Lakefront House on Seneca Lake

From the moment we arrived we knew this would be a great vacation. Our 2 grandkids, 4 and 7, loved the yard and beach. We played badminton, corn hole, soccer, swung on the swing, kayaked, swam, searched for shells and rocks. Geneva is a short drive away for groceries, shopping and restaurants. AC was a bonus! We went for walks along the cottage road, watched the Olympics, read, played card games, did puzzles and napped. We loved the big picnic bench style dining area and the family gathering living room. Our 2 adult daughters stayed and son-in-law visited. Easy commute for them from work and Newark to come and go. The neighbors were quiet and friendly, private yard and beach.

This was the best place for our group! We had two families and all 4 kids loved the space! The bunkhouse was perfect for the older kids to have a space to hang alone. The kids all loved fishing off the dock, kayaking, axe throwing and swimming! (Water shoes kind of necessary and was in the listing) Lots of places to sit and relax both inside and out, lots of beds to choose from, and lots of fun was had at the house! Chris and Chuck were easy to get ahold of for questions and reached out to see how we were after a few storms came through. We did a ton of hiking and the farthest spot was about an hour away.

My sisters bridesmaids and I planned a trip to Seneca lake to celebrate my sister before her wedding! We had an amazing time! The homeowners were awesome! The lake was beautiful! The home couldn’t have been more perfect! We got a lot of great pictures of the lake! Thanks so much!

My family and I had a wonderful stay here while in town celebrating a family event. We were completely blown away by the view of the lake as soon as we walked into the house. The owners were wonderful and communicative. We would love to come back again for a relaxing getaway in the future.

Chris and Chuck’s place was perfect for our girls getaway/retreat weekend in the Finger Lakes. The house is great and the location right on the lake was better than expected! Wish the weather had been better so we could have made more use of the dock and boating equipment! The house was warm, comfortable and so inviting - lots of space and charm! Even the neighbors were super welcoming when I went for an early morning walk. Lots to do in the area and Chris and Chuck were great guides offering suggestions and things to do in and around the area. Our group will definitely be back again!

Besides the obvious beauty of the area and having the lake directly out the back door, this property offered everything our group needed-spacious and cozy with all the essentials. The bunk house was a bonus too! So close to some of our favorite places on Seneca. Will definitely return in the future!

Wonderful time staying at this property. “Lakefront House on Seneca Lake” is a very welcoming place right on the lake with the most beautiful views and sunsets. A great place to just sit and relax, very homey and had everything you need. Chris and Chuck provided excellent communication and were readily available to answer questions or help in anyway needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Home was so clean and well equipped with all we needed and more for a great stay. We especially enjoyed the dock and back yard facing the lake. Rented a pontoon boat a few days and cruised the lake. We would for sure stay again. Chuck was easy to reach when we locked ourselves out- whoops! Wonderful family summer stay!

We wanted to stay directly lakefront while celebrating a family event and needed to be fairly close to Ithaca. This host has a spacious comfortable Home that met all of our needs. It offered the most spectacular sunsets ability for boating, Close proximity to wineries and enough space for our family to enjoy being together. We would love to stay at this property again as our hosts were very responsive and engaged in making sure we had a memorable visit!

We had a great time. There were three adult couples in our group. We have stayed a few times up in the Finger Lakes. It was a great location very clean place. Had all the necessary things. Hopefully we can bring our family up in the summertime. That way we could utilize the lake more. Thank you Chuck and Chris!

This lake house was a hidden gem! These homeowners have thought of everything you might need and more! The view of the lake is the first thing you see as you walk through the door. We loved our stay here! The house is so charming and the property is beautiful. The location is perfect, just 15 min from shopping in Geneva. The owners were great at communicating, and all instructions for the house were very clear. If we are ever in the area again, we would 100% rent this property again!

We had a wonderful week-long getaway at "Carson Camp" last month. The house is well-appointed, extremely clean, and perfectly situated right on the lake. We only have a toddler, but this house would be great for a family with multiple children. There is a large, well-manicured fenced-in yard and plenty of waterfront for the entire family to enjoy! Our little one loved the tree swing, splashing around in the lake and all the surprise toys she found! As for the hosts - well, you won't find nicer people. They were kind, responsive and very helpful! If you are looking at this house for your vacation, book now! You will not regret it!

We absolutely LOVED our stay on Teall Beach. Chuck and Chris were gracious hosts and their property is amazing. It was absolutely immaculately clean. It is so clear that the home is loved and well cared for by their family! The home was comfortable and cozy and the lake access was amazing. The yard is spacious and we appreciated being able to use the kayaks and canoe! The kids loved hanging out in the bunk house and swinging on the giant swing hung from the tree. We hope to go back again next summer!

We had 4 adults and 4 kids stay over Memorial Day weekend and had a lovely time! The house had everything we needed and was exactly as described. We used the bbq, fire pit and dock area which were all great! The swing outside was a big hit with the kids. Chuck responded to our questions very quickly. Thank you for an awesome stay!

Perfect for us! Beautiful views of the lake and the sunsets were amazing!! We had everything we needed in the house and Chris and Chuck made the check in and out process very easy. Super close to good wineries and within 2 hours from Niagara Falls. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back.

This was probably the most relaxing vacation we've ever been on. The house is perfect for a family that just wants to enjoy a beautiful vista and hang out together. We had no agenda other than to read, play games, and watch the fire. It was amazing and I definitely will want to come back for a return trip.
Communication with Chuck and Chris was clear and easy. Everything was clean and well-stocked. No complaints.
