Impresionantes vistas panorámicas en este condominio frente al mar. Todo el condominio ha sido recientemente renovado en 2014. Cama King en la suite principal, habitación loft con cama King, dos gemelas en la habitación de invitados, sofá cama doble y dos baños completos con duchas de azulejos personalizados y tocadores de granito. Cocina totalmente equipada, bien iluminada, con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y taburetes de bar, hermosos pisos de bambú, televisor ultra HD de 4 pulgadas y 4k con barra de sonido y bluray en la sala de estar y televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones. Lavadora y secadora dentro de la unidad para su conveniencia. ¡Esta unidad es la mejor en cualquiera de los complejos de Crystal Sands, este u oeste! Se encuentra en el último piso de un complejo de 3 pisos y es la unidad de la esquina en el extremo oeste con ventanas de pared a pared que dan a la playa y también al lado oeste. ¡Tendrás hermosas vistas en abundancia! No hay rascacielos al lado para bloquear su vista. Justo afuera de la puerta, abajo, y fuera de la puerta a las mundialmente famosas aguas del golfo esmeralda y las arenas blancas de Destin. Hay un ascensor y carritos de equipaje para su conveniencia. Piscina comunitaria y zona de parrillas. Wi-Fi gratis. Servicio de playa incluido (2 sillas y sombrilla) de marzo a octubre. Really enjoyed the condo, the location, and the things to do in the area. I am disabled and the elevator made it easy for me to get on the floor the condo was on. The condo was beautiful and very well layed out and well equipped. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The unit was a pretty nice place over all. The second bedroom was a little awkward with no door for privacy. The balcony could use a little more comfortable seating to enjoy the view. The unit was clean and very good communication with owner.

We’ve been vacationing in Destin for 15 years and this condo by far was our favorite. It was plenty spacious for 6 of us, even more so than the pictures depict. We were all able to have our own space as needed which was great. The kitchen was well stocked, although I would recommend bringing a Keurig if that’s your thing. The beach views and proximity were fantastic!! We were condo to toes in the sand in just a few minutes. And bonus, the beach is not overly crowded. They do a great job of spreading everyone out appropriately.
We very much recommend this condo and look forward to booking again for a future trip.

CS is the first complex we ever stayed in 20 yrs ago and it was so good to be back. The view and location are perfect for us. This is a beautiful unit and would recommend it to others.

We loved this beach condo. It had beautiful views, was well stocked, easy parking and access. We had plenty of dishes, towels and blankets. The owners even let us check in early, which was greatly appreciated.
My only complaints- the air was set to 74 the day we arrived and since the unit is on the top floor, the upstairs was unbearable for the rest of the day/night until it finally cooled down. My bed wasn’t the most comfy but that could be personal preference. We also couldn’t find a pillow that was decent out of the 15 or so in the unit.
There is also no bathtub in the unit, so be aware if you have small children. Luckily my 3 year old was okay taking his first shower and thought it was cool.
I would gladly stay here again!

The condo was beautiful. It had everything we needed & more. It was located in a great area with plenty of places to eat, shop or socialize. We were a group of 18 total, staying in 5 different condos. This 1 was the nicest of the 5. The owners were easy to contact with questions I had, before we arrived. Everything was just as it said. The beach towels were an unexpected, but great addition. We will definitely stay there again, if it is available the next time we visit Destin.

First visit with our granddaughter who fell in love with the beach. Everything was wonderful with the condo; however, I do wish The elevator had worked. It was tough getting heavy items up & down to & from the third floor & hard on 60+ year old knees.
Also why was the gate open to the public? We pay for a private beach and this was the second stay where this was not the case. A young man dressed in an inappropriate anatomical coatume was making the rounds. After a father told him that this was inappropriate for children there, he left without a fuss. This shouldn’t have happened at all.

This place is amazing…beautiful views of the Gulf and the sunsets! Everything is as described, clean and very easy to get too. Owners were very easy to communicate with…we will return! Highly recommend, you will love it!!!

Beautiful views! Amazing beach decor! Dishwasher was full of old water when we arrived that smelled! We turned it on and water went everywhere! One part of the sink was stopped up and also leaked water! The outside fire alarm also went off twice for no known reason! We were still able to prepare Christmas dinner, however we did spend a lot of time mopping water! Host was extremely nice!

Condo was very nice, we recommend it. The view from lanai was perfect. Only suggestion we would make is that unit could use some mirrors in loft and secondary bedroom. Had 3 women staying upstairs and with only one mirror over the sink, was a bit crowded to dry hair, do make up etc. Communication with owners was wonderful. Absolutely no complaints from us. Thank you!

The condo is very nice and comfortable. The view is outstannding! The gulf was very calm and we enjoyed dolphin sitings and a manatee swam right by us. We would love to stay here on our next trip.to.the Destin area.

Everything was great about the property . Except, I was disappointed about the beach, there were so much algae in the water during our stay that we didn’t enjoy the beach much

The only thing we were unhappy with was not allowing canopies. That was inconvenient for us with so many people and young children.

Location is perfect - in the beach with easy access, all the amenities anyone could need, and close to restaurants and stores when desired. We chose to make use of the kitchen and grills and ate out only once in 7 nights giving us more time on the beach to ride waves and enjoy the sunset. Would stay again for sure.

Condo is exactly as described, right on the beach with a beautiful view. Owners communicate well, are helpful and kind!
We love this area of Destin and even during peak season the beaches are never too crowded.

A Five Day Escape
This was our first time staying at Crystal Sands West. We loved everything about our condo. The furnishings were so well put together. We stepped into a oasis as soon as we got into the condo. Terri took a lot of care furnishing her condo.
The condo is directly on the beach. We walked along the sidewalk every morning. We loved the neighborhood. The owners were very quick to communicate whenever we had a question. We are just home today and we all agreed that we want to rebook the same condo for our next visit.

I’ve stayed in other condos at this complex before and this property was, by far, the best all-around experience. It was very-well appointed and the hosts were extremely helpful and responsive.

What a GEM!
We stayed at a former property with this host so knew we would not be disappointed. They are so friendly and very responsive. We will definitely stay there again. The unit is on the 3rd floor with a stunning view of the ocean. The unit is beautiful, clean and fully stocked with everything you need. They are generous with the supplies you need to get started (toilet paper, dish/washer soap, paper towels). The unit also comes with 2 beach chairs and an umbrella that is set up each day on the beach. All you have to do is give the vendor their name and unit number. It was so easy to go back and forth between the beach and the condo. Family had a blast and we hope to be back.

Perfect for a family of 6!
The pictures of this property do not do it justice! All I can say is... the views are exactly what one would want when visiting Destin, FL. Despite some gloomy weather, the beach views still made up for any rainy days and lack of sunshine. The location of this property was centrally located in what I would consider prime real estate, as it was close to grocery stores/shopping; restaurants within walking distance (highly recommend Camille's for breakfast & the Crab Trap for their beach front bar); easy access to beach front property; and chair/umbrella rentals...
The property itself was extremely quiet and suited (4) adults and (2) teenagers quite comfortably. There was plenty of room to give everyone the space they needed, without being on top of each other.
The only negative would have been our challenges with the cable/T.V., since we were looking for ways to entertain ourselves during the handful of rainy days we experienced. Had we experienced more sunshine and found ourselves outside the entire time, this wouldn't have even crossed our minds!
Terri & Steve's property was easy to check in/out of, so we will definitely be keeping this place top of mind for our next family visit!

Best pano views in the condo complex + super well decorated!!!
Our Christmas was magical, all thanks to this charming condo… will definitely return again.
The condo’s owners were super responsive to our every need.
As silly as this sounds, one of our favorite things about this vacation rental, was how ornate it was! Hanging up on the walls EVERYWHERE were the coolest, most “beachy” reminders that we were in our own little beach paradise!!! My kids loved it, and couldn’t stop pointing out all the trinquete decorations and cute little quotes and sayings!
The “icing on the cake”, was they even had a trifle glassware dish in the kitchen that inspired us to make a Christmas berry trifle dessert, a hit with the kids!
Thanks again to the owners, would definitely recommend!

Beautiful View
We really enjoyed our stay. The ocean view is amazing! The owners were terrific and responded to our pre-trip questions in a very timely manner. The condo is nicely furnished and the location is perfect. We would have preferred a more comfortable mattress and some black out curtains in the first floor bedroom but otherwise we were thrilled! We would definitely recommend this property.
