do feel like the home could use a great cleaning/reorganization/maintenance check The mattress pad on the sleeper sofa downstairs was dirty and we couldn’t find a fitted sheet. The kitchen cabinets are dirty and it’s difficult to find things because it is all shoved in and scattered. The deck feels a little in need of repair/maintenance as do the exterior chairs. Overall, we enjoyed a great weekend and the kids loved riding the trolley down to the dock!!

We enjoyed all the space for our birthdays we celebrated with family and friends. There was plenty of space to sleep, visit and play games. The house lacks nothing. Close to the race track were we spent one of our days.

The house wound up being fine, but there were a few issues that made the experience less than ideal. The main issue was that the A/C wasn't working when we got there (was +100 degrees outside and 80+ inside.) The management company responded quickly, which we appreciated, but unfortunately it was midday the next day before someone was out to fix it. They said their repair team wasn't able to come out the same day because they were busy on other projects, which is totally understandable, but when asked if they would consider going with a 3rd party company to expedite the process, they said no. I had to proactively ask for a credit on the booking as well ask if we could buy/expense fans to make the house remotely livable - they did approve it, but I wish they would have been more proactive and eager to make things better rather than making us to propose/institute solutions.
The other major issue was that the fold out couch that was counted as a bed in the listing was completely broken - the top half of the mattress caved back in to the couch when you laid on it. We have a big family so were counting on that bed to ensure everyone had a spot, so it was a pretty big deal that it was broken. The cleaning crew had even left the bed open/without sheets, which we initially just assumed was because they forgot, but it turned out that they left it because they couldn't get it back together and knew it wasn't useable, so seemed like an issue they were well aware of but didn't tell us.

The stay was wonderful we enjoyed. The beauty of this property is the view and the location. I will re book this next year too. Only missing was the hot tub and some lighting in the backyard.

Had small family reunion. was enough room for everyone to have their on room, all rooms had their own bathroom. Great view. Well stocked kitchen. Family really enjoyed the boat rental. Was so much easier than going through the local boat rental places. Everyone is talking about booking the same place for next year.

Rental was very clean and the property had all the amenities to make the stay very enjoyable. We loved the pontoon boat which we toured all of lake Hamilton. From my family we thank you for a great vacation!

Absolutely perfect!
I will rent this property again and again. The property was so well stocked for our family, adequate paper products, kitchen products, dishwasher pods, etc. We have stayed in many VRBO properties over the years, and this one is by far one of the favorites. You can rent boats directly from the property and have them at your fingertips on the dock when you are ready. The host was readily available for all questions and anything we needed was fixed immediately. One thing that was not mentioned in the details, is that there is a tram that guests can use to ride down with their coolers to avoid the treacherous walk from the house to the lake. This was super handy and we were so thankful for it. The house was immaculate in terms of cleanliness, no ant / bug issues (which we have had on this lake at many homes in the past), and there is ample room for eveeyone to hang out and enjoy. The tvs worked flawlessly, kids were able to watch Netflix during rest time. The AC was fabulous and this weekend was HOT. It worked great. Wi-Fi was also wonderful. Highly recommend - we will be back!

Memorial Day Weekend
My friends and I got to stay at this house for Memorial Day Weekend! The house is cozy and was perfect for our group. The location is perfect and very easy to access. We rented the boat through the owner and unfortunately it had something wrong with it but they were quick to send someone out to fix it. Great place and highly recommend!

Would definitely rent again!
This cabin is the perfect combo of rustic cabin charm with all the modern conveniences. We hosted 14 family members including an infant very comfortably. Super clean, has great towels and nice touches throughout. The large kitchen island is one of the best features. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We were very happy with the place.

It was perfect for our group. We had a wide variety of ages from 9 months to 64 years. There was lots of room to spread out and be comfortable. House was very well stocked with everything we needed.

Interactions with the property owners were exceptional! Property was more than accommodating for our entire extended family of 16 for this vacation stay. The tram was a huge benefit for access to the dock.
Property could use a "thorough cleaning" of upper regions and those that are otherwise out-of-reach . . . Immediate living spaces were acceptably clean.
We will definitely consider staying here again!

Great place for lots of people
This is a great place for a large family. We had 14 of us and had no problem finding places for everyone to sleep. Had one little issue with the keyless lock but the owners came over to deal with it. Met them and they were very nice. Highly recommend this place for a large group.

Small business meeting
Very clean property with lots of space. Decorated beautifully. Breathtaking view of the lake. Close in proximity to everything in Hot Springs. Parking was a bit tough with more than 3 vehicles, but the church was just across the street that we were advised to park at. Very easy to rent/reserve.

Guys trip
10 of us rented this home for guys trip and couldn’t have asked for a better place. The view was amazing the house was large enough for everyone and the proximity to town couldn’t be better. All in all it’s a great place.

Great Location for Boat Storage & in a Good neighborhood
We really liked the boat dock and storage for our boat. It is at the end of one of the finger tip of the Ouachita River which if you take a left out of the the canal you will eventually go into Lake Hamilton. As for the house, it is 3 stories and has a lot of room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is well stocked and updated. The hike down to the water is quite a workout especially for my older parents. It was a little sketchy and needed hand rails and a better path, which it looks like they are in the process of building. Overall, we had a great time and really enjoyed the lake and relaxing.

Negative Experience
Overall cleanliness of the place was disappointing. Area rugs were dirty with trash found beneath couches, bedsheets in multiple rooms were dirty, mold found in shower curtains and bath tub spouts. Mildew odor made downstairs uninhabitable. Owner offered smaller house with less rooms that did not accommodate our size of family and when requested appropriate compensation for issues listed above she was rude and ultimately resulted in me having to contact VRBO with pictures of all mentioned above. Walk to pier was extremely dangerous and unsafe- not only was it steep as mentioned in the listing but the picture does not show accuracy of the danger with loose railing. I strongly suggest reading ALL reviews prior to booking a stay here.

Lake Hamilton 2020
We had a great time at Lake Hamilton . The house was beautiful and clean. Lots of room for 16 of us! Very easy checkin process . The owner was readily available by text for any questions. Would definitely recommend for family and friends. Hope to stay there again in the future!!

A great place on Lake Hamilton
This property is amazing. REally nice house setup perfectly for a large group. Lots of beds and bathrooms and unlike some places that try to cram a bed where ever they can, this house still has lots of room. Huge living area to visit. I love the extra ice maker in the kitchen. Teenagers loved the game room on the lower level..

AMAZING house for our large family!
This property is absolutely amazing. It easily accommodated our family group of 16. The kitchen is beautiful and very well stocked with cookware, dishes, and silverware for all of our family meals. The bedding was very comfortable and the room size is large so you don't feel like you are sleeping in a cramped house. The view off the porches are what we enjoyed with coffee in our hands EVERY morning. The owner, Amy, was so patient with our changes on the boat day and she was very timely in answering any questions that we had during the reservation process. We rented the pontoon and enjoyed a lake day with no concerns. The steep walk down to the boat was very difficult for our older couples. The day that we rented the boat, the older couples drove to the park about four miles away and were able to walk the pier and enter the boat. It also allowed the other part of the group to swim at the beach area while we swapped out boat riders. We had a picnic at the tables and enjoyed the day! Thanks so much for having a LARGE place that our entire family to stay in for a week. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Great Property, Great Views, Great Experience
The pictures don’t do this place justice!! The views of the lake from the back deck are amazing. And the inside is awesome! The ultimate lake cabin... This property was one of the best places our group has stayed in by far. Amy and Joe were quick to respond and very cordial leading up to and throughout the entire stay.
We would definitely recommend this place to anyone... Thanks Joe and Amy for allowing us to stay. Made our golf getaway so much better!
