This was the absolute best condo we have ever rented. Everything was just as advertised. The amenities in the unit were up to date and well taken care of; tons of pots and pans, two different coffee makers and the top of the line appliances were superb. We have more than enough room for the 13 of us, all of the beds including sleeper sofas were as comfortable as our bed at home. Would most definitely rent again.

8 women, 25+ years of friendship celebrated in Orange Beach, AL at this AMAZING Condo! We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The place, the location and the view were all just perfect!

It was an incredible place to stay and everything was perfect. The only hitch was the address on the email they gave us to check in was incorrect. We eventually found it as it is a beautiful building. The rest of our stay was perfect.

Condo is beautifully decorated and has all kitchen items you might ever need! Loved the multiple pools on property and the beach.

We had our family with us it was a great property, only thing we would have liked was to have 2 queen beds in one of the king size bedrooms.

Our only complaint was with the television service. We had difficulty working with the system and eventually could not watch on any of the 4 televisions. More detailed information is needed on how to use them.

Orange Beach just isn’t the place for me; not very walk/bike friendly- windy as heck felt like I was in Aruba. Most things within 10 minutes but the traffic flow was a little janky. Accommodations were great exactly as advertised and couldn’t have been better the area just not for me.

The condo was very nice and communication with the property manager was amazing.

This is a beautiful condo. My family enjoyed the lazy River, indoor pool and outside pool and of course the beautiful beach!!!

We stay here 5/20/23 - 5/27/23. The condo was wonderful and had everything that we needed. It is in a great location in proximity to all the town shopping and food choices. The condo property itself is great for families. There is a large pool area, an indoor pool, workout facility, lazy river and immediate access to the beach. We will absolutely stay here again and are already planning out trip back for next year!

Issues with the hot tub were known long before we were made aware. Last minute offers to cancel, of course, are simply lip service. Too late to make other arrangements and the idea was to be AWAY from the stress. Black mold on the shower head, green mold all around the sliding glass door casing, loud whistling noise to the extent our dinner was dissrupted... finally realized if we open the glass door about two inches it stopped. For a high end rental, I expected to not have to deal with these things. Dont rely on getting support or resolution of your concerns from owner or VRBO. We made the best of it, Tourqouise Place is lovely. We would not rent this unit again.

Had a fabulous stay. Excellent building, amenities and a very clean condo. Well appointed with all the kitchen goods, comfortable beds and furniture along with beautiful views that you’d expect at Turquoise. Highly recommend!

My wife and I took our 9-year-old daughter and in-laws to Orange Beach, AL and Turquoise Place for a weeklong Spring Break vacation!! This property didn't disappoint! Tons of space, very comfortable and the view was spectacular. I look forward to leasing this property next year for my daughter's Spring Break!! Loved every minute!

Turquoise towers has been under investigation by the Alabama Department of Public Health (ADPH) since December due to a Legionella outbreak in their water system. This meant that all of Turquoise Tower's hot tubs were unavailable for use during our stay...which we didn't learn until our arrival. Normally, we wouldn't be upset about a single amenity being unavailable, but given that it was wintertime in Orange Beach, my group and I were banking on spending a majority of our weekend in the private hot tub on the balcony (a feature that makes these condo more desirable and expensive than others in the area). Upon contacting the Condo owner, we learned that the owner had in fact known about the bacterial outbreak and unavailable hot tubs, yet chose no to tell us. We asked for compensation, but our only options were to leave for a refund, or stay and get nothing. Period. There are plenty of other beach front properties with private hot tubs, but we chose Turquoise for it's private hot tub on the balcony (I can't use a community pool because of my immune system during chemo). Again, being that it was WINTERTIME in Orange Beach, not having a private hot tub (which is what we agreed to and paid for) put a huge damper on our freezing weekend and left us with nothing to do at the condo. No to mention, the entire experience with the owner was pretty much a nightmare, and we ended up having to receive compensation through VRBO directly. Save your money and find a better place to stay.

This is the one you've been looking for - everything about Rockstar is perfect. It starts with the ease of location of the parking space in relation to the bank of elevators continues through to the beauty of the decor to the amount of space for all to the absolutely stunning views throughout. The pictures on the website are fantastic and I'm not kidding, they do not compare to the reality.

3 of my sisters and our husbands shared the condo for one’s 60th birthday. The weather was absolutely amazing (80 degrees in January!) and the condo perfectly clean and spacious. We enjoyed long walks on the beach, playing Yahtzee on the balcony, great food and dancing in the kitchen! Highly recommend Turquoise Place C-509! Our only complaint was not being able to stay longer.

Our stay was PERFECT! We had four generations gather in this beautiful condo. Every family had a room and a bathroom. The living room was perfect for our 8 and the dining table was a perfect size for all of us to play games. The view, just gorgeous. Dolphins swimming in the ocean every morning was a perfect view to start our day off. . Tresha, owner, couldn't of been any nicer and helpful to us. We are all very grateful to have enjoyed this Christmas 2022 at Turquoise Place.

Me , my mother and sister take a beach trip every October , and we always try and stay at the Turquoise, it totally meets all of our needs . It’s absolutely the most beautiful place to stay 💗
