The pictures of the property were spot-on accurate! This is a beautiful, spacious property. Very clean. The location was great. Saw a beautiful sunrise every day from our balcony. Everything was great, we had a wonderful vacation. The place was clean and ideal for the family. The location was close to everything. Walking anywhere was easy, especially to the beach. The addition of the pool was great to cool off in at the end of the day. The place was very clean and any needs were taken care of immediately. Diane was great and communicated with us whenever something came up! Would stay here again.

Shopping, restaurants, bars within walking distance. Unit was nice size for the 7 of us. Large kitchen and well equipped for cooking, 3 bathrooms were nice for our size group. Unit was clean.
The king size mattress in the 2nd bedroom needs to be replaced (rolled into the middle), could not find sheets for pull out sofa, washer worked but needs to be replaces (squealed while filling with water ( called and someone was sent out right away to check it out, he agreed needed to be replaced). Management team responded quickly to our needs. We would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for our first visit to Clearwater beach and loved it. The location was perfect for our teenagers to walk safely anywhere they needed to go. The other reviews are true we watched dolphins from the covered porch nearly everyday, it was the best spot for coffee every morning. The space was clean and roomy for us, with almost everything you could need to start your stay. Quick and prompt communication with host was helpful when the bathroom sink didn’t drain, they sent someone to fix it, same day! We debated on staying more north of pier 60 and were so glad we didn’t…ice cream, coffee, shopping, great restaurants all walking distance. The beach was just a short walk, easy to carry what we needed to avoid paying to park!
We would return in a heartbeat!

Excellent location if you’re a beach lover. Condo was very comfortable but should probably update appliances. Ice maker didn’t work but no big deal. Gas station across the street had ice.

This apartment is great. Location is good can walk to beach and restaurants. Everything you need is in the apartment. Great view from balcony. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the size and location of the condo. Didn’t know how we would feel about being on the bay side but still a beautiful view to wake up to. The only thing we didn’t enjoy was the cheap toilet paper provided and the dirty dishes in the cabinets. Other then that it was a great trip.

The condo is great inside but the building and its amenities are horrible. There are 25 units in the building.each unit houses at least six people. The pool is tiny even by residential standards and there’s a sign on the wall of the pool that says “10 person occupancy maximum” and there were almost always more than 10 people there. There’s no bathroom next to the pool and we watched other people in the pool NEVER take a bathroom break. So you know they were going in the pool. There wasn’t a single cart available to move stuff from the car to the room. We had to haul our luggage, cooler, food, groceries to the room. That sucked HUGELY. This specific condo has an extra problem because it is directly above the pool. It is so close that my kids would throw their pool floats onto the balcony instead of carrying them upstairs. There was a party of 10 women who were traveling together. anything anyone said had to be responded to with hooting, hollering or screaming. The noise ordinance on Clearwater Beach says they can do this legally from 7 AM to 10 PM. Forget napping or getting to bed early. Noises from the pool would get loud enough to drown out the TV. Beach waters were extremely hot so everyone avoided the beaches and were at the pool all day. The pool deck is tiny. unless you’re lucky enough to be one of the first three persons there then you have to sit right up against the pool. Because of splashing, reading a book or phone can’t be done safely. Vacation ruined

Great condo with a view. The walk to beach access was a little farther than expected but nice beach. Pool was cold water which was refreshing.
We had trouble with one of our beds and maintenance had it fixed within the end of the day.

This was a lovely place. It was very clean and well maintained. We had a couple of issues, but the company that takes care of issues were excellent and prompt on helping us. The refrigerator stopped working and they got a new one the next day! They were willing to drive 45 minutes to empty our food from the fridge when the other one came. They were great to work with! I highly recommend this beautiful place. You will see dolphins playing in the mornings out your window.

We stayed at this place with two other families. The three bed/three bath condo allowed for private space for each family. Rooms were nice sized and well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed the bay view every morning off the back balcony. We saw dolphins and watched the boats come and go. The condo is a perfect location for the beach, restaurants, and was within walking distance to anything we wanted to do! I highly recommend this condo and Clearwater Beach!

Upon arrival I had all the codes and information for the property. Brand new beautiful furnishings and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Close to everything! Beautiful views. Nice, heated pool. Saw dolphins from our balcony. Secured/gated parking. Any issue was handled immediately (a battery went out in the smoke detector). Property manager and employees were respectful and quick to respond. Would highly recommend and will definitely return!

Super huge, newly furnished, 3bd/3ba, marina-front condo across the street from CLW Beach. Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shopping & attractions. Came w/ reserved space in building parking garage. Host provided comprehensive pre-arrival information, addition information in the unit, and responded promptly to all questions. Everyone in our group agreed, they would definitely stay again.

My family and I flew down for 1 week vacation in July. Our family consisted of myself, my husband, 2 young adults and 2 16 year olds. Recently I saw a few negative reviews so I contacted the owner and I was reassured that most of the issues had been fixed and repaired.
The location of the property is perfect! Many things within walking distance including the beach, restaurants, bars, miniature golfing and a small grocery store. The pool is a bit small but seemed to work fine for us and our neighbors were nice and friendly. We saw dolphins many days in the bay while looking from our patio.
When we arrived to our unit we noticed how filthy the front door was and there was mold on the bathroom trim work in the 2nd and 3rd bathroom. We also noticed that there was only 1 bathtowel per person in the unit and no kitchen towels or dish clothes. After day 3 we found a combination of 45 wash clothes and towels jammed in the dryer that were still wet. Needless to say we had to rewash them, dry them and fold them (not something anyone wants to spend time doing when on vacation).
There was also missing trim and a knob to the cupboard by the shower in the master bathroom, when showering in the master bathroom, the water from the hand held nozzle hit the shower door and a lot of black mold fell to the floor from the base of the door trim. On day 2 I decided to take advantage of the jacuzzi hottub. I checked the inside of the tub and it appeared to be clean. So I filled it up with water and got in. Once the water hit the level of the jets, I turned the jets on but had to stop it immediately because black mold speckles started coming out of all of the jets. Also, all of the dresser drawer handles in the master bedroom were missing. There were cups, glasses, plates and silverware that were in the cupboard and needed to be washed before using. The kitchen counter tops had to all be wiped down before we could use them because of black dust on them. The flooring in the entryway, dining room and living room looked fairly new but was cheap roll out plastic laminate flooring. The floors needed a good mopping but no supplies in the unit, the bottom of our feet were constantly black. I did sweep the floors daily as they seemed to constantly be dusty. There was also only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom and 1 roll of paper towels, no hand soaps. All bed linens were clean but pillows were very flat. Comfort of the beds were OK. I wouldn't recommend this unit.

Some things left to be desired....
Our group of six rents a vacation reunion property every year, and this one was sub par compared to others. While the property was very clean, parts of it were worn. There was damage to the baseboard in several areas of the property that has not been fixed since the spring (according to other reviews). Several closet doors were missing. Towels needed to be replaced with new ones, as some were dingy and had holes. When we checked in, we had to contact management for a second parking pass that was supposed to be left in the unit. There were also only two wine glasses (one of which was plastic) in the cabinet. On a positive note, the air conditioner worked great, and management was responsive in getting back with us regarding the parking pass, bringing new towels and new wine glasses...but these are issues that should have never happened in the first place.

Not clean or updated
It was overall a nice condo but I expected a lot more for the money we paid. It is in walking distance of legit everything you’re right across from speed way there’s a putt putt course next to that and in either directions there’s tons of restaurants/bars and things. The property itself had paint chipped everywhere, the sheets had stains, the wood was rotting on the outside of on shower, the living room floor had beg dents and holes, my sons feet were black daily from waking around the condo with no shoes or socks. The dishes weren’t clean all the way and the dryer barley dried had to be ran multiple times for one load even with a small load. I’ve stayed at a lot of condos paying the same price and they were all extravagant besides this one. Wouldn’t recommend. Also stay somewhere a little closer to the beach it gets old dragging everyone and everything all the way to the beach then trying to find a spot on the beach.

Family spring break
Good location. Saw dolphins and manatee in front of the condo. Great size condo and very family friendly. The condo is in need of repairs in the bathrooms and some other areas. The queen bed was very uncomfortable. Other beds were good. The linens were very limited and non existant in the kitchen. Very few hand towels or wash cloths. No products for cleaning except a bottle of multi purpose cleaner. We did enjoy our stay. Lots to do and see around the area. Overall a very good week.

Great location, poor quality
We are 3 couples in our 60's who travel a lot. One couple also owns a vrbo property, so we are careful to give a fair and honest review: This place is in the perfect location, easy 5 min walk to beautiful beach & lots of good restaurants. Condo has good internet, and we loved using Alexa for music. This unit is roomy but supplies/furnishings need attention: beds are just ok & headboard in room in 1 bedroom is loose & rattles. Bathroom moulding is damaged and looks like termites ate it. Kitchen is large but furnished with terrible garage sale quality dull knives and old, crappy pots & pans. Every bath towel was thin, worn, dingy and most were frayed. Balcony has only 1 high table w 2 uncomfortable chairs + 4 flimsy nylon beach chairs. The unit next to ours had sofa + coffee table and small dining table + 4 chairs, so you could actually eat or play cards on balcony. Also, this unit is right above the pool and despite curfew, 2 times during our stay, people swam and made noise until after midnight. We'd stay at this location again, but not this particular unit. (BTW, response from property management was great; she answered every email within 2 mintues.)

Had a great time staying here. Nice central location in Clearwater Beach FL. Condo is larger than most beach area condos and nicely furnished. Has a great view of an inlet and boat docks. Area all around is beautiful!

The condo was very clean and worked well for our group with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Some things needed to be updated... dryer took3-4 hours to dry a load of clothes and the baseboards in bathrooms were dry rotting, looked bad, but was clean.

If you like to dolphin watch, this is the place! We saw dolphins from our balcony morning, noon, and night. Property was a little further from the beach than I thought, but we had plenty of room for 8 people.

Very spacious and clean. Served our purpose well for needs. Balcony is very nice (when others are not at the pool) to enjoy the view of the marina. Unit has some minor wear and tear but nothing that would not be expected from a rental property.
