The villa was well presented

The staff were unresponsive on several issues, the plumbing was constantly faulty, water in the villa constantly ran out, the villa was burgled twice and the villa staff were uninterested and unresponsive when we reported it. Whilst holidaying there the company brought prospective buyers around whilst we were relaxing by the pool which was extremely awkward. We checked out a day early due to this.

The villa is private, quiet and big. The pool is nice and the villa has seats on the roof, good for a morning coffee. Overall the stay was very good!

Everything was okay, just a minor leak in the shower head.

Location was ok , would need a car to travel around .

Only has two Sun beds,

clean and tidy, everything you need is in the house. You write what you want help with in whatsapp and the staff will solve it quickly

very far to everything, if you are going to shop or go to the beach or restaurant, transportation is needed

-light system -no engineering come when i need

The hosts were very nice and reassuring!

The location was terrible, the place was overrun with mosquitoes inside. They were getting in somehow. The beds are hard as rocks. The roof terrace was nothing like the picture. Overall I was very disappointed, once we got there I asked to cancel and was told I'd be charged the total. I would not recommend this property to anyone.
