We just returned from a wonderful stay in Ron’s beautiful condo at Las Mananitas in San Jose del Cabo. We have been traveling to Cabo and the East Cape for 20 years. This was our favorite spot yet! The unit itself is very spacious, airy, clean, has exceptionally comfortable beds and a spacious balcony that overlooks the pool, beach and ocean. We had breakfast every morning out on the patio and couldn’t get enough of the view. The beach in front of the until is wide, sandy and not crowded. Our kids had the best time body surfing and swimming in the waves. The grounds at Las Mananitas are beautifully maintained. Just a very peaceful, relaxing stay in a gorgeous spot. We loved going to the historic town square at night-a short drive away. La Comer was a fantastic, high-end grocery store just a short walk away. We bought fresh tortillas, guacamole, pico de gallo and limes every morning and snacked our way through the day. Ron was an exceptional host. Very responsive, helpful, polite and wonderful to work with. We can’t wait for our next trip to this property! Thank you for a wonderful, much needed vacation, Ron!

I stayed in this comfortable, spacious condo for a few days with my husband. Patio is my favorite spot with incredible views! Very quiet area with plenty of pools to choose from and wide beach for walking or enjoying the view of the sea. We had a great time.

Ron's Las Mananitas condo is well-appointed, spacious and clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay : morning sunrise from the 2nd-floor patio over the ocean; comfortable beds and outfitted kitchen. Ron communicated very quickly to any concerns. We would certainly return.

My family had such a wonderful time. Very clean space, spacious deck with a beautiful view of the crashing waves, walkable to grocery store and center square. We found that taking the local bus was the best way to go. The taxi’s are more expensive than the USA big city rates. You can talk them down but why bargain when you can pay less than a dollar for the bus which goes everywhere? Owners maintain great communication. We felt welcomed and appreciated all the toys in the closet to play with. Boogie boards, tennis racquets, balls, yoga mat. The pools on the grounds are stunning and the perfect temp. We also enjoyed the 9 hole put-put in the evenings. We will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us stay at your condo! A much needed and perfect vacation spot!

This condo, the grounds, the people, the views, the pools and the proximity were amazing! We had an amazing stay at Las Mananitas and will for sure be back. The pictures you see on the VRBO site do not do justice for this condo. The decor is darling, fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed, light and airy, very clean and the patio is outstanding. Very close to the large grocery store and walking distance to amazing restaurants. We did not rent a car which was just fine. We took the bus to the Center and that worked great. Thank you Ron for sharing your little piece of paradise with us, you were right, we LOVED our stay.

I do this with some reluctance ! Because it will be more difficult to find availability the next time I want to go to San Jose. You talk about location, location, location, need I say more. But this condo is absolutely amazing everything you could possibly need. The decor, the comfort, the artifacts, I could go on and on but this is a place you just have to see for yourselves. If there were more than 5 stars to give this condo I would be more than happy to do so. As an added bonus the owner is an absolute joy to work and communicate with during booking...Go for it you will not be disappointed. R. L.

Las Mananitas has the best condo units in all of San Jose. The location is perfect and the grounds are very well maintained. You can easily walk to some of the best restaurants and the grocery store is within a block or two. Ron's condo is in the building closest to the ocean and is extremely clean and well appointed. I can not say enough positive things about our experience at Las Mananitas!

We loved the beautiful Condo and property. The unit had everything we were looking for: view, cleanliness, proximity to town and great restaurants, convenience to grocery store, walking along beach or into town, beautiful pools, etc. Ron’s condo is very well equipped and beautifully decorated. The balcony was exceptional to sit and enjoy coffee, while enjoying listening to the surf. We Ubered into town, which was very inexpensive! We would love to rent this unit again! Ron was amazing answering questions and outlining check in. Looks better than in pictures- large, comfortable and well equipped. Loved the large balcony overlooking pool, gardens and beach. Amazing sunrises everyday. Walking distance to great restaurants and easy to get around by Uber. Can’t wait to return!

It was one of the best holidays we have ever had…in a perfect location and in a perfect condo! It was such a great set up to each couple to have our own sides of the condo to settle into. We loved sitting on the deck every morning to watch the sunrise and then playing card games at the big table outside almost every evening! The attention to detail that you provide is outstanding…fully equipped kitchen, lots of hangers in closets, large supply of beach towels, lots of sitting options on the deck, comfortable beds, tv watching options (even though we didn’t turn them on!), great wifi for our devices. Las Mananitas is a beautiful location - we felt so safe and comfortable there with everything close by - and we loved how it consists of private residences so everyone seems to be more respectful of the rules put in place by the owners. We will definitely be going back!

Could not have asked for better accommodations. Everything anyone would ever need was in condo, plenty of bath towels, wash cloths, and beach towels. Pools were usually to ourselves. Can’t wait to go again.

This condo is great for a quiet beach stay! The place has a great view of the beach and is right on the end of the complex for some privacy. The interior is well kept and the beds are comfortable. Will definitely recommend this place to my friends and family and will look into booking again!

This condo has essentially 2 master suites with views of the ocean and is situated in the best condominum in San Jose del Cabo. It is attaactively furnushed and in first class condition. The ownere is accessable for any issues.

Great communication with owner

This condo located on the 2nd floor near the pool has a wonderful ocean view from the balcony. The furnishings are comfortable and it is well maintained. We've stayed here before and look forward to returning. The property is beautiful and location ideal.

We enjoyed a week at this quiet, well appointed, condo on the beach, within walking distance of grocery and restaurants. Both the bedrooms and living areas face the beach and pool areas. The grounds are very well kept and everyone is very helpful. I hope that we can come back soon!

My wife and I enjoyed the sea, sun and sky of San Jose del Cabo in Ron's beachside second floor condo for nearly two months. What made it so easy was Ron's availability for every question or issue. While we had a few small issues he got right on top of whatever it was. The facility was great, well maintained, appropriate security, lovely and helpful staff. Also of note, this was our second year in SJ del Cabo, but our first in this condo. Compared to the place where we stayed our first year while there was slightly less square footage and the afternoon sun on the balcony (but not at the pool) was obscured by the building next door, the furnishings and equippage of the condo was excellent. The kitchen was entirely sufficient for preparing all meals and the availability of propane fired grills--cleaned everyday by staff--made grilling fish, meat and veggies easy and fun as others would be similarly engaged and bantering about food choices and cooking made the time pass easily. We used the gym nearly every day and now that I'm home and working out in my usual gym I can see how well I was able to use the Las Mañanitas facilities to maintain and improve my physical performance. I met many friendly temporary tenants/guests and unit owners in the gym and learned about restaurants and local attractions while building human connections to new (to me) folks with diverse experiences of life. Lots of Canadians mostly from BC, a few from Alberta who all have their own diverse take on the issues of the day, often quite different from the US guests. The location is wonderful, we rented a car for our entire stay, but shopping and access to downtown did not require it. Walking to shopping was easy and the bus to downtown was predictably frequent and inexpensive. We have scheduled and paid the deposit planning to return next winter for another snowbird's escape from the NE USA. Thank you, Ron.

This was our fifth consecutive Christmas at Ron's condo. It is hard to imagine that there is a better spot in Los Cabos, for the money, than Las Mananitas. We have not rented a car, so the convenience of La Comer, a large grocery store is hard to beat. There are several good restaurants within close walking distance and it is easy to get transportation to the central part of town and of the things, restaurants, central plaza and the art that is located there. We did not use Uber, but did talk to people that were staying there that did. They said they were able to get it at the main gate. Obviously, we really like the condo. The lanai is spectacular. Extremely large and a great place to enjoy morning coffee, an afternoon of puzzling or an evening cocktail or two. We are beach people, so we don't take advantage of the pools, although most people staying there do. The choice of three pools would be great if you are pool people. There are three grilling areas with two grills each. These are located by the three pools. We have used these each of our trips, grilling some pre-marinated arracherra steak purchased at La Comer. Grills are cleaned daily and a great option for meals. The condo has all the cooking utensils, pots and pans and towels you would need. We have picked up somethings like hand soap, kleenex, etc at the store upon arrival. Ron has always been great to work with and quick to handle any concerns, including flexibility with dates when problems on our end have arisen. It has been awhile since I've looked at pictures of the condo on VRBO, but my memory is that they did not show the beauty of the setting of Las Mananitas or the view from the lanai. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to close friends. Thanks Ron!!

Our second time staying in Las Manitas. Everything you need is a few minutes away. Resort is well maintained. Gym. Pools. Tennis Court. Condo is beautiful and clean. Has everything you need. Ron is an excellent host.

This condo is phenomenal! We expected a nice property (due to the description on VRBO), but it well exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well decorated, gorgeous location (overlooking the beach and pool), with a huge balcony that was perfect for drinking morning coffee and relaxing any time during the day. Also very quiet, and it was in a very convenient location - near a market, bakery, and lots of restaurants. The owner (Ron) is a wonderful, very helpful person. I would highly recommend this lovely home to anyone wanting a quiet, relaxing vacation.
