Cottage has a very nice covered porch which was great to get fresh air but stay out of the sun. Porch includes a grill! Extremely close to beach, restaurants, grocery store, drugstore, etc. Management responded quickly to my ? about the coffee maker before our trip (drip, standard filters). Lots of nice dishes & excellent cutting knives. Well stocked kitchen with appliances. Grateful for washer & dryer in the cottage with washer pods! Nice sample sets of bath toiletries, kitchen soap, kitchen sponge, dishwasher soap, paper towels, plenty of toilet paper for 3 days. Rental price was decent. Management company extremely accommodating when we had to reschedule our vacation due to my mother's emergency hip replacement surgery.Bad or so/so = multiple roaches in kitchen and bathroom. Baseboards and doorways are scuffed & need repainting, furniture layout isn't great, living room sofas are incredibly uncomfortable. Left pocket bathroom door very hard to close. Right pocket bedroom door will not close or latch, slides right back open. Water pressure in right bathroom is weak. Blinds in right bedroom are broken at the bottom. I knew from the pictures the pavement jutted up to the coytage but I had no idea it was going to be a cottage park with lots of other cottages & vehicles in the same area. Blessing was it seemed to be well insullated/sound proofed; we could not hear anyone else inside our cottage at any time. We couldn't get the dishwasher to turn on. Nowhere to hang hand towels or face cloths in either restroom. Shower rod pulled down & hit me in the head as I was trying to hang up my bath towel 😒. Not enough facecloths or hand towels.If it wasn't for the roaches, nothing else was a real deal breaker for us and we would have probably stayed there again on our annual beach trip.

Don't judge a book by its cover! This cottage had plenty of room for two couples! We enjoyed our stay and would gladly return again! Beds were comfy and during the heat and humidity it was a nice and cool retreat after fun days at the beach and fishing!

We enjoyed our stay! The house is in a perfect location. The new owners just installed a washer/dryer, which we definitely put to good use!

Very clean and roomy with a great location close to the beach and activities/restaurants in town. Easy check-in and check-out via text message.

A/C was not working when we arrived and we had to get moved to a different property. Then we had to be moved again due to another guest coming to that property during the duration of our stay. It was difficult to plan anything due to the waiting of getting thrown in another property to accommodate other guest.

I think making the renter take out the trash is ridiculous but loved my stay!

Great location, quiet little multi unit cottages. House was cute, we didn’t have problems with the AC or refrigerator that others have spoken of. We kept the AC on 72°- it stayed between 72 and 74. Fan in living room, kept main area plenty cool. Beds were comfortable, plenty of linens, pillows and towels provided. We didn’t cook at the house, but it had a nice gas stove and large pantry. Coffee pot is a regular carafe style so make sure you have ground coffee, if you want coffee in the mornings. There are no spices left behind, like in most other short term rentals, so make sure you bring all your food and spices, for cooking. Huge patio! With enough seating for 8, but room for MANY more. Nice for coffee in the morning or drinks and games in the evenings. Overall great place for the price and last minute booking. Slept 5 comfortably and 2 bathrooms was convenient for the size of the cottage.

Upon entering the unit it was nice and clean and nicely furnished. It was a bit warm when we got there but in the text with the door code it said do not turn refrigerator or ac down too low it will freeze. So took it from 78 to 72 . Put our fruit and foods in fridge ice and I e cream in freezer. We of course immediately left for the beach . Upon returning went to make a drink and noticed everything was warm. I chalked it up to it’s just warm in here and it needs time to catch up. We showered and went to bed. The next morning I went to get the cream cheese out to make a bagel and it was completely warm . I checked Everything to realize all our fruit was warm, milk, lunch meats etc. We of course went to the beach again. Came back and had to throw away all our groceries/ perishable foods. Opened the freezer to realize the Mess , ice cream melted , ice melted and now I have to clean out the freezer from the melted mess left behind. We lost a lot of food sadly . Made the best of our stay . The location is perfect , place was clean, everything you need or could Want for a stay away from home. Just wish the fridge and AC worked well. I did receive a refund of $160 but that didn’t even cover the groceries lost let alone the mess I had to clean up.

Upon arrival, the property appears a little run down, unkept, and outdated. Once entering the unit, it is actually pretty nice inside. The furniture selections, decor, and color scheme was all professionally done. I found it very odd that there was visible stacks of plywood piled up under both beds and both sofas. The temperature in the refrigerator remained so warm, that I would be scared to eat anything stored in the fridge. We continually fought the ants in the kitchen and bathrooms our entire stay. Also, the trash and two red gas cans stored on the outside patio was very unappealing. So, if you plan on spending your whole day hanging out at the beach, this is an okay place to come home to for showering and sleeping. But, if you enjoy leisurely hanging out at the property, I don’t recommend this rental.
