Si está buscando un lugar increíble para quedarse, este es el hogar para usted. La casa fue construida en 2012 con un plano de planta de 1 piso, 3 dormitorios, 2 baños, 1 ducha al aire libre. La cabaña se encuentra en el lado de sonido de Kill Devil Hill (Milepost 6. 5). El dormitorio principal tiene una cama queen size y las dos habitaciones contienen literas de tamaño completo (Full Over Full). Nuestra casa está a 3 minutos a pie del sonido ya 10 minutos a pie de la playa. También se incluyen cruceros de playa para adultos para disfrutar de un crucero al atardecer. Ofrecemos Wi-Fi y DirecTv para disfrutar durante su estadía. Estamos ubicados en el corazón de Kill Devil Hills, cerca de varios restaurantes, un centro comercial, una sala de cine y varias tiendas de comestibles. Hay un campo Putt-Putt a unas 2 millas de distancia y un centro comercial outlet a 15 millas de nuestra casa.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. It was clean and lovely. It had plenty of seating, as well as towels and linens. The owner was very easy to work with and responded to all of my questions. Check-in was a breeze. We also loved the area and highly recommend the Mahi-mahi restaurant! Thanks for a great experience!

Thanksgiving get away
My family and I truly enjoyed our stay at this very nice and cozy home. We brought everything we needed to prepare our thanksgiving meal but didn’t have to because the home was fully equipped with EVERYTHING you would possibly need. The home is updated and very well maintained. We had one issue with the internet not working properly but Ryan responded in seconds and the problem was resolved in less than five minutes. There were plenty of board games and video games to keep us busy. We truly look forward to booking this location again in the future. Thank you Creegan family for allowing my family to stay at your property.

Great Getaway!
We planned a last minute getaway and quickly found this home available. There are no complaints. Check in was super easy. The home was very clean and really nicely decorated and updated. We did not cook while we were there but the kitchen did have everything needed for cooking or grilling. Like I said - zero complaints. The owner was quick to respond with a couple questions and even offered a few restaurant suggestions.

Great location, beautiful house, awesome Host
We visited for a long weekend to catch the last little bit of sun we could before the winter.
Ryan’s house is fully stocked with all of the utensils you need to make a great dinner including a grill that is super clean..
He was easy to contact for any issues and even offered to let us have a late check out on the last day, which was awesome because it 80+ and the previous few days were chilly.
We throughly enjoyed this rental snd Ryan has easily been the best host we’ve had in the OBX.
Only down side is sometimes the internet wouldn’t work but a simple reset of the router and you were good to go.
We look forward to renting this house again in the future. Thanks Ryan!

Good place to stay
It’s very nice place to stay for vacation with families. House is much nicer than pictures and have enough room for our 10 people group. Stocked kitchen supplies and towels and everything. Very close to beach and have no problem to find parking. We had great time staying in this house.

Fantastic vacation
The location of the property was great a short trip to beach and the sound side. The house itself was great and had a lot of things that was nice not to have to buy that were available for use. The neighborhood was great and people were friendly. I would absolutely recommend this rental for anyone who is looking for a place to relax and escape!

Wonderful family vacation!
Our group of 9 included 5 adults and 4 children. Everyone was comfortable and loved the home and area. It was clean and well kept and had a lot of things included that was very helpful to us like toilet tissue, paper towels, bath towels, beach towels, wash cloths, dish cloths, fully stocked kitchen with all the cookware you need to cook anything, spices, games, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. I loved running on the sound side every morning. It is such a beautiful and relaxing area and the people in this neighborhood are so very friendly and welcoming. We decided to drive to the beach instead of the 15 minute walk because we had a lot of things we brought with us.Parking was so easy and it's a 5 minute walk to the beach from the empty Old K-Mart parking lot and it's free. Beach wasn't crowded at all everyday that we went. There was so much to do in the town and surrounding areas. We all agree that we are done with Myrtle Beach and have become lovers of the Outer Banks! It is worth the extra drive for us. Anyone that stays at this home with be very happy with their choice. Ryan could not of been any nicer, more accommodating or easy to work with. Stop looking around and choose this house!

Fishermen Friendly
I have stayed at over 10 different properties in the obx over the years. This property was by far the best value. I came down to fish last minute with a few family members. Ryan called me soon after the booking and welcomed me and went over the basics. The coded check in made it super convenient. The 2 baths and large kitchen and dining room were nice as well. The storage room with extras came in handy as well. It’s already on my radar for next visit.

End of summer getaway
Ryan was very easy to work with and responsive. The property is newer, so it has that going for it. It is also a block away from the bike path along the sound (we utilized the bikes that are provided every day we were there, which was nice) and a couple minutes drive to the public beach access. The neighborhood is a little spotty, though, with some houses being maintained and some...not. The property is tidy, but would not be up to my level of clean. Several of the windowsills had a buildup of dead mosquitos, that I may not have noticed if it weren’t for my one year old who is at eye level with them and constantly looking out of them while we were in the house. There is also an abundance of roach motels, which having lived at the beach, I understand the need for some kind of preventative or service. But we did see 2 while we were there...one dead by the door right as we entered and one crawling along the ceiling in one of the bunk rooms one morning. The beds, like most hotels and/or rentals, weren’t very comfortable, but they weren’t the worst I’ve slept on either. I did appreciate the fact that the master had drop down black out shades (something you never find in rentals) and the closet was big enough to put a pack and play. Overall, it was a decent rental and for the price and the location, it was as expected.

Something for everyone
This property Is situated in a quiet neighborhood less than 1 mile from beach access and just as close to the Colington Creek and Kitty Hawk Bay fishing areas.
Lots of recreational equipment in the storage room including bikes and yard games as well as fishing gear. We spent our days on the beach and evenings on the large comfortable deck at the house. Already planning our next trip here!

Great vacation!
My family of 5 stayed in this Kill Devil Hills house for 3 weeks. We loved it! the house is located right around the Blk from the sound which is gorgeous and a 2 min drive to the beach- we always had parking. The house is clean and was roomy enough for our family with 3 kids. The house is right by Publix for food shopping, great restaurants, and very centrally located. The area seems to be more for local OBXers more so than Nags Head but we really enjoyed it.
The owner provides bikes, chairs, and pretty much every necessity.
The owner made a long drive to the house when we first arrive to replace the tv that was broken. He was always very responsive, went above and beyond and even provided a list of great restaurants that he recommended.
We loved the vaca and highly recommend this property!

We were pleasantly surprised. The house was well taken and care of and decorated with that great beach theme. Well stocked with everything you need. Ryan is on top of things. He left a note saying if you need anything call and he means it. Look forward to next year.

Fall Trip
We usually go to Myrtle Beach in September taking our grandkids, this year we decided to take them to the Outer Banks since they've never been. The Creegan's home was by far our most favorite we've been in at OBX. The kitchen was stocked better than our own home. The beds are amazing. The location superb and Ryan is extremely responsive to questions and concerns. We only had one issue and it was handled within 30 minutes. We will be back for future trips. Just wish we would have booked for the whole week instead of 4 days. You will not be disappointed.

Family vacation 2019
I rented this property for a family vacation with a total 8 people. There was plenty of room for all of us. The house was well kept and clean upon arrival. There are plenty of bikes in the storage along with other games, beach toys, and accessories. It was a great overall experience and we would definitely recommend to family and friends.

Home was even better then expected! Very well furnished. Beds were comfortable and home was very clean!. Location was great being right in the middle of town. However this was more of a redidential area then we were used to so we had to be aware of the neighbors stopping by to check on us.

Great Place
We went down for Spring break for four days. I'm always scared when renting online. This place was by far was the best place I have ever rented. It was very clean and I felt like I was at home. It has everything you need down to beach chairs. The bikes were a huge hit for the kids. They have a bike trail that they loved. The owner was awesome. Very quick to respond if you need anything. Very personable which is very hard to find these days. You will not be sorry if you choose this place.
