non cooperative staff I am booking my stay by booking .com and fare shows 1200 for one day but at the time I am check in manager told me fare is 1700 + 500 early charges at the time 9.30 am. I am booked this hotel every time when I am coming to Chennai but this time I am facing a very bad experience .I never book this hotel again .cleaning -0 food -0 staff-0 never give a rating. please don't book this hotel

They literally never even sweep the floor. Killed around 30 cockroaches in a day by myself. Staff is useless and rude. Outside food not allowed.

I was overcharged. I paid Rs 1000 extra over my booking amount

They have started chasing us by sending emails and calls and asking us to pay the full booking amount in advance otherwise the room will not be available. So we paid the full booking amount. And once we reached the hotel, they demanded the extra amount and said if we don't pay, they don't give us the room and they were not ready to return the amount we paid. We were in a rush, so we had to pay the amount they asked for and checked in. The rooms were smelling very bad.

You(You or your partner) should restrict yourself to the amount which was shown during booking. Let's not cheat the customers. When you said prior payment is not required then it shouldn't be required till boarding(As you committed on the website). But people called and sent messages and sent emails to pay otherwise we will cancel the booking and when we paid they were asking for more money. This shouldn't happen.

Location was good. Nice place for shopping

Room rate is too high for the quality of the room.

They told me that they can not accommodate for foreigners as it is only for Indians ( to provide adar card or india driving licence and that too at 11pm (ps i was with my mom). so with no internet access, i had recourse to a girl (i met in a nearby restaurant) for help.

No cleaning No breakfast, even after breakfast was included in the package No towel , bedsheet., Toothpaste, soap. Etc. Dirty bathrooms No AC, even after booking AC rooms. Very Rude staff.

Only the breakfast was good..

and the room was spacious apart from that the room service the front office was so bad. The guys in the front office was so lazy and unaware of anything we ask. And after staying two nights when vacating they are saying we can’t book the hotel again because they don’t have Eform something to fill for abroad visitors. Such carelessness.
