Robert and Ida's home was perfect. It was very clean and had all the essentials for our weekend in Medford. I'd definitely recommend staying at this home and would stay again if our travels brought us back to Medford.

Good 3 bedroom in east Medford. 3 Queen beds were a bonus. Easy access to Medford amenities. House is well equipped. No issues. Recommend.

House was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Robert reacted quickly to a couple of things that needed taken care of. One small problem is the fast loud traffic on Hillcrest, but it would not prevent us from staying there again.

Wonderful four night stay in Medford!
The home was spacious, well appointed, and perfect for our small family gathering. We were out and about during the day, but it was a delight to return each afternoon to this nice peaceful spot. Highly recommend! Dan & Rosemary Hole.....several light bulbs need to be replaced and mirrors in the downstairs bedrooms would be a welcome addition.

Charming Medford home
Overall my son, my 2 dogs and I were very happy with our stay. I loved the induction cooktop. Also the neighborhood is great for dog walking, especially if you head to nearby Aerial Heights road, which is mostly an unpaved road and has a rural feel.

Enjoyed our stay in Medford
We had a very comfortable stay at this property in Medford. This house is relatively new. There was good separation between the upper and lower levels that allowed our grandchild to sleep without being disturbed by noise upstairs. The hosts responded promptly to our questions.

Daughter's wedding
This home was perfect for our family as we prepared for our daughter's wedding. The house met all our needs. It was clean, and well stocked with towels, blankets, and toiletries. The location was perfect for errands and close to the wedding venue. The owner was very responsive to all our questions. Our only issue was the loud traffic on Hillcrest made it a bit difficult to enjoy the back deck, but this was a very minor issue. My wife and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home!
This house was beautiful and clean and we loved staying here. The master en-suite was delightfully massive (with a gorgeous soaking tub), and the open-concept living area was great. Honestly I wished we had needed to be in town for longer so we could have spent more time enjoying this home.

Road noise
Kitchen was sorely lacking in all areas, air conditioning didn’t work well downstairs, backs up to a busy road so was very noisy. The backyard fence was in disrepair so had to keep dog tied up. Glad it was a very short stay.

Nice house, but......
Nice house but poorly located, no parking for trucks. Beautiful home but laid out poorly. Very little pans and utensils for cooking, lay out in kitchen is poor. Disappointed that there was no pans or utensils for baking and what was there needed to be re washed. It wasn’t a home away from home for sure. It would be nice to have it set up to be able to cook and not have to go buy all the items needed to do so. The house was comfortable and much nicer than a hotel. Yard was not secure for dogs as stated by manager. Once again, its a nice house but could be much better with a little effort.

Dream Home
This places was drop dead gorgeous. Worth so much more a night. Owners were extremely responsive and made everything so easy for us. Highly recommend staying here. This place was extremely spacious. Oh and don’t let me forget the soak tub in the master bathroom. Amazzzzing. FYI, property up in the Hills area. You start to lose reception so make sure to turn WIFI calling on

Nice house and clean
It's a very nice and clean house. we enjoyed our stay here and the owner is very accommodating and quick to respond. We're mostly out during the day and we come home tired so we really need a nice bed to sleep on and it did not disappoint. The beds are really nice.

Great House in Medford Suburb
This is a great 3BR home in a nice residential neighborhood in a southern suburb. It is well kept and an enjoyable place to stay. It has a quirky address because it is not accessible from its street address but must be accessed from adjacent street. Due to a recent change in the WiFi provider, we wasted time getting the correct password. However, after finally being able to contact the owner he was there in minutes to assist us. Later that day he brought us a bottle of wine to sooth our WiFi troubles and restock the clothes hangers that were apparently stolen by a group prior to us! The one disadvantage to this nice home is that there are no views from inside or the balcony. We highly recommend this rental owned by an owner who wants you to enjoy your stay and visit. NOTE to VRBO--Please make it easier to contact the property manager for problems such as WiFi passwords because your helpline and chats had the wrong password and were waste of our time.

Always appreciate it when what you see is what you get.
My expectations were met in full. Nice kitchen plus dining area and living room area with gas fireplace provided pleasant open space for visiting for our group. Each roomy bedrooms had television and plenty of storage. We made use of upper level balcony and lower level porch, driveway parking (max 2 cars) plus street parking nearby, and internet wifi.

We stayed during Mother’s Day weekend. The house was beautiful! We were traveling with our sons who are 21 and 17. 3 master king beds made this trip more then comfortable. Usually we find bunk beds or twin beds in at least one room. This house is set up to be perfect for 6 adults! Comfortable living space, beautiful kitchen and awesome bathrooms! Spotless home with everything you will need. We hope to stay there again!

Very nice house with plenty of space. Make sure to take your own extras, propane too. Great experience, very nice owner. I would highly recommend.
