The view from the room was amazing and the decor in the lobby was great

Our room wasn’t cleaned during a 5 night stay. I would expect at least towels changed once per day and the bed made up for the cost of this hotel but I had to specifically ask for any sort of room cleaning. We were given no information on check in about the hotel. Timing of breakfast, room service availability etc. it is supposedly 24 hours room service but every time I called I was told nothing was available. The AC in the room desperately needs to be updated it swapped between cold and hot air and was incredibly noisy. I was lied to by the staff, when I booked a taxi they told me the flat rate to JFK wasn’t applicable when pickup was from Manhattan so instead of paying 75 I was charged 110 and it was not a taxi at all, the driver wasn’t able to read the satellite navigation and took several wrong turns on the way to the airport. There’s no room service and also no fridge in the rooms I was really disappointed considering the cost of this hotel. I won’t stay again.

Værelse på 7. etage med udsigt til baggård. Det er alt, alt for dyrt, når man betaler over 4.800 kr. pr. overnatning. Næsten ingen skabsplads, vi måtte beholde alt i kufferterne.

Excelente ubicación, la habitación es bastante grande para lo que es Nueva York . El hotel es lindo estéticamente. Limpio y lujoso. Volvería muchas veces.

The staff were very friendly, the room was comfy, good size TV, the shower was great and invigorating. The cleaners did a great job everyday of making the room up. The receptionists were great and always very helpful. The location was useful for the subway.

The location felt quite run-down. There’s a goodwill across the road and it seemed to attract plenty of crazies. The room service, whilst delivered quickly was both expensive and a limited choice. There were no breakfast options. The $30 per day allowance was great.. but when breakfast is $35 each it feels a bit meh. We travelled with a baby, I had messaged the hotel twice via Booking.com to request a cot and they never responded. I ended up having to call from the UK, spoke to reception and they said they’d make arrangements. When we checked there was no cot and we had to ask again. The cot that was provided had no mattress so we had to cobble something together from blankets. The room storage was pretty measly, with a tiny single wardrobe and only a few drawers.

Breakfast ridiculously expensive, even with the $30 credit, no hot water one day due to gas line problem in area, told we were notified but we’re not.

We didn't have hot water for two days! No matter was the reason, a hotel must have a contingency plan for this kind of event, very disappointed, we have to make our plans to have a shower in other place!

No hot water !! After a day walking around the city, you expect to have a warm shower, but instead we have to take a shower with freezing water

It was very noisy at night till extremely late. There’sa nightclub behind the hotel and it was loud in my room on the 31st floor till well after 1am. I asked for ear plugs and the hotel didn’t provide any.

The only thing I wish the room had was a mini fridge. Other than that no complaints and I booked here again to bring my kids back for Christmas.

Tiene una discoteca en el roof top y se escucha el sonido en las habitaciones superiores desde el jueves al sábado y a pesar de que tiene entrada independiente los asistentes se instalan en el lobby del hotel incomodando a los huéspedes

Nos gustó la ubicación, cerca de todo y del metro, la limpieza, el tamaño muy bueno para ser NY, la atención del personal, las vistas, la decoración del hotel y habitaciones y la dotación de la habitación.

No nos gustó que en el último piso funciona una discoteca y a pesar de estar hospedados varios pisos por debajo se escucha durante toda la noche, además ocasiona que el lobby los días juaves a sábado se siente demasiado ruidoso y congestionado.

Breakfast - both food and service were amazing. Staff were super friendly with my active toddler. Staff on check in could not have been more helpful, finding me a room on the same floor as my family at an hour's notice. Staff printed out documents for me at the check in desk, and couldn't do more to help. Room service food from the restaurant was lovely and staff were super friendly.

As camas são pequenas para um casal, mesmo para um padrão europeu. têm menos que 140cm de largura. Muito barulho da rua mesmo com as janelas fechadas. O equipamento de ventilação do prédio em frente faz imenso barulho. Ar condicionado gelado nos espaços comuns e impossivel de regular no quarto.

When the reviews (which I rarely give muxh consideration to) say the walls are thin, BELIEVE IT! Unless you’re a very heavy sleeper, you will clearly hear the next rooms conversations. Ear plugs and you’ll be fine. That shouldn’t be necessary in a spendy hotel, but it is. Otherwise good place in Chelsea

I had minimal lighting in my room for first two days lights would not work they repaired on last day. Room was very dark.

Great location, just outside mid town so much nicer environment. Good location to walk down to meat packing district or SoHo, lots of subways stations near by. City view room was awesome, amazing to wake up looking at Empire State Building and Manhattan.

Night club boom boom boom can be heard in higher rooms. I was on 32 and could hear it, get a room lower than that if you like sleep. To be fair check in staff did tell me about it and I changed from 34 to 32 to start with.
