Beautiful place with tons of amenities and great location. walkable to town. Amazing views every day.

Great property. We go to PV quite often, and this was our favorite rental. Very accommodating and helpful. The property is very nice, quiet, great grounds and pool area. It even has a restaurant that is quite good. Would definately go again!

A fabulous condo with the most amazing views. The pool area is lovely and right next to the bar/restaurant with super friendly staff delivering drinks and food to your lounger. The location is perfect being a few minutes walk to a couple of different beaches as well as a convenience store. With the side road currently closed, it’s a 15 minute walk downhill along the main road to restaurants in the Romantic Zone. Uber or local taxis were inexpensive for the journey home. Paulina, the lovely local property manager, greeted us when we arrived at the condo and was available throughout our stay for any questions. A fantastic time had by all.

From the start to the finish, our week at this property was an amazing experience. Extremely easy to check in and check out. Lilly is local and able to assist with anything you need. The property was better than the pictures. The condo is extremely well equipped. The balcony gives you views of the pool, ocean, PV and mountains. There is a beach just steps from the property. The 2 gentlemen working the bar were so attentive and kind-they would bring drinks to wherever you were sitting in the different pool areas. We were surprised at the high quality if food and drinks for such low prices. The security and ground crew were nice, always smiling and greeting us. The gym on property was well equipped with free weights, benches, and machines. My family and I have stayed in many properties around the world and I would rank this experience at the top. Amazing condo. Amazing views. And everyone made us feel like family.

This condo was absolutely perfect for us (and most anyone, I'd think). The building and grounds are lovely, the pools are great, the restaurant/bar was surprisingly awesome, the location was perfect for the ease of getting into town but being just enough (5 minutes) away for a little space from the action and a gorgeous view, and the condo itself was wonderful! Of course the first thing you notice when you walk in is that view through the wall of windows that open to the balcony. The balcony has nice furniture, comfortable for sitting out with morning coffee or for meals (I guess? We were super lazy and didn't cook one thing). The kitchen was very nice, and very well stocked with not only all the pans/cooking utensils you could ever need (and attractive dishes too, which is not always the case with rentals), but also with coffee, spices, etc. and a LOT of alcohol that presumably others have bought and left behind. Three large bedrooms each with their own bath were nice to have, although the toilet in one bath was not working while a replacement part is being ordered. This was apparently due to the destruction of some water pipes when a nearby road collapsed during excavation for construction, which I mention only because the collapse means that the previously existing more scenic road to walk into town is not passable. You could walk along the main road 15 minutes or so into town, but we took taxis which arrived very quickly and ranged from 60 - 80 pesos per trip (100 coming back on busy evenings). Also, nothing else about the plumbing in the condo seems to have been affected - everything works great, showers have normal water pressure, etc. The restaurant in the building is open every day except Monday, and the waiters are SO nice! They also make great drinks, including indulging one of my kids' love for extra cherries in his Roy Rogers... they were very accommodating. We tried lots of stuff on the breakfast menu and everything was very good, and we also had lunch by the pool most days (also good). We did not try dinner there because there are so many great restaurants in PV, and I didn't see anyone else doing so either. The complex was quite quiet at night, which to me is better than the alternative! Overall, I can't recommend this condo highly enough. It was clean, beautiful, spacious, and perfect for our family of 4 to have space but also the amenities of nice pools and food/drink of a hotel. Would 100% rent again!

Large apartment with plenty of pans etc and great appliance set up if you plan to cook (which we did). Three good size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a huge sectional couch that one of our kids slept on. The pool & gym are great and the building staff are friendly & helpful. But the thing we loved is being able to open up the entire wall facing the ocean to enjoy the view and the sound of the waves.

Condo unit was lovely and owner and/or manager dealt with minor issues. The on site facilities were good with a few issues. *pool area lacked morning sun * restaurant closed 1 day a week and were understaffed a large part of time. Staff itself was excellent. * children under 12 not allowed in hot tub even when accompanied by parents * washrooms in pool area need upgraded and kept cleaner (auto flush toilets and urinals like rest of units would help)

Super comfortable, perfect location with a breathtaking oceanfront view, we enjoyed the stay immensely. The property manager was helpful in so many ways, bringing in wine and snacks and food as we had requested, and having it there when we arrived, as well as making recommendations. We also love this location because there is an oceanfront outdoor restaurant and bar on the premises of the condo building, and everything is accessible and easy. We had many friends and family saying in homes and villas nearby, and were all there for the occasion of my daughters wedding. Everything was perfect.

First time staying at Sayan Tropical and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place. We had a group of 6, but the size of the unit worked very well for our group. We were surprised it had a 3rd bathroom as we were expecting only 2, but having 3 worked out perfectly. The restaurant on-site was very good too! We ate breakfast there a few times and loved it! We walked to town daily and at first thought it was going to be further away than expected, however it was much closer both to the beach and center of old town. On another note we used Uber to get home at night and we were all amazed how much cheaper it was averaging only a few bucks a time and taxis were also very affordable as well. I’ve been coming down to PV for several years now and first time staying this far out, but the ocean views and sounds were awesome especially since being at this location we had no traffic/late night noise from outside the condo which is common if you are in the center of old town. The unit had nice furnishings and the beds were extremely comfortable, slept well each night! The pool area got plenty of sun and we all loved having a hot tub! Very relaxing! Overall, we would definitely consider booking this unit again and as far as Sayan Tropical goes, I have a feeling most units are worth considering as this building is one if the nicer places to stay! This was the best condo ever! The property manager Lilly was super accommodating with our early arrival and late departure issues. She was prompt, efficient and easy to communicate with. The condo was clean, well maintained and stocked with all the essentials to get you through our stay. This was a first for us. The facility is top notch as is its employees. This is a gorgeous unit, with beautiful decor and the most amazing ocean views! Both Danny and Lilly were very helpful and we would definitely return again to Casa De Danielito. Lilly met us upon our arrival and walked us through everything in the unit and was very responsive over email for any questions. The unit is very well maintained with plenty of pool / beach towels and kitchen needs. Most of the time when we are away on vacation, we spend much of our time outside of our accommodation on excursions and exploring the town, however this unit was so relaxing with amazing views that we often found ourselves in the condo, whale-watching and enjoying the views. The restaurant staff were all very friendly and helpful and the property is walking distance to town (but wear comfortable walking shoes as it is all cobblestone, and uphill on the return). Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Terrific!! There's nothing to improve upon here - we thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of this property, the condo, our host Danny and his property concierge, Lilly. The location was ideal for us since we mostly met up with friends at Mantamar Beach Club, about a 4 minute walk along the beach trail from the pool deck at Sayan Tropical. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed walking into the main part of town so much that for 12 days we only took 2 car rides: first from the airport when Lilly picked us up and gave us a local tour on the way to the condo, and second, an Uber ride back to the airport. Lilly is the most enjoyable and professional home manager/concierge we've ever met at any property around the world. Her personality is joyful and it's obvious she enjoys meeting every guest upon arrival and showing us the intricacies of the home, how everything works, and the best places to go for everything. Thank you Lilly!! Danny's place is great. 3 large bedrooms with en suite baths. Gorgeous views, living areas and terraces abound, comfortable beds and high-quality furniture throughout and the common areas were never busy. We mostly felt like we had the entire building to ourselves. The indoor-outdoor fitness area was a popular spot for our whole group and everyone enjoyed working out, swimming and jogging along the beach every day. We will definitely come back to this exact same spot many more times - thanks for everything, Danny!

We stayed at this property almost a year ago. Perfect for larger group (6 of us) kitchen is well appointed. With a stop at costco we cooked most breakfast and some dinners in the unit and ate on the deck with a beautiful view of the ocean. We had a wonderful gift of flowers and tequila upon our arrival. Lilly the house manager arranged our airport transportation with our Costco stop. Danny is quick to respond when booking or if you have questions. Beautiful unit, building, and building staff, especially the staff in the onsite restaurant. Highly recommend this location and unit for a perfect vacation location in beautiful PV!

The sunsets were amazing and the condo was very comfortable. Pros: 1) security was on top of everything, makes you feel very safe. 2) the kitchen is laid out so well and stocked with just about everything you would need! 3) the staff is constantly working to keep this property clean and they do a great job 4) the WiFi is fast! And there is Netflix in the master bedroom! 5) there were plenty of beach towels and bathroom towels. 6) the Uber ride from the airport was only about $12. The Uber ride to malecon was $2.50, mismaloya around $8. Basically, Uber was cheap and easy to get around! Cons: 1) There was a good amount of construction during my stay. On the property and the property next door. (However, Danny was very kind about it and reached out to the property manager whom then gave us a credit at the restaurant downstairs) I was told the construction on the restaurant should be done soon and the new patio cover at the restaurant is going to look beautiful! 2) the hot tub isn’t hot. But this is typical for Mexico and this time of the year. Just a heads up for your hot tub lovers. I never asked about it but I assume they heat it during other months My advice: Snorkeling behind the property is best in the mornings! The water is pretty still and visibility was good. If you have children, I used puertovallartababysitting.com Sylvia who owns the company watched my girls and she was amazing!! She kept the condo clean, she brought dress up clothes, and activities. I highly recommend her and will use her on the next trip she is so responsible and my kids loved her. Mismaloya beach is about 15 min ride south. We took an Uber and spent a day there and it was really fun! $15 massages for an hour 😳� on massage tables with beautiful views! The water is clean and there are restaurants with great food! Not as packed as malecon. Concha Chinas is walking distance but it was tricky with kids and old people. There is one restaurant there, I didn’t try it, but the beaches are nice. I would most definitely stay at this condo again and recommend it to friends and family. Thank you for the wonderful trip!

This is the perfect place to come and catch your breath; while this place is breathtaking, you will feel like you can finally breathe in life again. The rooms were perfect for the small amount of time we spent in them. The kitchen, dining, and family area were amazing for the six of us! I can’t begin to describe the feeling of watching the sunset from this condo. Reading, resting, sleeping, anything on the porch will make your life better. Yes - make your life better! I will definitely be booking this same condo! Everyone on site is friendly and helpful with whatever you may need. This is the perfect stay in PV.

Appreciated you had some basic necessities especially coffee which made all the difference when you want to enjoy the sunrise on your spectacular balcony. Everything was perfect and uncomplicated. I celebrated my 45th birthday in Puerto Vallarta with five other friends. We stayed at Casa De Danielito at Sayan and it was amazing! Danny and Lilly were exceptional and very accommodating. The condo was beautiful and view was breath taking. Danny ensured that we had everything we needed at the condo and Lilly checked in with us periodically to make sure we were ok. This was my first visit to Puerto Vallarta and my experience was beyond expectations. I can't think of anything that would have made my 45th birthday any better. Thank you Danny and Lilly!!! You guys are awesome!

My family of 5 had an incredible time in Puerto Vallarta. The location was just south of the beach, and made for a nice quiet location. If you wanted more excitement, just a short walk along the beach (a bit rocky) got you to the popular beach, or a nice small area just steps away. Pool is nice. Whole place is immaculately clean. Restaurant has good food and reasonably priced. The gym is very nice with plenty of room and equipment. Loved the steam room too. We would stay again.

Fantastic condo in Sayan Tropical. Very well cared for, and stocked with essentials (e.g. paper towels, shower gel, shampoo, dish detergent, coffee creamer, towels etc.). Very nicely decorated and great ambiance. Building has nice facilities and good food available at cost, everyday except Mondays (when they’re closed). Will be returning ASAP. Thanks so much!

Six adults stayed in this beautiful condo. It certainly exceeded our expectations. We could sit on the balcony or at the lovely pool and see whales and dolphins! It was a short 10 minute walk into town to many fabulous restaurants, bars and shops. It was very clean and well maintained. The on-site restaurant for residents only was great, especially if you didn’t feel like going in to town or cooking. The property manager, Lilly, was always available, helpful and a delightful person. We loved going whale watching, and several day trips including Sayulita, Playa Las Animas, Rhythyms of the Night, and many more. We thoroughly enjoyed many restaurants, but especially the Cuale Paradise Restaurant and bar which is a short local bus ride away. We highly recommend this condo and Puerto Vallarta!

We had a wonderful stay at Danny's condo! We all felt that the pictures don't do it justice. Much more stunning in person and larger than the pictures make it feel. A very pleasant and comfortable place to stay with great amenities even though we didn't use most of them. Walking in we knew we were welcomed and that Danny cared that we had a pleasant stay. Danny was great to communicate with as was Lilly his on-site property manager. The building staff was very friendly and great to deal with as well. Don't hesitate to book this great condo!!!

This place is gorgeous! I don’t think you could complain about anything... We were 6 adults and a toddler who stayed in January. Plenty of space for all of us. The master bedroom was huge with a large walk-in closet and bathroom. Each of the other bathrooms had large walk-in showers. The back bedroom has a king bed, but is quite small. There are no tubs in the condo, but that didn’t bother us. The location is wonderful. We loved walking into town everyday to eat. Just be aware, it is quite a hilly and uneven path. Definitely not stroller/handicapped friendly (although the condo and building is). We used Uber often which worked perfectly. This was the most well-stocked place we’ve ever rented. Anything you could want (pool cups, straws, tennis rackets, sand toys, spices, sunscreen, etc) was there. Each of the bedrooms had its own temperature control system which was awesome. The views were incredible. We’d all stay again in a heartbeat! Ask the security about an in-house massage. He gave us a great recommendation and she brought her table to our condo. It was a quarter of the price of a massage in the US. Highly recommend!

Danny and Lilly were helpful and very responsive to our requests and needs. We have been visiting PV for years and stayed in a lot of places, the experience here is one of the best. Lots of room, amazing view, well stocked kitchen, clean, and great location. The restaurant and bar in the building is good and convenient.
