Aparcar el coche justo delante de la puerta y listo!~. A pie de la góndola de aldea para el esquí de la mañana. Disfrute de los restaurantes más fino en Mammoth, vida nocturna y compras, todo ello sin tener que conducir. El aparcamiento está justo en nuestra puerta .... literalmente puede aparcar y no maneje todas sus vacaciones.
Desde nuestra compra, nosotros completamente remodelado nuestra casa y acaba de terminar la instalación de nuevos pisos de madera preciosa.
Nuestra casa cuenta con doble dormitorios principales, con cómodas camas Super, almohadas de plumas y sábanas nuevas 1000/1200 hilos y lujosas toallas 100% egipcio.
Las sábanas y las toallas son todas nuevas y se cambian cada año.
La habitación de arriba tiene una cama King súper cómoda y cuenta con muebles de estilo Tommy Bahama y vestidor. El segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama de matrimonio. Bonitas toallas y las sábanas de la banda de rodadura 1000. .
Siempre recién pintado con pisos de baño de madera de bambú o de nogal y duchas de mármol. La chimenea es propano a gas con termostato y aficionados para calefacción conveniente y eficiente. . . La chimenea tiene un sólido manto de mármol y criado hogar de granito con un 42 "pantalla plana de TV. Hay un reproductor de DVD / CD Denon y una pequeña selección de música y películas en DVD.
La cocina cuenta con gabinetes nuevos, encimeras de granito personalizadas, electrodomésticos nuevos: encimera de superficie plana GE con horno de convección, microondas, lavaplatos y refrigerador nuevo. Ofrecemos platos, cubiertos, vasos y utensilios de cocina. Obras originales acentos nuestra casa. ¡Tenemos un nuevo secador de botas justo al lado de nuestra silla de remonte!
Nuestra casa es un condominio superior, con una unidad de abajo.
Hemos proporcionado un Dell Computer con ADSL y WI-FI. El ordenador se carga con la mayoría de los programas populares.

This home is in a wonderful location in Mammoth. The proximity to the Village is so close and there was so much to do there. Fireworks on the 3rd, country music festival with line dancing on the 5th and 6th. The home feels perfectly situated in the middle of everything as you can walk to the free shuttle at the Village in less than 5 minutes and it takes you to any part of Mammoth you would like to visit. The furnishings are very nice and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to help us eat in when we chose to. The home was spacious enough for 4 adults and clean and quiet. We would definitely stay here again! Owners are also very responsive when questions need answering and they helped a lot with ideas for day trips, hiking, fishing, restaurants, ect.

Really enjoyed our short stay in mid-April for some spring skiing and boarding. Larry’s and Jean’s condo in Val D’Isere is as advertised … very nicely remodeled unit overall!! We always love staying in that community with its great access to the gondola and restaurants! Will definitely stay there again!!

Great place to enjoy Mammoth skiing and village. 7 -10 minute walk to the gondola, and the ski-back trail lets you off right by the unit. Adequate supplies, and the toaster oven worked better than most we've used. The humidifier in the bedroom is a nice touch. Could have used a larger cooking pan to make meals for four. Somewhat challenging to get the temperature right; took a couple of days to figure out the combination of the baseboard wall heaters, the fireplace, and the radiant heater in the main room, but got it dialed in eventually. The initial cleaning could have been better, and some of the blankets and towels were a little stained, but we definitely loved our stay here!

Larrys apartment is cosy clean and super convenient. It’s a short 5 min walk to the Village Gondola and all the restaurants and is right at the end ski back trail which is a super fun way to get home. We would definitely recommend and return!

Perfect location for a great Mammoth getaway! The owner was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive. Condo is as pictured and a great place to stay being so close to the Village and only a gondola ride from Canyon Lodge.

Overall, and most importantly, better than the pictures. Owner was very responsive, polite and helpful leading up to check in. There was broken glass upon arrival. No reply from owner when I alerted him to it. Other minor stuff.. WiFi didn’t work.. no reply on that either. Would’ve been nice to have a few extra pillows (with pillow cases). My wife pointed out that airbnbs should always have white sheets to see stains (these were dark blue).

My wife and I travel pretty regularly to Mammoth during ski season and this was one of our favorite trips. This location is fantastic... The unit itself is everything you need and nothing that you don't... Really appreciated all of the little bonus features, like the storage room for boards/ skis directly adjacent to the front door... the new leather couches were comfortable... the fireplace puts out nice heat... etc. All around great place and I'd highly rec. it to anybody looking to be close to the heart of everything. Larry, also, was super flexible and very responsive to all our questions, so it is well managed as well.

Great stay and location for skiing or snowboarding. Walkable to the village gondola and ski back trail at your back door. Snow play area in your backyard and everything we needed in the condo. No complaints.

Well-equipped, excellent location, comfortable, quiet, easy access from parking to unit, Village, and Gondola, short drive to Canyon Lodge, detailed instructions, owner helpful with WiFi connection just a text away, warm, fully stocked, storage available for ski equipment, would definitely return for another stay! Good value!

our family of 4 (husband, wife and 2 younger children) recently stayed at this property for 5 nights and had a great experience. This condo is located right across the street from the village. This made for easy dining and a short walk to the gondola to get up the mountain. I cannot emphasize enough what a great value this property was given the proximity to this area - we parked our vehicle and did not really need to drive once we checked in. The condo itself has nice amenities and thoughtful touches (luggage racks in the closets, boot dryer and place to sit by front door). We wish it had a washer/dryer in the unit but we made due with a local fluff and fold service for the small amount of laundry we needed to do. We also wish we could have had access to the community jacuzzi but it was not operable during our visit. Parking was very easy in this development and communication with the owners was top notch.

This was a perfect property for our trip to Mammoth. The condo had everything we needed to cook and enjoy time inside due to all the snow that was falling. It was super easy to walk to stores and the gondola for when we ventured out. Larry offered great local recommendations so we didn’t need to figure out where to go for various things. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming to the area.

The storms this year have been crazy and we were stuck with the storms. The road were barely open and cars got out of town slowly but I get nervous driving in snow. The Owner had an extra night open and offered it to us. We took him up on his offer and left them a bottle of really nice wine.
We have stayed here before and love it! The best accommodations in Mammoth and have to give another 5 stars to the owners. That was over and above anything they had to do. We highly recommend staying here over any other place.

We had a wonderful stay in this condo! It is in the perfect location, and had everything we needed. Was the perfect size for two couples to stay. in. Very spacious. We utilized the outdoor storage closet for our skis and snowboards. Was so nice to keep them out of the condo. We were there during blizzard conditions and the owner was in communication with us the whole time, as we were with him. Because it was challenging to get into and out of Mammoth during our stay, he accommodated our needs which made things a lot less stressful for us. We will definitely being staying here again! And if you get a chance and have some downtime, sit by the fireplace and read his binder/book about the remodeling of the condo. It is quite entertaining!

We had an outstanding stay over Presidents Day weekend. Nice, spacious, clean condo just across the street from the village with convenient bridge access. Condo has everything you could need and Larry was extremely accommodating and easy to communicate with. Would love to stay there again!

We've been coming to Mammoth for many years and never enjoyed our stay more. This condo is perfect. Location next to the Village and walking distance to the gondola was awesome. We used the Ski Back Trail to ski all the way back to the condo. We will definitely be back!

If you are looking for a great place to stay that is Village adjacent - look no further. This unit is setup perfectly and has plenty of space to relax after spending the day outdoors. Just a short walk to the Village restaurants or the Gondola to head up the mountain. This place has all the comforts of home and the hosts are available to answer any questions you may have. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Book now and you will not be disappointed!

Our stay was top-notch. A few things stood out to us the most: 1.) Amazing communication! We were in touch with Larry and Jean weeks leading up to the trip allowing us to feel fully prepared with check-in, the massive upcoming storms, the parking situation, etc. 2.) The location was amazing. The only reason we got into our car was to drive to June Mountain on Saturday. Otherwise, a 10 minute walk to the Village/ Village Gondola was all we needed for the weekend! 3.) The condo itself was spacious, equipped, and perfect for our group of 4. Just note the 2nd bedroom (King Bedroom) is not fully enclosed, so if people are awake downstairs, noise can be clearly heard. This wasn't an issue as we were generally all awake at similar times. It wasn't quite a true "loft", as there were shutters that would visibly fully enclose the room. The fireplace was our favorite part - perfect way to unwind on the cozy white leather couches after a day on the mountain! We will be back.

The condo was super clean and we really liked the new leather furniture. The beds are so comfortable and everything is neat and clean. Highly recommend this condo and location. Quiet and close to everything and parking is the best in Mammoth. The owner always offers us info and since we have stayed before, we get a preferred discount! Always helps for sure.

Why pay to stay in the village when you can literally be across the street with access to the gondola and all other amenities. The living area of this condo was better than most with a very spacious living room and high end television. Skiing during the day and watching winter Olympics at night was very enjoyable. The communication with the property owner was exceptional. Thank you for a great stay.

Outstanding Location
Great 2 bedroom, so close to the Village it might as well be part of it. The owner was incredible on communicating and making sure everything was great. Everything is just as advertised and the owner takes pride in making sure your experience is great.

Snowboarding trip - family time
Location close to Mammoth main lodge and Canyon Lodge. Townhome was clean and easy check in. Larry very responsive and communication was easy. Snow shovel and wind shield ice scraper available. Sleds available too but we did not use. The parking was in front of the home. The townhome complex cleared the road and area in front of the home.

We love staying in this condo. Its always clean and comfy and we think the best location in Mammoth.
The storms came in and dumped 8 feet of snow! So happy for this location. We never had to drive anywhere.

This is our favorite place in Mammoth. You cant beat the perfect location and cleanliness. We stayed in the Village before, but was too noisy.
My wife loves the soap and shampoo and, sounds crazy, but the thick TP.
We have stayed before and the Owners give us a nice little discount. We recommend staying here above other places.
