The house was spacious and clean. Great movie selection and homeowners went out of their way to purchase new controls for the PlayStation. We were sad to go but hope to return next year

I cannot rave about this property more! I originally picked it as it fit our needs, and Vrbo for some odd reason showed that it was near Ace in Sunriver. Once I received the address, I realized it was actually outside Sunriver. I was slightly apprehensive, however, it completely worked out!! The neighborhood is extremely quiet & they provided so many bikes!! In fact, if you are a mountain biker, there is a trail right near by! We were able to bike to Sunriver no problem. We were only on the main hwy for less than 3 minutes and the speed limit is 25mph so no big deal. They have a tire pump for the bikes and helmets. So many DVDs to choose from!! We also enjoyed the SHARC passes! I have been to other places where I needed to purchase things like dish soap, toilet paper, etc. not here! They provided it all and I am extremely grateful!

We loved our stay here! The house was roomy, clean and comfortable.Our kids loved the bunk bed room that they stayed in and playing on the back deck during the cool mornings. We even got to see some deer eating out back, which was an exciting experience for us Texans. We found the beds to be comfortable and enjoyed that they had games and puzzles to entertain us while we were "home". They also had a nice movie collection available! We would definitely recommend staying here.

It was a great stay, only thing is that it is not right in sunriver, it is outside it in a regular neighborhood if that matters.

House has everything you need, is a nice layout and is very clean! Great communication with the owner. Melanie is wonderful and helpful.
Our kids loved the jacuzzi and got a kick out of watching a movie on a VHS tape :) We loved how peaceful and quiet it was, saw lots of deer. The A/C was a nice bonus, it was super hot in August! We loved the SHARC passes too.
There are a lot of bikes to use, but it was too tricky for us to ride them in the area (with young kiddos and some of the roads are gravel). If you plan on biking to Sunriver, I would suggest loading the bikes into your car and driving to Sunriver for safety.

We had such a great stay in this home. It is a bit rural but it was quiet, extremely clean, spacious and very warm.

This vacation home with 4 bedrooms and an open floor plan is set up well for families. The house was very clean, the hot tub and grill worked fine, and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. It is a peaceful location and we enjoyed watching and listening to the neighbor's horses. Very close to SunRiver Toys which had water toys and e-bikes to rent.

My husband, inlaws, my 2 kids and I stayed fir 7 days. The location was great next to Sunriver. I loved the quiet location, and the house was very clean. We loved that there were towels, pots and pans for cooking, and even toys for the kids to play with. It was a great place to stay.

Great house for a family stay near Bend Oregon. Close to amenities and outside the city proper. Neighborhood had a wonderful aquatic center and plenty of small shops and restaurants. Proximity to the Newberry volcano monument made for a wonderful day trip and hikes.
Communication with owner was excellent and any issues or questions were answered immediately. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything was according to plan with a couple positive exceptions. The home owner was able to help us out with a couple above and beyond services. For this we were very thankful.

We had such a great stay!! Honestly, I’ve been to so many rentals and this was fantastic. The owners were great at communicating and flexible. The property was excellent for kids. Everything in the house was easy and intuitive. We will definitely come back!

Great location/ Great layout
A group of kayak ladies stayed 3 nights, just really needed a place to sleep as we were eating breakfast and leaving for the day. We found it to be a great location to the lakes and Sunriver, house was clean, had storage for kayaks and we felt very safe and secure in the home. Have given the VRBO info to several family friends, as there is plenty of room for a large family to stay and be very comfortable. Check in and out was very easy, air works great, nice and cool at night with windows open. If folks were wanting to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with any pan or kettle you would need. Highly recommend it for a stay in Central Oregon, very close to Sunriver, high lakes, river or just relaxing get a way.
Hope to stay again next year !

Amazing
Such a peaceful place. Felt like home. It is wonderfully open, plenty of beds, and deck was wonderful. We enjoyed sitting outside and just enjoying the scenery.

Little to say that hasn’t been said already. The house was great for our group. We especially loved the privacy and quiet.
Most appreciated was Melanie; she is an exceptional host! We had to postpone our original trip due to Covid and she worked with us and made it so easy.

This was a wonderful clean and comfortable place to relax.
Nice open floor plan and great hot tub. This home had more than the usual kitchen amenities with plenty of dishes, glasses, cutlery and appliances to make cooking and baking fun.

Winter family getaway
This cozy house was nestled in a beautiful and quiet setting, was clean snd well stocked. The only negative for us was the glass French door on one of the bedrooms, which has 2 twin beds. Difficult to use this as a bedroom when there's no privacy at all. We threw a blanket over the door and made do but this should have been made clear in the advertisement. Other than that our stay was very pleasant. Melanie was super responsive.

Open Clean Home
This home was more open than I expected from the photos. my 11 year old and I stayed with my brother and sister in-law in this home for an early thanksgiving with family in the area. We really enjoyed this property for the location, it was close to bend, and the Village, plus my families home. The beds were comfortable and the home was very neat and tidy. The Kitchen was well stocked with essentials like dishes, pots and pans. Great communication with the hosts they contacted my the day of our stay prior to check in offering early check in. we didn't have any issues when staying so we didn't need to contact them during our stay. The only negative thing I would say is the Spa is a little tricky to operate and dated. They do provide the manual for help though.

Girls Weekend
We had a wonderful visit to the area and enjoyed our stay. We didn’t get to use the hot tub like we hoped. Just ran out of time with all things we’d hoped to do during our stay. Just need to plan for a longer stay next time! Nice home and very relaxing! Would totally stay here again!

Great trip!!
My family had a fantastic time. It was a lovely, clean and comfortable house. Plenty of room for my family of 6. We had an excellent time biking, running and hiking around the area. They even had bikes sized for each of us. It was fantastic! The home owner was able to get us passes to the swim center which was great .
I am so glad we got to stayed here! It was a blast!
