The condo was in the perfect location! We felt like the condo hadnt been cleaned properly as the floors felt dirty and you could see the dirt and dust under the beds and couch and the sliding doors where hard to open and shut and the screen are not in the best of shape as to why we didnt give it a 5 star rating. We did have to search around for the wristbands as they was not where we was told but a minor issue. But with a 5th floor view the little things was easy to overlook and to complain about as we spent most of our time at the beach or pools but if i was the owners being that far away I would definitely find a better cleaning crew. We would definitely return again.

We loved being on the fifth floor of our tower, especially with the busyness of the elevators when the facility is at full capacity. Being able to take the stairs was an added bonus you cannot get as easily on higher floors. I do wish the parking lot had more spots, though! If you get "home" late, you may be parking quite a ways away from your tower. The amount of beds in the condo was perfect for our group, and there was plenty of seating in the dining room and at the bar. Loved having the lounger on the balcony too, that was wonderful for relaxing while listening to the waves.

Just a couple minor issues but the unit was better than expected!!

Great spot for a family vacation!

The layout and place was nice but overall could use updates. The handles were falling off the balcony doors, there was candy and granola bars found on floor and the duvet covers and pillows are old and need to be washed or replaced. However the owner was responsive.

Amazing place for a family beach vacation. Unit has everything you need, is comfortable and has beautiful views. Owner was friendly and communicative. Resort has everything you could want and beach is powder sand perfection. Definitely didn't want to leave!

My husband and I spent the week with our daughter's family. They have 4 year old and a 19 month old. We had plenty of room. The pool, beach, and other amenities were so convenient. Clean and roomy. Totally recommend this condo!

The property ok. The master bedroom overlooking the beach was lovely. It also had a nicely appointed bathroom. The rest of the place was ok. The hall bathroom shower curtain had mildew, the door in the kitchen to the water heater was caked with dust. Several walls had moisture stains and there were random roaches. I reached out to the owner 4 days before my arrival and he said there were a couple of things he would “try” to have resolved prior to our arrival “like wifi and other passwords.” We had wifi but he didn’t bother to configure the tvs. So, I watched tv on my iPad rather than on the sets in the bedrooms the 1st night. I reached out regarding the technical issues, but the owner ever responded. He didn’t leave the wristbands required to walk on and off the property. When I informed him, he said he left 8 the previous week and would order some. We never received them. The beach and master bedroom were lovely but I wouldn’t rent this unit again.

Loved this condo! Great location on property…5th floor way to go with an older mom and the kiddos. Overlooked pool and hot tub and could watch kids (ages 10-15) if they wanted a few more minutes out there. Room was fantastic (loved the decor) and plenty of room for all of us! Owner was quick to respond, very helpful, and made sure we had what we needed. Long overdue family vacation well spent in this condo! Thank you so much!

This place is wonderful. The view is amazing I loved on the balcony it's the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset . Great location to shopping restaurants and anything you want to do .

This unit is very convenient and super nice. Great place for our quick girls trip for some sun.

I was very impressed with this location! It was clean, I felt comfortable letting my children down to play. It is a great location and we really enjoyed being able to walk to most things. The heated pool and the shower in the master bedroom were definitely enjoyed. We also received quick responses from Tom! We will definitely be booking again.

The property is great. Right by the beach. Nice balcony view. All amenities that you need is available. Close to other attractions. Overall just awesome. Will be back.

This condo was perfect.

We received the wrong door code which delayed us being able to enter our unit day one. Owner didn’t respond back for hours…He said the code had not been updated on VRBO Coffee maker missing, owner seemed shocked when he finally responded, originally suggesting he could have one delivered by Wednesday. We arrived on Saturday. Outdated, non-functioning recessed/under cabinet lighting in kitchen. Late response from owner was, under cabinet lights had been disconnected and if we would just wait a while the dirty/off color recessed lights would come on. At best, 2 matching glasses, plates or bowls in outdated, badly paint chipped cabinets. Owners binder had to have been 10 yrs old. Still listed charges for local or long distance calls from their land line, so of course nothing in this explained how to operate 3 TVs with multiple remotes. Owner response was they installed 3 new TV’s three weeks ago and had not had time to update the binder yet. My husband spent most of week trying to figure out simple cable, without success. Never enough hot water for just 3 adults to take evening showers. We never even tried to throw a dishwasher or a load of laundry into the mix. Many lamps either without light bulbs or not plugged in at all…..no plugs nearby lamps in living room. Master bedroom had black stained ceilings on wall adjacent with the shower, must have been from water damage in past. My experience with water restoration made me fearful this could potentially be mold??? I took multiple photos,, wish there was an option to attach!!

We were very happy with our vacation rental. Tom was fast to respond with a small issue that we had. We would definitely rent this condo again.

We loved the property. The pool options were perfect for our big family. Our children range in ages from 3-16 and all enjoyed themselves. Locations in the condo were dusty, but all in all we were so pleased. The view was amazing. We loved the snow cone and Starbucks option being so close. We would for sure stay here again. :)

The owner was very nice.

The condo was great, it was clean and everything was in working order. Edgewater is in a great location, easy to get to from the main highway, lots of amenities. We were on motorcycles so the gate gave us the stick together armbands as parking passes to put on the motorcycles. There were 3 of us and it was nice that the condo had 3 beds so no one had to use the sleeper sofa.

The view of the gulf was amazing! Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves! Edgewater is an older resort but beautiful setting and amenities! Location was perfect! Was wonderful working with Tom! He was very accommodating with our add on dates and always answered promptly!
