Great condo! Has everything you need for comfortable vacation. Condo was very clean Kitchen is stocked with everything needed for cooking as well. Nice view and loved how close we were to the beach. Look forward to coming back again next year.

Great location. Nice big unit. Very well stocked with new pots, pans and dishes. Plenty of towels. Liked the unit end location. Easy access to beach and pool. Would recommend this unit at the Regency. Would like to stay there in the future. Two things we did not like: The cleaning people could do a better job at cleaning. Found sand on floor and in the bed in both bedrooms. Had to shake out the sheets the first night. Not sure why? Plus sheets did not properly fit the mattress in master. Botton sheet kept coming off. Counters in kitchen not throughly cleaned. Sliding doors to the balcony were very hard to open.

We absolutely loved everything about this unit. I really liked that they had security and a place to keep your beach items downstairs. I absolutely loved the view from the balcony. The cleanliness of the unit was wonderful and it had a robot vacuum that helped keep the sand under control. The host was great to communicate with and friendly. It was a perfect getaway for our family!!

Nothing can beat waking up to a full ocean view every morning and being able to take a short walk to a beautiful, clean, silica sand beach every day. The condo was very nicely updated, spacious, and fully stocked with everything you might need. We brought our own beach chairs, but those were available for rent on the beach. A great stay overall. The pool was great, too!

We had a wonderful week at Navarre Beach as usual. The condo was as listed and exactly what you want for a stay on the beach! We will bookmark this unit for more trips.

Looked just like the pictures. Beautiful Gulf view. Very well stocked kitchen. Lots of games available to play. Comfortable furniture and beds. Campus is very clean and a safe neighborhood to walk. Gorgeous white sandy beach. Close proximity to restaurants and grocery stores.

This condo is awesome and has stunning views. We loved how we could open the sliding glass doors and enjoy bringing the outside in. Kitchen has everything you need and more and the condo is nicely decorated. The king size bed was very comfortable and the living room furniture was comfy too. We will definitely come back. Thomas was great too work with building was under some outside work. Balcony was completely useless on arrival and would be for our whole stay. Thomas was great and offered to refund our money. I would rent from Thomas again no problem but I will not be using VRBO anymore as of right now they are keeping part of our money this is no fault of Thomas or me. As a person who has used them a lot be very careful cause they will keep your money no matter what is going on we’re you are stay. I want to stress Thomas was great to work with.

The condo was very nice with everything we needed. The only complaint I would have is the beds in double bedroom are not very comfortable. But that's not a big deal just makes me glad to go home even though I hate it when vacation is over

This property was as nice as advertised and the views are amazing. The cono had plenty of cooking utensils even though we spent most of our time on the balcony and not cooking. It was helpful to have plenty of hangers in the closet and a full size washer and dryer. We enjoyed the pier being so close. The weather was dry every day except one afternoon and the water was clear. We definitely will stay here again.

Beautiful Condo With Amazing Views of the Gulf
We had the most relaxing week in Navarre and the surrounding area. Navarre is right in the middle of Pensacola and Destin, so we took time to visit both. By far, if your looking for a quiet beach town to relax in, Navarre is it. It is not all touristy like Pensacola and Destin. Everything feels super local and authentic. Windjammers right next door was the family’s favorite restaurant and it’s right on the beach. The condo itself is spacious and updated. Our family of 5 was happy there. The ONLY draw back was totally beyond the control of anyone, but the gulf had a bunch of June Grass in it a couple of days, which is happening this year because it’s been so darn hot, BUT we drove to Henderson State Park in Destin, and it was an amazing day there with crystal clear water at a secluded beach in the midst of vacation land. This place is great!

Navarre never disappoints! The check in process was easy and it is a beautiful property!
Overall great. The balcony is huge! The doors to the balcony are difficult to open but we still enjoyed sitting out there. The owner was quick to respond and it is a beautiful place!

Best condo on the beach
This place looked beautiful online. It was even more beautiful in person. The condo was so sleek and clean. The kitchen was more than fully supplied for cooking and cleaning. The master has a private balcony on the beach and it was great to fall asleep to every night. The owner and the cleaning staff were amazing. So thankful to have found this place. My wife, friends and I, will be back for sure!

Can't say enough...
Wow! What a great week. The condo was fantastic. The views of the gulf and pier were wonderful. Nothing about the week was bad from the moment we opened the door of the condo, on. Everything you needed was there. We chose the location because my wife and I like to pier fish. The beach was so wonderful with the great weather, that we never did go fishing. If I had to come up with one issue with the condo it would be the difficulty opening and closing the sliding glass door to the balcony. My wife could not open or close it, so this would limit guests with strength limitations. At least she found a reason to keep me for another week. We will be back and for longer next time.

The property owner was great to work with! We had a problem with the router & it was immediately taken care of. The condo is a corner unit & is very spacious.
It was beautifully decorated & exceeded our expectations! Also it is equipped well with cookware, bakeware, etc. The beds were very comfortable & there was plenty of closet space & drawer space in each bedroom. The boardwalk has no steps & it was very easy to access the beach. The beach was beautiful-white sand, flat, easy to walk. Very laid back area-perfect for relaxing. We would DEFINITELY book this unit again!

Great place to stay at Navarre Beach
Great location. Great ocean-front view enhanced by being an end unit. All the amenities needed including electronics and well-stocked kitchen, cooking and dining wares, etc. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very adequate.
Tom, the owner, was very helpful and friendly and offered to help us in any way. Thank you, Tom, for your kindness.
We highly recommend this property and would rent it again.

Just spent a week in this unit and will definitely stay here again! The unit was very nice, clean, and appeared to be recently remodeled in a very tasteful fashion. Very roomy and with perfect views from the extra-large balcony. You should book this one, you will not regret it!

Awesome time in the sand
All you need is here. Great property and location. Everything you will need is in the stocked kitchen. Beach access is great and low crowd level, pool is wonderful. Would have liked to see the unit cleaned a little better when we arrived, more an issue with cleaning service than unit owner. Overall fantastic.

Beautiful view
We had an excellent stay in this condo. It was on the 4th floor on the end. Upon arrival the owner texted me all info needed to check in. It was easy. We enjoyed sitting on the big balcony watching the dolphins play every morning. We sat out and put a puzzle together, cooked great meals, and enjoyed the smart TVs to watch our favorite shows at night. We were clueless how to use the guest bedroom tv, but that’s just our non tech norm. Nice jetted tub, and spacious bathrooms. We enjoyed the pool which was right below, and rented a beach chairs and umbrella for the week. They set us up every morning in a front row spot! I loved it, amd the memories we made. We treated it with care and respect so that the next family can enjoy!
